We visited in August for a business trip. They have amazing service. The blond girl in the reception was very polite and always greeted us with a warm smile.

It was a good experience. The view was fantastic, also the hotel service was at high level. I recommend you guys.

Good location near the promenade, but 20 minutes of taxi drive from argo cable car.
Large and cozy rooms and food quality is fair.

Absolutely loved my stay at this apartment! The place was clean, well-furnished, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect close to the beach.

We loved our stay! The beach and a brand new kids’ playground (built in 2025) are just steps away — less than 50 meters from our building.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, breakfast service may be limited if you arrive after 9 am, as the buffet is not replenished once the food runs out.

Perfect location directly in front of of the sea, quiet place. A bit far from the city center but wasn’t a problem for us, buildings a little bit old.

I've been to many places in Batumi, but this one has been the first where I felt at home.

The best hotel to stay in Batumi. The staff was exceptionally sweet and welcoming contrary to many other hotel owners in Batumi where we had the worst experience.

Very nice rooms with modern private bathroom. I like the setup of three private rooms with own private bathroom that share a common area with full size refrigerator!

The hotel is new with excellent views from the high floors. Opening your eyes to see the sea is amazing!

I made three design projects there, if you end up there on vacation, you will be happy. The complex itself is new, well-maintained, with developed infrastructure.

I stayed there 5 days TV is not working. I asked reception to do something he says he will. But nothing… No one cleaned my room for 5 days. I ask them why not very day.

Service is okayish at the cost considered. No bidet, limited room service. The kitchen sink doesn’t drain water and gets full. Great views from top floors. Cafe at floor 36 in D2 is quite good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Orbi City. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped, which made it easy to cook at home when we didn’t feel like going out.

I recently visited Restaurant Veranda and had a great experience. The dishes were absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent — friendly and attentive. The prices were reasonable as well.
