We chose this place to celebrate marriage registration on the terrace, and it exceeded all expectations.

My previous stays were mostly at Hilton, so I naturally compared this visit. From the moment my wife and I arrived, we immediately felt a different, very warm atmosphere.

I loved my stay. The hotel did their best to make it just great. They provided the best available room with amazing sea view, the room was specious.

The hotel itself is wonderful, all the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, a big thank you to everyone, especially the lady at reception, if I remember correctly her name was Ani.

Honestly, I had an excellent stay here. My friend and I stayed for a couple nights and had no issues whatsover.

This is a very good hotel considering its location, comfort, security, and value for money. You can walk everywhere. We forgot our luggage, and they were very attentive.

I recently visited Restaurant Veranda and had a great experience. The dishes were absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent — friendly and attentive. The prices were reasonable as well.

The stay was smooth overall. Tekla’s helpful attitude made the experience much more comfortable. She was attentive and provided support quickly whenever needed.

Good hotel in a good area, room was big and spacious. The pool is great but I was disappointed that there were no yoga mats in the gym.

Big room with microwave, sink, washing machine, cookware and good bathroom with hot water instantly. Near to city centre. Clean and proper Wi-Fi and has balcony.

Another fantastic Marriott hotel. Clean, well located. Good parking. The reception gave me a warm welcome with the young Luka and helped me to get around.

I am a regular at the spa. It has a fine view of the Black Sea. The sky-light roof over the pool gives a grand view of the Coutyard Marriott touring above. The pool is big enough for laps.

The hotel was clean and the rooms matched the photos exactly. The service was very good.

The staff is very friendly, they work like bees, trying to please their guests. It's a real pleasure.

When staying at a hotel in Batumi you need to keep in mind that aside from international brands, other hotels (local brands such as Grand Gloria etc.

The location is very good if you want to stay in New Batumi. The service is also very good. I stayed here for 3 nights, breakfast options were also good enough. Boulevard is just 5 mins walk.

This hotel deserves a higher rating — it’s utterly fantastic all around.

I can’t say something bad about the hotel.
But I didn’t get my birthday cake 🎂 and normally in 5 stars they make this.
Just say we have 30% discount for the spa (massage) treatment.

We had a Suite with Terrace (one bedroom and living room). View is great, spacious bedroom, comfortable king bed, many storage space.
We could work on the two separate desks.

Had a wonderful stay at Alliance Palace Hotel in Batumi. The hotel is clean, modern, and located in a great area with beautiful views.

Spacious rooms.
We had the front (road) facing rooms, with a cosy balcony.
However, traffic at night may disturb abit.
