It’s the best hotel in Batumi! The service is perfect, the staff is very helpful and friendly! They are able to solve every problem very quickly! The kitchen is tasty and various!

Many thanks to all the staff members for last night who gave us an amazing evening (27.11.21) with the highest comfort and a delicious menu. I highly recommend this fantastic place to every human being, who loves to share evening with only positive feelings❤️❤️❤️

Me and my friends were looking for a good spa at Batumi, and found this treasure at Radison blue! Spacious and warm pool, very cozy design. Also, the manager Meki was very helpful and the reception girls were more than nice to us. I highly recomend this beautiful place to everyone!

Batumi is a Very different place compared to the beautiful and busy city of Tbilisi. Travelers who love beach and sun and want to get away from the busy world can come here and unwind. Batumi is a charming place with nice beaches and a lovey corniche area and activities to do for all ages. And the iconic Radisson blue compliments it all. A place worth staying as it’s at the heart of all activities. Convenient location and excellent facilities.

The restaurant on the 19th floor is very cozy. A chic view from the window to the city and the sea. The food is very tasty (tom pit, club steak, big burger), prices are acceptable for a restaurant of this level.

Good location, nice staff, the rooms could use some refurbishment, the top floor restaurant/bar has a nice view and good food buy drinks are way way overpriced.

It is good, they had upgraded our room, friendly stuff and clean hotel, but room service is need more attention as sometimes you have to call many times to get what you need.

We had a great stay here. Especially Ruso (I hope I spelled her name right) from reception was doing everything she could to make us feel comfortable. The others at at reception were ok but not overly friendly. We did have a negative encounter with the bartender on the top floor who was very arrogant and did not have 5 star hotel cocktail skills at all! Other than that the room service was very fast and friendly, spa and pool were amazing and the food was good too.

It's amazing The view is fantastic and it's very close to the beach. It's location is just perfectly assigned between the city and the beach.

The place is very beautiful, the area is cleaned, the building itself is very pleasant. I boldly recommend it. There is a gym, pool and all the right facilities. After the Georgian event, the very thing)

I visited to make use of pool and spa facilities, but I can say the service was great, was greeted and assisted with genuine smiles. The pool and change rooms are world class and clean.

Suite was excellent, epic views (probably true in virtually all rooms) comfy bed and very nice staff.

The room is nice and has great views. The reception staff are not very hospitable if you don't speak Russian don't expect too much. The TV blocks the nice view but only has couple of options and most is Russian or local. Bathroom ventilation is poor, it smelled like it was mold. Make sure to get your own shampoo the quality of the ones available are not to par. Outdoor swimming pool was under construction, and the indoor is small and was packed with kids constantly jumping, it was annoying. I would also suggest they change their curtains, hard to operate and breaks easily. Fridge is not cold, iron didn't work. However food was nice (but don't order Bolognese)

Big rooms! exellent location! big problem with the staff with bad english. Also can get very warm in the rooms that are on the sun side. but overall good hotel.

Batumi is located in a picturesque bay and already at the entrance impresses its "opening view": Unusually beautiful high-rise buildings on the seashore… In one of them we settled down. It was the Radisson hotel. The network of these hotels works perfectly all over the world, and in Ukraine including. In Batumi the main advantage of the hotel (if not to speak about its extraordinary futuristic trapezoid form, not repeated in any other country), in my opinion, were huge panoramic windows on the whole wall, overlooking the sea. From the hotel's doorstep to the sea waves there are only a few hundred meters. So in the morning, admiring the beautiful view from the window over a cup of coffee, you can run on the coast-to breathe the sea! A small little laifhak for fans of bars and night discos. If you appreciate good music, love to dance and know what good cocktails-you are on the 19th floor of the Radisson (there, by the way, you can come to everyone, not only guests of the hotel). In the evening, local DJs and bendy play in the bar. The groups are young but very talented. They sing world hits (by the Way, "Okean Elzi" in their repertoire too), dance with the guests and believe me, a long time near the bar is no one-all are allowed to dance to such incendiary performances. And dance till morning!

Not trained staff. Poor breakfasts. Shabby furniture. The service is not up to par. The price is not equal to quality. The spa is small. Not recommended.

No understanding of how to accomodate guests' needs. We are three adults booked a room and they are putting us in a room that we can barely walk. And we paid for three person in full. So disappointed with the service!

Very nice hotel, but Breakfast really some incomprehensible nonsense… the staff is not friendly, ask for something not real. All on deaf ears. Are here can show and tell on the spot. As for the rest no comment.

Good breakfasts, beautiful rooms! Hit the period when the rains poured wall — so spent a lot of time in the SPA AREA. Very comfortable! The bar is nice. Great gym! The only remark — very much chlorine in the pool.

Well the place is fine! But for a 5 star hotel the service is not up to par, the hotel needs a bit of maintenance here and there. Breakfast is rich and great, pools are small both indoor and outdoor, gym is a couple of treadmills not even close to being a gym. Overall its fine but there are a couple of other hotels that are way better for the same price.
