Ajara Hotels

A really nice and quiet, small, family-run hotel, with great value for money. The hosts are very friendly.

Friendly hosts, market, beach, shops within walking distance.
Early dinner, no change of linen and towels, laundry 5 GEL.

A beautiful place, quiet and comfortable environment, delicious food and unforgettable views. Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms. I haven't really rested like that, it's a unique and special place.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Montana! The sea view from our room was breathtaking, perfectly nestled right in the heart of the forest. The serene environment made our trip truly unforgettable.

Perfect nice little Homestay with clean rooms, and really sweet hosts. The place has a nice little balcony perfect for breakfast, and a relaxed time. Also very quite — you can’t hear the city.

The entrance is through the entrance to the right of the entrance to the courtyard. Second floor. The apartments are not new but clean and well maintained. There is a washing machine. Hot shower.

Nice rooms and value money, all rooms having sea view.

Nice apartments with a gorgeous sea view. The apartment had everything except a stove and a washing machine (minus 1 star for this).

Excellent hotel, nice hosts, comfortable bright rooms with everything you need: hair dryer, kettle, washing machine, refrigerator, electric stove, necessary utensils, TV, air conditioning.

I really liked that the hotel is fresh, cozy and well-kept — it's really nice to stay. The rooms are comfortable, cleanliness is excellent.

Irakli is a handsome guy.
And overall, the place is gorgeous; we'll definitely be back.

Clean room system with balcony, the owner of the building is very respectful and courteous, the location is great, everything is around you, and you do not need to use a car to move around.

The best hostel in Batumi that you can stay in! The host is such a nice guy and all of the guests are friendy and nice to chat with, clean rooms and bathrooms. There is everything that you need.

Great experience in cozy and warm place.
Good people and safe place for everyone. You literally have everything you need here; big kitchen, two bathrooms and terrace.

We liked.
The breakfasts are excellent, filling and delicious, just like grandma's.
Our room was comfortable, with a refrigerator and air conditioning.
The views are amazing. Near the airport.

Great hosts, thanks to them we experienced a true Georgian hospitality. I would definitely recommend booking a stay in my house than in other "fancy" hotels.

Ideal price-quality option. Quiet, clean and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly. Helped us order a taxi using an app to the border. Thanks for the service.

Parking is free, the rooms are clean and new. It’s a somewhat strange decision not to cover the balcony door with a curtain, but for the money it costs, everything is great :)

Writing about Ponto restaurant.
Very pleasant and quick service, good food, tasty wine, nice atmosphere, prices are quite democratic.
Recommended!

Ძალიან კარგი გარემო, ყურადღებიანი პერსონალი. Უგემრიელესი სამზარეულო. Ასე გააგრძელეთ. 🤟⭐️👏

Unexpected gem in Kobuleti!
Service was amazing — fast, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The khinkali were absolutely delicious (just keep in mind, they’re a little spicy!

My favorite Georgian dish, “Ajapsandali”, is made amazingly in the beach. My biggest recommendation for the local cuisine ☀️🫰🏻

Great hotel, very friendly and pleasant staff. Excellent rooms, everything works perfectly, delicious breakfasts, parking, swimming pool, view of Batumi.

Good location, comfortable rooms with great view and most importantly helpful, good-hearted people 👌🏼

Great hotel, delicious food, steps from a great beach. I recommend!

We lived in this hotel from 09/21-09/30/2023. I liked everything very much. The hotel is very clean, under the constant supervision of the hotel manager. Wi-Fi is excellent throughout the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel from 08/20 to 09/1/24. The holiday was just super! I liked everything very much — hospitable hosts, excellent breakfasts, a gorgeous yard and a swimming pool.

We had a great stay at the Smile Guest house. The premises are nice, clean and the garden is beautifully kept. We especially liked the service, all people involved were kind and helpful.

Very good location. Close to the sea. Nice, family-run hotel. The rooms are colorful, but everything is there. The food is good. However, the hosts are very pushy and loud in their comments.

Very close to the beach. Pleasant location, close to Batumi. The beach in the area is rocky, but clean and inviting to relax.

Our vacation was truly magical, and much of the credit for this goes to the hospitable host Amiran.

A very warm and cozy place to relax! Amiran is a super host! On the territory there are different rooms-houses for rent and each has its own bathroom and small kitchen.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

Dreamland Oasis is something special The nature around is stunning lush calm and clean like a little tropical island.
The pools are fantastic big clean and so peaceful you could stay there all day.

Wonderful place! Clean rooms, close to the sea. It's very convenient that you can use the kitchen.

Wonderful clean house with sea view, hospitable hosts.
