We were travelling long way from Tbilisi to Istanbul and decided to stay in Batumi for one day. We couldn’t find normal hotel rooms and found this hotel on our way of finding a good hotel.

I had an amazing 3 weeks here, apartment was fully equipped with everything you need for long and short stay. Staff are very friendly, and attentive to anything needed.

Very nice service, reception stuff is very friendly, they answered a lot of questions, related to all that is necessary.
The room is clean, the view is great if one want to order special view room.

This hotel has nice and clean apartment with seaview. I think it is a right choice for this price!

We had an amazing experience at Wyn Residences. The property is beautiful, clean, extremely comfortable, and their service was exceptional.

The view was amazing, just 100 meters from the sea.
And on the commercial part of the building there is Billionaire Casino, Spar Supermarket, pharmacy and other shops you may need.

Wonderful hotel for short and long stay. Clean and neat and with very good service. It was a bit difficult to find (located at Reception B and then 33rd floor of a tower).

The best hotel to stay in Batumi. The staff was exceptionally sweet and welcoming contrary to many other hotel owners in Batumi where we had the worst experience.

It's a beautiful building. Elevators are fast. Transportation is easy. Buses 1 — 10 and 14 from the center pass in front of it. There are many markets around it and it is open 24 hours.

Great sea view, helpful reception, rooms are clean and have got almost everything u need during ur stay, plenty of parking spaces for those who travel by cars, safe and quiet.

We recently returned from a trip to Batumi and are still under a pleasant impression of the hotel where we were lucky enough to stay.

We lived in the hotel for 8 months from autumn to summer. The room is equipped with everything we need. The owners were always friendly and helpful.

Excellent room for affordable prices. Bedroom, kitchen, sofa. A little worn out plumbing, but overall everything was fine.

As a Muslim, it was a great experience there. Everything was perfect. The room, privacy, people were very nice and helpful all the time. Location is a bit far from tourist attractions. But reachable.

This place is absolutely amazing! Excellent, clean and comfortable rooms. The decor is modern with Georgian flavor. The hotel has its own bar with wine and cocktails! Public parking nearby is free.
