Ajara Hotels

A wonderful boulevard by the beautiful black sea, lot's of hotels, and all that you can expect.

Good for the price, rooms are good but reception service is pathetic, specially in the morning time the receptionist was very rude and misbehaving.

The reception staff was friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The room was very comfortable and well-designed; it was a shame we were only staying one night.

Hotel view to the sea and beach is amazing. Its a brand new hotel. The rooms are clean and good. Bathroom is clean and modern.
The location is not perfect, if you have to be in Poti.

Nice rooms and value money, all rooms having sea view.

Nice apartments with a gorgeous sea view. The apartment had everything except a stove and a washing machine (minus 1 star for this).

A very nice hotel, good service, the breakfast open buffet was great, it has an amazing view, if you ever plan to go there, make sure to choose a room with sea view, unfortunately when we visited

I stay 2nights in the hotel when I check out I forgot my phone iphone 11pro max when I remember my phone not with me after 4days check out hotel n left country already I contact hotel reshaption

Generally it was a nice and pretty place, near the beach andclose to a big mall. The breakfast buffet was diverse. It would be better with some Georgian options added.

The hotel and rooms are quite comfortable, but unfortunately the service does not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel.

Good location near the promenade, but 20 minutes of taxi drive from argo cable car.
Large and cozy rooms and food quality is fair.

"King Solomon Kosher Hotel is amazing! Exceptional service, beautifully kept rooms, and mouth-watering kosher cuisine. The staff is attentive and friendly, making our stay truly special.

Excellent location in relation to the sea. But you have to take a taxi to get to cafes/restaurants. There is little choice nearby.

Placed very well. Good views from balconies. New cafes and Restaurants in ground floors of 3 houses.
Inside Appartements finishing details are not so good. Poor quality for a new building.

Wonderful place! Clean rooms, close to the sea. It's very convenient that you can use the kitchen.

Wonderful, clean house with a sea view and hospitable hosts.

I came with my wife and my baby, we got a baby cot like we ordered before in a good condition, the room was big and we had everything we needed, toilet and shower were good and clean, bed was very

I spent a pleasant stay at JRW Welmond overall.
Positive points:
• The staff is very welcoming and friendly.
• The sea-view rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Booked a nice Suite with Sea View  directly facing the Black Sea.   Floor-to-ceiling windows amplified the seascape, especially at night with city lights reflecting on the water.

The view restaurant was incredibly beautiful and had two outdoor and indoor pools. Our room had a sea view, but the staff did not speak English it was very close to the shopping center and the sea.

The location of this hotel is good, but the rooms were not very well. I asked the staff please clean the room and put shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom but she doesn’t do anything.

I highly recommend this hotel, the place is good and quiets it’s has a nice see view and rooms is clean,
I would like to special thanks Natalia for her good hospitality she is cooperative, friendly

I stayed there 5 days TV is not working. I asked reception to do something he says he will. But nothing… No one cleaned my room for 5 days. I ask them why not very day.

The best hotel to stay in Batumi. The staff was exceptionally sweet and welcoming contrary to many other hotel owners in Batumi where we had the worst experience.

Beautiful modern room with a view of the sea. Excellent value for money and quality.
Didn't really like the customer service.

A Charming Victorian Gem in Batumi's Heart.
I'm staying at this charming Victorian-style hotel in the center of Batumi.

That was a good hotel. Its rooms need refurbishment. I can say breakfast was excellent. Owner can speak Turkish. For information, you can not communicate owner or other ones in English.

Perfect location with sea view and nice view. Clean and nice pool. Safe place not far from city and airport.

Perfect location directly in front of of the sea, quiet place. A bit far from the city center but wasn’t a problem for us, buildings a little bit old.

The property is truly EXCEPTIONAL with its views and atmosphere. The staff is truly lovely, respectful and welcoming!

Beautiful hotel with best view. Rooms are big and clean, food is delicious, service is very good with nice personel. We celabrate New Year, it was wonderful. Special thanks to Pako🙂.

I've been to many places in Batumi, but this one has been the first where I felt at home.

Oh, we really loved this courtyard at Just a bot garden! We had breakfast and dinner here, it was so nice that we didn’t want to leave anywhere) ) If I go to Batumi again, I’ll definitely stay there!

The hotel is new with excellent views from the high floors. Opening your eyes to see the sea is amazing!

I made three design projects there, if you end up there on vacation, you will be happy. The complex itself is new, well-maintained, with developed infrastructure.

Cool hotel! Everything is clean and beautiful. The rooms are comfortable. The staff is friendly and will always help and advise. The breakfasts are delicious.

We liked everything very much, the location is the center, everything is within walking distance, very convenient, service, rooms, everything is excellent! The staff is wonderful, polite and helpful!

As a Muslim, it was a great experience there. Everything was perfect. The room, privacy, people were very nice and helpful all the time. Location is a bit far from tourist attractions. But reachable.

I recommend this if you are going on vacation and looking for something cheap. Here is the solution. You can search for it on Booking.
