Ajara Hotels

The house is located on the first line, 2 minutes walk to the beach! The room is clean, bright, the furniture is excellent, the plumbing is new, everything worked!

We rested here for 19 days with my wife and son, I really liked it, everything was clean, renovated, high-quality bed linen, good mattresses.

This is not the first time we have vacationed in Kvariati as a family. We always stop at Rezo's. The location is optimal. It's a five minute walk to the sea and far from the road.

Nearby there is everything you need for relaxation. All attractions within 30 minutes on foot.
The room had everything down to forks and knives. The condition of the room is excellent.

I loved my stay there. The host is very kind and hospitable. She prepares tasty breakfast and offers you more immediately after something is finished on the table.

Cool guest house. Clean, cozy. When you enter the house the aura is pleasant. Very calm and friendly hosts. Breakfast was included. We were fed heavily in the morning.

We rested at the Homeland Hotel with Mom, thank you very much for a great vacation! Clean, has everything you need. Quiet and cozy! ) Not far from the sea.

Good afternoon I stayed in this hotel for 10 days in August 2024. This is not my first time in Batumi, but I fell in love with the Homeland Hotel forever!

Great place, I want to stay. Everything is clean everywhere, the bed linen is snow-white, there is a refrigerator in the room. A wonderful relaxation area. Gorgeous view from the balcony.

I liked everything, the staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned, but you need to pay extra for breakfast (we were not warned about this). I don't think it's a big problem.

Best hotel in city, very friendly staff and amazing cleaning service the view was stunning.

Brilliant hotel. Nice views and clean rooms. Administrator Zuka was very kind and helpful. My full recommendation for this hotel❤️❤️❤️

Google maps does not show the way to get there. The family is so sweet and escorts to the place. He took me to the store on the first night, around 11 pm, so that he could cook in the morning.

To say that it’s good is to say nothing! Bed linen like in the best houses in Paris.

Very comfortable & clean hotel🤍 staff is very friendly and will do everything to keep you smile. I recommend this hotel to everyone who loves confort and nice people around🤍

There is a swimming pool, inexpensive, buffet for 10 lari in the morning.

It won’t be said loudly, but our vacation was no longer remembered for Georgia itself and its attractions, but specifically for the Elysium Park villa) Stunning views of the mountains and the sea!

We not only rested but also enjoyed many entertainments, such as tennis courts and golf, as well as tours in Batumi and the surrounding areas. Really liked the large heated pool and jacuzzi.

The best roof caffe shop in the hotel with the mr Daniel, hotel was small but so clean and breakfast was perfect. I will come again.

Very kind and hospitable hotel owners, attentive staff, cleanliness, delicious food, fast service, amazing view of the sea from the veranda (sunsets😍), the hotel also often hosts various master

The property is located in central Batumi so the location is very convenient. Friendly lady at the check in gave us a warm welcome, the room looked like in the pictures and had everything we needed.

Very comfortable studio with kitchen and utilities to cook simple meals. Bathroom is no smell and still dry after showers. Very friendly host allow me to use washing machine.

Excellent hotel. Great service. I advise everyone. 👍👍👍

One of the best hotels with amazing sea view for almost all rooms, the 6 lefts always busy to serve the 52 floors with 70 rooms on each, quite alot people to accommodate.

The building is on the seashore, we previously thought from the photo that this was the only tall building in the area, but it turned out that this area looks like a Dubai impersonation.

We stayed in Block C on the 46th floor with beautiful views of the sea, city and mountains! The room is excellent, cozy and clean!

Great piece of modern engineering with 55+ floors and amazing appartment.
Just walk for 3-5 minutes and then you can get the public transport (bus).

Great appartments and very professional service! Good price for good quality. Recommend for all seasons except cold winter.

The price is more than affordable, the rooms have all the amenities, and the view from the balcony is stunning. But the infamous ELEVATORS have the potential to ruin a person's holiday.

The place is accessible to many attractions including the Black Sea, The famous statue in Batumi, most beautiful McDonalds and many more. It has a supermarket just across the road near the entrance.
