We rested with our family in this hotel from August 18 to 25. We really liked everything.

Beautiful, clean, friendly staff. There is a swimming pool and spa center.

Hotel Estinia is truly a wonderful place to stay! We arrived very late at night, around 12am, but the staff greeted us with such warmth and made the check-in process quick and hassle-free.

We rested from September 3-9. Excellent hotel, rooms are clean and comfortable. Over 6 days, the room was cleaned three times, bed linen and towels were changed.

It was a great place and the host it’s amazing! And helpful I will definitely recommend this place!

The guest house is located on a mountain, the road to it is very steep, you should take this into account if you are traveling by car.

A wonderful family hotel with stunning sea views and friendly hosts. A place you want to return to.

This was a great memorable stay. It has stunning view surrounded by its own garden meticulously kept by the owner. Has lots of seating areas outdoors, perfect for reading or having alone time!

Decent apartments in a convenient location. Some downsides: poor water pressure on the upper floors and plumbing issues that require minor repairs.
Of the three elevators, two are operational.

It's a beautiful building. Elevators are fast. Transportation is easy. Buses 1 — 10 and 14 from the center pass in front of it. There are many markets around it and it is open 24 hours.

The food was simply amazing. The service was excellent. The location was comfortable. We were pleased with the cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort. In short, we had a great time.

We went to Emeg for food, it was the most delicious meat in Batumi 👍 Ordered different kinds of kebabs (barbecue) all were beyond perfect 🤩 Soooo tasty!

A small hotel with an elevator in the very center of the old city! We were offered a deluxe suite even though we booked a standard room.

It's a cool hotel and I got 1BHK apartment but there is no daily housekeeping. You have to pay GEL 40 for housekeeping extra.

The minibus takes 10 minutes to get to the center, this is where it makes its final stop.
