Excellent hotel, small but cozy, has air conditioning, shower, TV, hair dryer. Clean, neat 👍, fresh linen.

A wonderful place in the very center of the old city. There are many shops and cafes nearby, for every budget. The hotel is very clean, tidy, good furniture, starched bed linen, air conditioning.

Good staff helpfully and good to stay for one or two nights budget.

Staff helpful.

We booked a room in the nearby Genatsvale hotel, but it was under renovation, and since the owner of this hotel and Genatsvale are the same founder, the general manager of this hotel, Merab, kindly

Sensitive and responsive staff! The rooms are clean and comfortable! The location is beautiful, next to the sea and you can see all the colors of Batumi! I will definitely go back there❤️

Excellent location of the hotel, a 5-minute walk from the seaport, friendly staff who helped bring your luggage to the 3rd floor (no elevator), hearty breakfasts, included in the room price, large

Very good hosts Svetlana and Roman 🫶 for long term rent, parking available and large.

Nice hotel. In the yard there is a swimming pool, a trampoline, a relaxation area with a gazebo and barbecue.

A wonderful family hotel, highly recommend it. To the owner, Dzhemal-batono and his wife, many thanks for their hospitality and excellent service!

Lovely family, you will feel as you’re in your home.
High recommendation.

The flat I was staying at was on the 46th floor. The room was great, the amenities provided were good and the black sea view from the room was marvellous.

Amazing location, beautiful view of the sea and the promenade. There are 3 buildings, Orbi City A, B and C and I think D is under construction. I was staying in Orbi City C. It is an apart-hotel.

It was a wonderful 5-day stay, the rooms were very clean, their care and attention was very good. We would like to thank the operators of Orbi City A-46.

I would like to special thanks Natalia for her good hospitality she is cooperative, friendly

I stayed there 5 days TV is not working. I asked reception to do something he says he will. But nothing… No one cleaned my room for 5 days. I ask them why not very day.

Service is okayish at the cost considered. No bidet, limited room service. The kitchen sink doesn’t drain water and gets full. Great views from top floors. Cafe at floor 36 in D2 is quite good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Orbi City. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped, which made it easy to cook at home when we didn’t feel like going out.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Cozy rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. Everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

This hotel has everything that is necessary for a family vacation. Entertaining places for kids, a chill area for adults also Pool for both.

Right in the centre of Kobuleti, the only downside was that because of this there are clubs and restaurants surrounding the hotel and its very noisy til 4am in the morning, but we were so tired by

Everything is super close to the sea, with good and cheap food. The owner is very knowledgeable and speaks Polish, Russian, and English. I recommend it!

The standard is excellent. Close to the sea and shops. The on-site restaurant serves delicious, affordable Georgian dishes. The host is a polyglot and manages everything very efficiently.

Very good hotel, clean, well maintained, good, very attentive staff and most importantly in the center of Kobuleti.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel in a five-bed room. Everything is clean and tidy. The room has everything you need!
You can use the shared kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils.

This place is amazing! Best location in the city. Beach is literally 1 min walk. Shops and restaurants are 1-2 min walk. Rooms are very nice spacious and clean.

Beautiful cozy house, clean and comfortable rooms with everything you need, air conditioning. Wonderful view of the sea from the window and balcony.
