This hotel turned out to be better than we imagined about hotels for this price, it was very comfortable and good here, the air conditioning in the room

Perfect place! Everything is within walking distance: the sea, cafes, transport, shops. Very hospitable and welcoming hosts. We vacationed here with a large group.

We stayed here for 3 nights, 2-story house, great, really liked it, close to the airport, close to the beach, clean room, toilet, shower, kitchen on the 1st floor, we cooked our own meals, big thanks

A garden of tangerines, hazel, medlar and figs. The owner is a very sporty Adjarian, with a diploma from Batumi University!

The price is more than affordable, the rooms have all the amenities, and the view from the balcony is stunning. But the infamous ELEVATORS have the potential to ruin a person's holiday.

The place is accessible to many attractions including the Black Sea, The famous statue in Batumi, most beautiful McDonalds and many more. It has a supermarket just across the road near the entrance.

Wonderful hosts. They cook very tasty. The sea is 3 minutes away. There is a spacious attic with sun loungers on the roof.

My family and I are under great impressions. The sea is just a stone's throw from the hotel.

Really nice guesthouse. It was a great stop for us travelling by bicycle. The owners are really friendly and Dobbie the dog. The food is really tasty, we had dinner and breakfast there.

I booked a room with private bathroom and air conditioning and was given a room with shared bathroom and a fan small hot room paid the same price as a room with private bathroom and air conditioning.
