Ajara Hotels

These are one of many apartments in a huge residential complex. And these are wonderful apartments — stylish, new, comfortable. The problem is the location.

Olga, thank you for the excellent service and wonderful apartments. It was very comfortable at all stages of check-in, stay and check-out.

Best apartments to live in. Stayed here for 6 month and was happy with the service they have. No smells, dirt and no mold (this is very important in Batumi)

Very modern and stylish Apart Hotel and apartment complex. Almost new. Very close to the beach and supermarkets.

The location is super. There is sand and sea. Sun loungers are included in the price, breakfast is possible, for a fee, generally budget-friendly.

Great view from the sea side rooms and not less Valley view (backside) ✌️

Exceptionnel
#128578; Appartement 2 chambres très agréable, propre et calme.
Un bon dîner et petit déjeuner.
Un excellent séjour.

Awesome place to stay, clean, nice and comfortable.

I just don't understand the overly enthusiastic reviews. Overall the hotel is excellent, new, clean and tidy, nothing to complain about.

I liked the hostess. She was friendly and treated me to fruit and wine. I drank this wine in the evenings for the whole week when we were freezing in a tent in the mountains of Turkey.

You will have to climb the stairs or by car quite high, but you quickly got used to it, for the sake of the view, silence and clean air it is worth walking. It will be inconvenient for older people.

Very nice hostel in a fabulous location. Everything is easily accessible from this place. Good sized room with its own little kitchen and fridge. Clean, warm bed linen.

We stayed here for 3 nights, 2-story house, great, really liked it, close to the airport, close to the beach, clean room, toilet, shower, kitchen on the 1st floor, we cooked our own meals, big thanks

A garden of tangerines, hazel, medlar and figs. The owner is a very sporty Adjarian, with a diploma from Batumi University!

I liked everything, except that if a guest arrives late, why couldn’t they have thought to turn on the water heater?

For this price, it's just right for 1-2 nights. If you want better comfort, especially in the toilet, then I recommend another place. But if you just spend the night, then it’s fine.

A dream to be there. Closer to the beach. Just great.

Scene from Blade Runner. Almost cyberpunk.

If you need a quiet family place, don't miss this hostel.

Affordable, comfortable, and close to the beach, and the airport!

Lovely room. Very clean and well decorated. Stayed there to get a plane in the morning.

I liked everything except the service. Service at 3k) ) ) No one responsible can be found; the staff does not want to take responsibility for their work.

Great location, super view of the Black Sea, close to restaurants, grocery store and parking also available. The owner was very responsive and helpful during our time there.

I am sure you lot are looking for others to confirm that the view is worth it. And it absolutely is, the view is an absolute banger.

Good hotel, we liked everything, the only nuance is that they settled us high on the 36th floor. The view is beautiful, but a little scary.

Great place to relax, wonderful view of sunsets and sunrises.

Great affordable apartments during winter. But, prices double during summer as Orbi City is right next to the sea. The area is central with many stores and restaurants around.

Good value for money. Perfect view.
The receptions are not always helpful though. Much better if they take care of the molds in the bathroom.
Altogether I recommend it.
