Booked a nice Suite with Sea View  directly facing the Black Sea.   Floor-to-ceiling windows amplified the seascape, especially at night with city lights reflecting on the water.

Me and my wife were 3 nights in this hotel.
I Iost room card and Receptions were nice and helpful.
The hotel and furniture are very old.
Corridors were dark with week lights similar to scary movies.

Nice apartments with a gorgeous sea view. The apartment had everything except a stove and a washing machine (minus 1 star for this).

The view restaurant was incredibly beautiful and had two outdoor and indoor pools. Our room had a sea view, but the staff did not speak English it was very close to the shopping center and the sea.

The location of this hotel is good, but the rooms were not very well. I asked the staff please clean the room and put shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom but she doesn’t do anything.

To say that we are delighted is to say nothing! Today we were here, the food is just bomb, the lemonade is just crazy.

I recommend trying the house’s signature dish, serving 10/10, 3 types of meat in cheese sauce with champignons 😋

A wonderful boulevard by the beautiful black sea, lot's of hotels, and all that you can expect.

Good for the price, rooms are good but reception service is pathetic, specially in the morning time the receptionist was very rude and misbehaving.

I'd like to highlight the staff's attitude towards residents; they were always available.

The best hotel to stay in Batumi. The staff was exceptionally sweet and welcoming contrary to many other hotel owners in Batumi where we had the worst experience.

It's a beautiful building. Elevators are fast. Transportation is easy. Buses 1 — 10 and 14 from the center pass in front of it. There are many markets around it and it is open 24 hours.

The hotel consists of three buildings. I stayed in building B. The room was spacious with a beautiful sea view. It was clean and had a bidet, water heater, air conditioning, and a washing machine.

Location is Top.
Service also increadable. Staff was very nice to us.
Facilities of the hotel was high level.
We dined in the restaurant on the first floor.
They had Georgian and European cuisine.

To be honest; it was a great stay for me. The cute smile is much important for the check — in time they did well and welcomed us. The room, bed and shower were pretty good for me. I slept well.

The hotel is very beautiful, especially the upper floors, but my advice is to rent from the hotel itself and not from the apartment owners.

Me and my wife and our friend booked 2 rooms in this hotel for 4 nights, rooms (suites) were clean and well equipped with new facilities and we felt very comfortable during our stay, fortunately
