Ajara Hotels

The hotel is very beautiful, especially the upper floors, but my advice is to rent from the hotel itself and not from the apartment owners.

Me and my wife and our friend booked 2 rooms in this hotel for 4 nights, rooms (suites) were clean and well equipped with new facilities and we felt very comfortable during our stay, fortunately

We spent 13 dollars for one night. At this price, everything was great, but the problem is that the rooms are not cleaned every day.

It's close to the city and even the old town is not a very long walk.
The rooms (apartments) are comfortable and the view is great.

These are excellent guesthouses for those seeking a relaxing getaway. Situated away from the bustling city center, everything you need is within walking distance.

We had a family vacation; it was a great place, everything worked. We ran into a problem with the lock, but it was resolved very quickly.

We had a family vacation at the Madonna Guest House. We loved everything! The guest house is in a quiet place, despite the fact that there are cafes and restaurants nearby, 5 minutes from the sea.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday! The room was clean, the hotel was in a great location, shops and cafes were within walking distance, the sea was a 5-minute walk away.

Love this place. Beaitifull yard, pool, u can order some food. Seeside is not close, bit ot worth it.

Great place, has its own pool and ping-pong table. Rooms are good, the yard in lovely and the service is great.

Great vacation, wonderful place! Amazingly helpful staff! Clean, cozy, quiet, but at the same time very close to places of entertainment and to the sea! The owners are wonderful people!

Great location. Not far from the sea and at the same time no noise from the road. For those who love a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Great place for a family holiday,
Nearby is the Botanical Garden — a gorgeous place for walks.

Hospitable hostess, very spacious apartments, not built for rent. Everything is there for a long and comfortable stay.

Super friendly hosters. Amazing views from windows. A lot of spots to sit and drink tea with great view to mountains and sea. 500 meters of walk from mountain to sea beach.

Amazing, kind and responsive host Niko.
He met us at the airport in his personal car,
Brought us to the chalet, helped with SIM cards and much more.

I didn’t stay there was just passing by, it’s nice to escape from city life to nature, very juice green area around.

Great place for your money, who is looking for silence, clean sea, a stream flows from the mountains nearby, a restaurant nearby is not expensive!

A very beautiful place. For those who want to relax in the silence and bustle of the city.

Really nice guesthouse. It was a great stop for us travelling by bicycle. The owners are really friendly and Dobbie the dog. The food is really tasty, we had dinner and breakfast there.

Very nice hosts, it is possible to dine here and have breakfast. If you are looking for hospitality this is the place!

Cozy winery lost among green mountains. Panoramic deluxe room is super nice and you get a great view over the winery, mountains and river. Everything we tried in restaurant was super delicious.

This must be the most under-priced, 6-stars hotel in Georgia. It is beautifully decorated, highly maintained and perfectky managed.

Strategic location with spacious yet quiet room right in the heart of the city. The owner was helpful and kind enough to let us leave our luggage for some hours to roam the city.

Extremely friendly owners (Georgian or Russian, but also a little English), quite and peaceful backyard with many plants and a relaxing common area outside. Rooms simple, but absolutely sufficient.

The room had everything you needed, even a washing machine. Excellent non-stick cookware, this is the first time I’ve come across this. Close to the bus station. Mountain View.

The most wonderful hotel in Batumi! With the most wonderful hosts!

A wonderful view of the sea, the park, and the mountains😍😍😍 the apartments are comfortable and clean. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

The city of Batumi is always worth a visit!
And Batumi Beach Tower is very well centrally located, right on the sea and the beautiful promenade.

Good people rent the second floor of their own house, there is hotel-style air conditioning, there is always hot water. Clean room, clean towels. They do not speak Turkish, but it is understandable.

Close to the airport and not far from the embankment. There is a grocery store nearby with low prices. The area is quiet, which is important for a good rest.

An amazing hotel, the room is very clean, the view is beautiful, there is everything you need. I recommend it to everyone!

Excellent room with a very good view on the 21st floor right in the city center. Elevators, of course, are a pain, because the building itself is 50 stories high and there are a lot of people.
