Good hotel. Clean, cozy, spacious, welcoming. There is underground parking, its own territory with table tennis, table football. Tea throughout the day and a good breakfast in the morning.

We had a spacious room for 3 adults for a very decent price. The shower was so comfortable.

We have vacationed with Nugzar 4 times already, and it is always the warmest emotions.
We take 4-bed rooms with sea view (7th or 8th floor).

Nice new apartments, close to the sea, decent and responsible owner Nugzar is always helpful.

Elevator system a bit complicated, codes didn't work eve after getting a new one.
5 stars because the reception is open late and sells bottles of water.

Great value for money, and the service was lovely. The view from the apartment balcony is absolutely beautiful, and the cleanliness of the place was excellent. Highly recommended!

Everything is excellent, hospitable and friendly owners, 5 minutes walk to the sea, a wonderful restaurant along the way.

This year I was lucky enough to stay in this wonderful house, call it a hostel, well, I don’t want to, it really feels like you’re coming home to a family. Cozy rooms, cleanliness and comfort.

A very nice place for a low price. The room was cozy, clean, the bathroom was newly renovated, everything worked properly and was clean. There is also a kitchen with everything you need.

Google maps does not show the way to get there. The family is so sweet and escorts to the place. He took me to the store on the first night, around 11 pm, so that he could cook in the morning.

Good hotel for families and couples. We were in a family room facing the street but overlooking the mountains. We had two bedrooms, a living room and a large balcony.

We had a great time here. The position is simply amazing, but the real highlight of the house is Iya and her family, who made us felt like we were at home.

The hotel is in the very center, close to everything. There are shops, a cable car and cafes nearby. Very, well, just insanely good hosts, the holiday was great. I'm attaching a photo of the view.

Overall the hotel is good, the staff is polite, helpful and always ready to help.
