Ajara Hotels

Beautiful place! Very beautiful, clean, modern renovation. We lived in an apartment on the first floor. These are spacious two rooms with a kitchen. There is everything necessary for life.

Fresh stylish renovation, a couple of minutes to the sea. The manager Aristo is very nice)

I liked everything very much! Family atmosphere, very nice hostess who will tell you and help you with everything 🤗
There are all the amenities.

Beautiful place at the foot of the mountain, clean beach, water, cozy 2-story house. On the first floor there are rooms with a private entrance. Homely cozy, everything is there.

The location is far from the city, but the views are magnificent, and our host, Salome, was very attentive. For those who are considering the sea, it's not far from the sea.

I was here from 12.07, very hospitable hostess, everything is fresh and clean.

Good location, nice rooms, very helpful staff. It must have had renovations bc our room looked nothing like the old review photos.

A nice hotel right in the center of the old town!
The staff is polite and pleasant. Quite normal rooms, although new repairs would be good.

It was located in a very convenient area, with a supermarket nearby, and it was a very comfortable guesthouse with a beautifully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, and washing machine that we could

Very good location.
Clean.
Good price.
Very kind hosts.

Room 403 the best, it is on the roof top, great view.

Very good location, everything is nearby, the rooms are clean, spacious, everything is super, I recommend.

Very good hostel. Ideal location. Everything is nearby: the sea, the port, parks, squares, cafes, bars. The rooms are clean, there is a mini kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals.

A good hotel for its price, everything corresponds. Stayed for 1 night. The location is ideal, in the center of the old town. You can walk around the main attractions. Everything is nearby.

Beautiful and interesting place to visit. You can see souvenir shops, old places and massage centers there.

Hotel have realy good location. Close to every atractions — beach, famous monuments, restaurants, shops etc. Rooms have a good view to Old Batumi. Clean and big. Comfortable bed and shower room.

Quiet and VERY close from the airport. It’s a 5 minute walk distance from the airport. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.

Good location, great view to airport, nice and friendly staff.

I was on vacation recently. The room is clean, cozy, spacious. The sea view is gorgeous. The only thing is that there is no terrace and the windows do not open well.

Nice host. Great and wide apartment. Good view. Strong Wi-Fi. Great for a stay.

Google maps does not show the way to get there. The family is so sweet and escorts to the place. He took me to the store on the first night, around 11 pm, so that he could cook in the morning.

To say that it’s good is to say nothing! Bed linen like in the best houses in Paris.

I was very pleased, very clean, close to everywhere, friendly staff, sea view was great 😊☺️ I recommend it to everyone ☺️

The hotel is very clean, the staff is very clean and friendly.

Nice spacious clean room. The room has everything for life, the air conditioner worked without problems. Very friendly hostess!

The view from my room at orbi city was absolutely stunning. I loved waking up to the gorgeous scenery! However, the elevators were a bit of a pain.

My best recommendations. The hostess is very approachable and friendly. I recommend. A cafe with better prices than on the beach and delicious food.

I liked everything very much. Hospitable hosts. Thanks to Mamuka and Shorena for a wonderful holiday. All issues were resolved immediately. Green oasis. Cool pool. Very close to the sea.

I liked the location, cozy and quiet place. Here you can taste the best wine for free and buy it.

Super cheap. Quiet place. We received wine as a welcome gift. Not far from the sea. Shops are nearby. Each room has air conditioning. The owner is a very attentive and friendly person.

Nice hosts.
The room is great and clean.
Everything you need is there.
The weather spoiled everything and we left early (
It's not very convenient to have a shower and toilet in the same place.

We are very grateful for the warm welcome, kindness and care that the family of this guest house showed us! Immediately after booking, I called the owner of the SULO Guest House Marina, who answered
