I’ve been staying at White Sails for a few months, and here’s what I’ve noticed so far—the things that stand out to me and actually matter in day-to-day life.
First, the reception is super responsive.

I've been living at White Sails for the past three years. It has a large and clean area where you can walk around and enjoy time near the swimming pool.

A very nice hotel, good service, the breakfast open buffet was great, it has an amazing view, if you ever plan to go there, make sure to choose a room with sea view, unfortunately when we visited

The view restaurant was incredibly beautiful and had two outdoor and indoor pools. Our room had a sea view, but the staff did not speak English it was very close to the shopping center and the sea.

The location of this hotel is good, but the rooms were not very well. I asked the staff please clean the room and put shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom but she doesn’t do anything.

To say that we are delighted is to say nothing! Today we were here, the food is just bomb, the lemonade is just crazy.

I recommend trying the house’s signature dish, serving 10/10, 3 types of meat in cheese sauce with champignons 😋

A wonderful boulevard by the beautiful black sea, lot's of hotels, and all that you can expect.

Good for the price, rooms are good but reception service is pathetic, specially in the morning time the receptionist was very rude and misbehaving.

The property is truly EXCEPTIONAL with its views and atmosphere. The staff is truly lovely, respectful and welcoming!

We had a wonderful stay in New Wave Hotel at Batumi. The hotel maintained excellent hygiene standards, and everything was neat, clean, and well-organized.

It's nice hotel, everything is beautiful, from stap Ruslani is good man, good employer, Ruslan is so friendly, he is professional worker.

The building is on the seashore, we previously thought from the photo that this was the only tall building in the area, but it turned out that this area looks like a Dubai impersonation.

Not bad. There is a big problem with hot water pressure, it goes down and suddenly goes so strong and hot that you may get burned easily. Not enough lockers for skiing equipment for all guests.

A great budget hotel, right on money, and prime location. Spacious rooms, clean ambiance and great service.

Big room with microwave, sink, washing machine, cookware and good bathroom with hot water instantly. Near to city centre. Clean and proper Wi-Fi and has balcony.

Convenient location, quiet center, windows overlook the main street, but there are almost no cars driving, you can sleep with the windows open.

It won’t be said loudly, but our vacation was no longer remembered for Georgia itself and its attractions, but specifically for the Elysium Park villa) Stunning views of the mountains and the sea!

We not only rested but also enjoyed many entertainments, such as tennis courts and golf, as well as tours in Batumi and the surrounding areas. Really liked the large heated pool and jacuzzi.

We rested with our family in this hotel from August 18 to 25. We really liked everything.

The stay was smooth overall. Tekla’s helpful attitude made the experience much more comfortable. She was attentive and provided support quickly whenever needed.

We had the front (road) facing rooms, with a cosy balcony.
However, traffic at night may disturb abit.

Era Palace Hotel ” ერა პალასი” is outstanding! Luxurious rooms, exceptional service, and a prime location. The staff is attentive and friendly, making our stay unforgettable.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and really enjoyed everything. The room was cleaned every day, and all amenities were replenished daily as well.

We stayed at this hotel. Very nice place to stay here with a balcony and sea view. Customer service is very quick. Complimentary breakfast dishes are also enough, in my opinion.

I visited Nefele Sky Bar, and Giorgi took great care of us. He really helped me choose well.

This place really deserves 5 ⭐️. We enjoyed so much the spa, the casino, the food and most of all how well the staff treated us. I truly recommend it!
