This place is amazing! Best location in the city. Beach is literally 1 min walk. Shops and restaurants are 1-2 min walk. Rooms are very nice spacious and clean.

Zulu and Alon are a lovely couple and wonderful hosts, they took care of what we needed, the atmosphere in the hotel is great and family-like. The pool and jacuzzi are clean and pleasant to use.

Beautiful place at the foot of the mountain, clean beach, water, cozy 2-story house. On the first floor there are rooms with a private entrance. Homely cozy, everything is there.

This guesthouse is perfect. The owners are a friendly family. The rooms are super clean. It has a kitchen that you can cook there. The yard is fabulous.

The location is good, in the center, close to everywhere. The owner of the hotel is very helpful and tried to help with many issues. It is a place you can stay for the price.

The hotel is old but quiet, 80 lari f/p, a central point, walking distance to everywhere.

A wonderful place with very good-natured owners: they will always help and advise. Tina and Zurab, you are just great. And your pets: Sofiya and Barsik, just a miracle.

Nice quiet place. Rooms with private bathroom and sea view. There is a garden and a bamboo grove near the house. The hostess, Tina, is hospitable and welcoming.

Hotel was very comfortable and location very easy. Rooms are very big, reception nice and helpfull. But our room view was so bad and we heard some noise like construction first night.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel in a five-bed room. Everything is clean and tidy. The room has everything you need!
You can use the shared kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils.

Convenient location, it was a pleasure to stay with such kind people. We really enjoyed staying here, near the sea (a 5-minute walk), and Batumi is a 5-minute taxi ride away.

5 mins walk distance to beach by crossing rail. Rooms & common space kept clean. Keep it mind black out occurs sometimes, so better to get local sim and charge battery full.
