Ajara Hotels

We had a rest in August 2025. Everything is very good. The rooms are cozy. Good location, 5 minutes walk to the sea. The hosts are wonderful.

The room is clean. There's an iron, hair dryer, washing machine, and even hair curlers. There's a shared kitchen where you can cook. All utensils are provided. There are gazebos outside.

Every thing all right. BUT no parking. On the street only🫤

Best view from the balcony on top of the hotel. We bought Georgian wines and sat there watching the sunset from the hotel.

I really liked the hotel and the hostess, Nino. 🫶 The location is super convenient, and we found parking without any problems.

Everything is great! Great view of the sea from the terrace, we had dinner there with pleasure) great location, very hospitable hostess, you could ask her any questions.

Really good love everything. You should visit it with family, friends and your loved ones. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing and helpful with everything.

Absolutely amazing. Breakfast was lovely. Right opposite the zipline and walking distance to waterfalls.

It's a cool hotel and I got 1BHK apartment but there is no daily housekeeping. You have to pay GEL 40 for housekeeping extra.

I rested in your cozy, clean and well designed hotel with my friends. We are satisfied being there.

The hotel was a great place to stay. Cozy rooms, excellent service and delicious breakfasts. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The location of the hotel was also nice.

Great transit option. Guarded parking, fast internet, clean spacy rooms, very quiet. Very polite host.

The location is very good if you want to stay in New Batumi. The service is also very good. I stayed here for 3 nights, breakfast options were also good enough. Boulevard is just 5 mins walk.

This hotel deserves a higher rating — it’s utterly fantastic all around.

Grand hotel, good prices, close to everything.
Best service, good breakfast, great location good spa and pool.
I have been there for a week.

Hotel Salvador is outstanding! Friendly staff, spotless rooms, and excellent amenities. The hotel's prime location makes it perfect for exploring the city.

Great location, a spacious and very clean room. The value for money was outstanding. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Best hotel in Batumi!
Location is perfect and also very close to the beach — healthy breakfasts, clean rooms, amazing staff and friendly environment.

New & modern hostel with everything you need for online work and a long-term stay. You can enjoy your privacy and still meet great people.

This place is absolutely amazing. I spent there 1 night and after 2 days I went back there again, and I was greeted “Welcome back “, which gave me this warm feeling of actually being welcomed.

I can’t say something bad about the hotel.
But I didn’t get my birthday cake 🎂 and normally in 5 stars they make this.
Just say we have 30% discount for the spa (massage) treatment.

We had a Suite with Terrace (one bedroom and living room). View is great, spacious bedroom, comfortable king bed, many storage space.
We could work on the two separate desks.

This is the best hotel in that price category. Pool, reception, housekeeping service. Very comfortable beds and the view. I highly recommend. Thank you for serving ❤️

Pretty good experience with a good location and helpful staff.

We stayed at this hotel in the old town, and it was a real discovery! The rooms are cozy and clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great hospitality, awesome staffs and housekeeping,
It was a wonderful experience staying with Acord. The view from the room was lovely as well.

Excellent fully equipped accommodation and superb service. Ocean and city view is great from balcony. Very close to the beach and shopping centers and restaurants.

The hotel is located on the 37th floor — the view is amazing)
The food is delicious.
Scandinavian design 🩷
The staff is responsive and polite.
I would also like to mention the very tasty shower gel.

The view was amazing, just 100 meters from the sea.
And on the commercial part of the building there is Billionaire Casino, Spar Supermarket, pharmacy and other shops you may need.

Wonderful hotel for short and long stay. Clean and neat and with very good service. It was a bit difficult to find (located at Reception B and then 33rd floor of a tower).

Good hotel very nice staff. Receptionist anri is very helpful, nice breakfast.

A perfect stay in every way ❤️
Lovely staff, great food each day🤤
Clean room, calm vibe, parking right,
This hotel made our trip just right!
Highly recommended!

It was a great experience!
Central location and the hotel is still new so everything was modern and classy.
The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was quite good.

The hotel is excellent, very quiet location, the manager Lod was charming, always helpful and very attentive.

We had an amazing experience at Wyn Residences. The property is beautiful, clean, extremely comfortable, and their service was exceptional.

Gio guest relation — magic man of service. If you have problem — just ask Gio, he will solve your problem quick, with care, attention, and humanity.

We booked a room with sea view, was perfect, includes indoor pool, sauna, gym.

Nice view from room. Room quality is perfect. I have visited winter period price is also great to compare quality.

Rooms are clean and good there’s stove and microwave some cutlery, location is great, beach front and near to Europe square and there’s restaurants and supermarkets nearby, the only downside is that

Prize performance is above the avarage, recommended.

Staying at Grand City Apartments was truly an excellent experience! The apartments are cozy, clean, and modernly furnished, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The best hotel to stay in Batumi. The staff was exceptionally sweet and welcoming contrary to many other hotel owners in Batumi where we had the worst experience.

I recently stayed at the Next Green Apartment and was thoroughly impressed by the experience.

The room has a full kitchen, a washing machine. We had a sea view. We really liked the room, it was clean. Great closed parking. The reception staff was very responsive.
