Apartments in AjaraApartment

Great location, a spacious and very clean room. The value for money was outstanding. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Best hotel in Batumi!
Location is perfect and also very close to the beach — healthy breakfasts, clean rooms, amazing staff and friendly environment.

We had a rest in August 2025. Everything is very good. The rooms are cozy. Good location, 5 minutes walk to the sea. The hosts are wonderful.

The room is clean. There's an iron, hair dryer, washing machine, and even hair curlers. There's a shared kitchen where you can cook. All utensils are provided. There are gazebos outside.

Another fantastic Marriott hotel. Clean, well located. Good parking. The reception gave me a warm welcome with the young Luka and helped me to get around.

I am a regular at the spa. It has a fine view of the Black Sea. The sky-light roof over the pool gives a grand view of the Coutyard Marriott touring above. The pool is big enough for laps.

Very comfortable to stay. The apartments have everything you need. High-quality room cleaning, change of towels. What I especially want to note is the location.

I wanted to give a special shout out to Jake the Guest Service Manager Orbi City Apartments in D Block. From the moment I checked in he was so cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

I’ve been staying at White Sails for a few months, and here’s what I’ve noticed so far—the things that stand out to me and actually matter in day-to-day life.
First, the reception is super responsive.

I've been living at White Sails for the past three years. It has a large and clean area where you can walk around and enjoy time near the swimming pool.

We were 3 and stayed for 5 nights. It was a clean and nice room with an amazing view. The location of the hotel was also amazing. The hotel staff were very understanding and helpful.

Nice place, good rooms, overall staff was helpful. Luka bellboy was very warm and helpful as well. Similarly in breakfast, chef was eager to help us with some fried veggies since we are vegetarian.

The building is on the seashore, we previously thought from the photo that this was the only tall building in the area, but it turned out that this area looks like a Dubai impersonation.

The best hotel to stay in Batumi. The staff was exceptionally sweet and welcoming contrary to many other hotel owners in Batumi where we had the worst experience.

Beautiful modern room with a view of the sea. Excellent value for money and quality.
Didn't really like the customer service.

This review is relevant for December-January.

The hotel consists of three buildings. I stayed in building B. The room was spacious with a beautiful sea view. It was clean and had a bidet, water heater, air conditioning, and a washing machine.

Very impressed!

The host was very kind and responsive. Thank you for meeting us and helping us with our suitcases. We were checked in earlier than expected.

The property is located in central Batumi so the location is very convenient. Friendly lady at the check in gave us a warm welcome, the room looked like in the pictures and had everything we needed.

Very comfortable studio with kitchen and utilities to cook simple meals. Bathroom is no smell and still dry after showers. Very friendly host allow me to use washing machine.

Highly recommended,
Amazing view and the Best Location near the city centre, Also very good room and customer service, Host is very polite and responsible,
We will return to this place every time we

🇵🇱Absolutely amazing view, really nice apartments, great and beautiful location! The host is super responsive and polite person. Now I know where to stay in Batumi next time.

If the main thing for you is not the service, but the people, this is a good place. This is a family business, the owners speak Russian well, are friendly and don’t mind chatting.

Wonderful, thanks to the owners, we hope to come again.

Location is Top.
Service also increadable. Staff was very nice to us.
Facilities of the hotel was high level.
We dined in the restaurant on the first floor.
They had Georgian and European cuisine.

To be honest; it was a great stay for me. The cute smile is much important for the check — in time they did well and welcomed us. The room, bed and shower were pretty good for me. I slept well.

Fantastic stay! Myself and my family spent two nights in Batumi Palm Hotel in November 2025. The facilities are clean and modern, the bar fully stocked and cheap and the location is 10/10.

Fantastic stay with incredible hosts. The facilities are incredible and the location is perfect — you can see the beach only 40m infront of you!
Henry and Inga make you feel welcome and at home.

We were 3 and stayed for 5 nights. It was a clean and nice room with an amazing view. The location of the hotel was also amazing. The hotel staff were very understanding and helpful.

Great service from Security Niko and Receptionist Giorgi. Niko was professional and helpful, and Giorgi was very welcoming and supportive. They made my visit smooth and pleasant. Thanks to both!

Amazing stay at Alliance Palace Hotel.
The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and everything was well organized.

Absolutely loved my experience here. The rooms were spotless, the facilities top-notch, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming throughout.

Large, clean room.
Comfortable bed and pillows, clean linen and towels (towels changed every day)
Correct location of the air conditioner.
Customer service at the highest level.

Already after booking the hotel, administrator Victoria contacted us and answered all our questions about the trip.

Excellent and convenient location. The sea is about 500 meters away, along a square with fountains. The beach is clean, and there are many cafes and restaurants.

It's a very good place, you can get a room right on the boulevard, the price is great, friendly and caring staff.
I would recommend this place.

Apartment is very nice. It has washing machine, it was clean, and view was perfect.

Wonderful holiday apartments. The views of the sea and the embankment are magnificent. In general, Georgia makes a very pleasant impression.

Irakli is a handsome guy.
And overall, the place is gorgeous; we'll definitely be back.

Clean room system with balcony, the owner of the building is very respectful and courteous, the location is great, everything is around you, and you do not need to use a car to move around.

Good hotel. Responsive hosts. Any issue was resolved immediately, without delay.

Thank you very much for the wonderful apartments, very spacious and clean, there is absolutely everything: clean linen, washing machine, TV, air conditioning and even a kitchen with all the

A beautiful place, a quiet and comfortable guest house, and the staff are very friendly. I recommend it.

Convenient location, friendly hosts, reasonable price.
