Ajara Hotels

We went to eat at the cafe. Excellent service, very tasty. Nice atmosphere.

A good hotel for its price, has its own pool, pool bar and cafe with Georgian, delicious food.

Wonderful hosts. They cook very tasty. The sea is 3 minutes away. There is a spacious attic with sun loungers on the roof.

My family and I are under great impressions. The sea is just a stone's throw from the hotel.

Excellent stay and excellent service.
This hotel left the most pleasant impressions! From the moment of arrival we were greeted by polite and attentive staff, ready to help with any question.

We had a family vacation — it was a perfect vacation! 🏖️
The hotel exceeded all expectations: cozy, clean rooms, incredibly delicious food (from breakfast to dinner — everything is top notch!

Best quiet place in Batumi. The host is very helpful. Fresh air calm and green nature is an ideal place to spend a wonderful life. 💐💐💐

Cozy, quiet, very picturesque place right by the sea. The birds sing divinely)

A good option for a budget overnight stay.
At a minimum all amenities are available. The price corresponds to the quality, fine.

The host is nice and helpful, Rooms were ready before check-in time, and the host allowed us to check in earlier.

Probably the warmest hostel I stayed in! The hostel “mum” as people are talking about is the friendliest hostel owner I’ve met, would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a hostel with a good

Very accommodating when I arrived late with a poorly knee. Made me very comfortable. Thank you!

I lived on the 38th floor, apartment 11, which had a shower, but its price was high.

Cozy hotel in the very heart of Batumi, surrounded by small cafes. Rooms are clean, light and comfortable. Administrators never refuse to answer the questions and give an extra bottle of cold water :)

We stayed with our friends and our vacation were amazing! location is super central, just two min from Europe Square, everything is near and walking distance.
Rooms are big, well equipped and clean.

This hotel is relatively far from the city, and we generally had problems with transportation. Although the hotel is very cheap, its services were good and excellent in its own way.

Fair price for an on-road sleep. Clean warm rooms. Just enough to restore and keep going. Keep the window shut for the road noise.

Budget hotel. The room is modest. But the main advantage of this hotel is its excellent location. The staff is polite, it’s clear that they are trying.

Good place, very near from Europe square and 700m to the sea. The only is breakfast is too poor.

First of all, you need to understand that this is not a hotel. These are apartments in a residential building on the 18th floor. For its price, overall, no complaints.

Location…
Firstly, I'm a Georgian citizen. Secondly, when you conduct your survey, please clarify the address from which the hotel reservation was made.

A deluxe apartment — studio apartment was rented for a week from the owner, Aika +995 593 420 909. Very excellent and helpful service. The apartments are clean and worth the experience.

Overall the hotel is good, the staff is polite, helpful and always ready to help.

The hotel is nice, calm, the people in the hotel are polite and smiling.
