It's a beautiful hotel. Big lobby. Beautiful view from Skybrar. Great breakfasts and staff at breakfasts. Be sure to look at the check at the check at the exit. We were considered an extra breakfast for two people (on the day of arrival 14:00 when breakfast can no longer be by definition) at the return no one particularly apologized. There is nothing to play a child near the pool. Not delicious coffee by the pool. The staff speaks Russian.

This hotel used to be decent, but it has gotten old. The service is poor and the rooms stink of cigarettes, even though it's a non-smoking hotel. I'm fairly confident there are better places for the same price in Batumi or anywhere in the world as a matter of fact.

One of the beat casinos in city food and drinks r free. Pretty delicious desserts. Good place but try not to lose too much ^^

Had a great dinner. The buffet… Children free of charge, adults 45 gel. Very tasty with a lot of choice. I ordered Dorado fish, yummy. Paid by Card 135 Gel 2 children and 2 adults, wife Buffet, wine tasty was;)

I want to thank the staff of Hotel Sheraton for the highest level of service and hospitality. Sheraton is located in a park area, has a magnificent outdoor pool, the kitchen in all the restaurants of the hotel is above all praise. The Sky Bar offers panoramic views of the city from the 360 restaurant. Stayed in a standard room with a sea view. The room is very spacious, the service and amenities fully match the level of 5 *. The hotel also has a gym, an indoor pool and a casino. A wide pebble Beach is a stone's throw away. We are very glad that our choice fell on Sheraton, we got great pleasure from staying here. Thank you very much, we will gladly come again!

Very comfortable bed and room it self, good pool very nice hot tub and wonderfull blankets.

Pretty room with nice view. Air condition was broken or something. It was very hot and the hotel didn't solve the matter after we complained.

The place is nice but too expensive to stay there for a long time, good service, there is a Jacuzzi sports hall pool and much more!

Very eaves hotel lobby. But the view from the balcony of the bar is very beautiful. The truth on the balcony includes only 2 tables.

The location is good and the rooms are fine. The breakfast buffet offers lots of good food. Too bad the hotel reeks of cigarette smoke. Additionally the AC is centrally controlled. If you stay here before the AC is turned on at it is a warm day. The rooms will be uncomfortably warm. There is a casino on the first floor. It emits "clouds of cigarette smoke" when the door opens. The top floor bar offers a 360 view of Batumi. It is a nice place to grab a drink and relax at the end of the day. Just don't go here looking for a good Scotch/Whiskey/Bourbon. You will be disappointed.

Beautifuly designed, amazing view and awesome staff. We had few requests, contacted through Facebook messenger, when we arrived, all was set. Thumbs up! Amazing vacation.

Suuuuperr advise everyone. Here in Shiratone know all I like the hotel room all clean excellent spa and casino, all super. Workers here such a condition super I dicontinued like the service they're so polite to you I'm high on them. So I bet of course 5 +. ❤ ❤ ❤

Quite easily the best hotel in Batumi, lovely spacious rooms and conveniently central. Great bar at the top too!

Great hotel with a casino. Lovely design rooms with sea and mountain views. Top class service. Any guest request is made quickly. All the staff are very attentive and always willing to help the guest with a smile. The hotel has an excellent spa with massage cabins, Turkish hammam and sauna. The indoor pool is open from 07.00 to 23.30. On the 20th floor to 01.00 There is a restaurant 360 with an observation deck. The staff of the restaurant works smoothly, efficiently and quickly. Delicious international cuisine and excellent Georgian wines on the menu. From Thursday to Sunday there you can enjoy live music.

The place is very clean and comfortable. Its near the seaside. I also liked their breakfast and bar. They have very tasty drinks. But the guard did not tell me that the parking was valuable and city park has fined me.

Hotel for five but not full stars. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Furniture depending on the room may get damaged. Good variety of breakfasts. Near the sea and not far the center of the Old Town. Smoky in the lobby and all over the hotel smells of cigarettes.

This place is horrible they called its a 5 star hotel the room is small, the air conditioning is not working in the middle of the summer. the casino is a fraud they want you to pay entrance fee 200 usd that you and you can only claim the money if you win more than 50 USD.

Wonderful hotel! Rooms are tidy and clean, staff is very polite, are room service is tasty. High floor rooms have great view of the sea and the city. Wi-Fi all over the hotel including the lobby (access is gained with room number and code given by the front desk). There is also a branch of one of the local banks that is accessible from the hotels lobby — great for money exchange.

This is just a Rating for the sharaton Casino because I live in another Hotel. The Casino Room is nice, but Minimum Roulette game is 25 Dollars and it is to Highlight for amateur Players. A lot of tables were empty at Prime time and the Dealer looked very bored and were Not able to speak english and were unfriendly. Normally you get free Drinks when you play, but none of the 15 waitress where there for ordering. Of course I lost some money there, but this is Not the reason for this Rating. See and find out by yourself. Vegas and Macau are very ahead for entertaining the visitors.

Excellent hotel all inclusive: want to pool you want to go to the sea, the numbers just super and the elevators they do not save. All clean and neat no specks of dust I found no, breakfast here too just super all tasty, staff wonderful, I never nagrubili (not as in some hotels) and the prices are reasonable! )
