The hotel is perfectly located – quiet, with a wonderful view from the window (the balcony overlooked the sea). It's close to the sea, and the beach isn't crowded.

First of all, I would like to mention the hotel managers Dmitry and Alexandra. The guys are just great, always and in everything they try to meet you halfway.

The hotel was a great place to stay. Cozy rooms, excellent service and delicious breakfasts. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The location of the hotel was also nice.

Great transit option. Guarded parking, fast internet, clean spacy rooms, very quiet. Very polite host.

A nice family run hotel that has everything a big brand new hotel would offer, but has a warm touch. The rooms were complete and impeccable. The parking was good. The front desk service was good.

Caligrafi Hotel left a very pleasant impression. Stylish design, clean and cozy rooms, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The staff is very attentive and friendly, always ready to help.

Good location, clean and comfortable rooms, nice personel. Breakfast was not bad but a bit poor. We were happy and enjoyed our stay for 4 days.

When staying at a hotel in Batumi you need to keep in mind that aside from international brands, other hotels (local brands such as Grand Gloria etc.

The location is very good if you want to stay in New Batumi. The service is also very good. I stayed here for 3 nights, breakfast options were also good enough. Boulevard is just 5 mins walk.

This hotel deserves a higher rating — it’s utterly fantastic all around.

Great place, I want to stay. Everything is clean everywhere, the bed linen is snow-white, there is a refrigerator in the room. A wonderful relaxation area. Gorgeous view from the balcony.

I liked everything, the staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned, but you need to pay extra for breakfast (we were not warned about this). I don't think it's a big problem.

I can’t say something bad about the hotel.
But I didn’t get my birthday cake 🎂 and normally in 5 stars they make this.
Just say we have 30% discount for the spa (massage) treatment.

We had a Suite with Terrace (one bedroom and living room). View is great, spacious bedroom, comfortable king bed, many storage space.
We could work on the two separate desks.

Pretty good experience with a good location and helpful staff.

Nice hotel rooms. Warm. Breakfast is ok. Hot water in common area is good. Location is decent. Keeping a microwave will help ppl heat food as there is no room service or hot food in cold weather.

Great hotel. Super clean. Great attention to detail. When I stayed they even included a toothbrush and a little toothpaste.
The shower is super clean.

Perfect location. Nearby and walking distance to the central. The rooms are classic. Breakfast was served in the dining. Only thing is that the Wi-Fi service is intermittent.
