Ajara Hotels

Went here with my friends, stayed in those cute triangle houses 🌲 Super cozy inside, clean bathroom, all feels like new, and there’s dishes for cooking. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was a very pleasant and beautiful trip. Good service, delicious and luxurious breakfast. Special huge thanks to Mikhael for his work and support of the trip. 🫶🏻

The rooms are spotless. Everyone was saying that this was the cleanest sea in Batumi, and they were right. Everything was very nice at the hotel, especially our room with sea view was very nice.

Great place to relax. Friendly and friendly hostess!

Very respectful. The house is simply gorgeous and clean. I recommend this house.

About seven years ago, we went to the seaside and, fortunately, booked a house in Batumi. Leri and Tamila were very kind hosts. We were their first guests.

It so happened that the second time in Batumi we stayed in the same area, literally 200 meters from the previous place. Our stay here did not start very well. Dream Land was not easy to find.

We really liked this house, and most of all the people and the very kind and hospitable owner! It was very hard to say goodbye and leave.

Superb place in sence of service, host family is very nice, truly treats you like one of their own, every night there is a small gathering on a terrace with home made food and talk.

A beautiful place, a quiet and comfortable guest house, and the staff are very friendly. I recommend it.

Convenient location, friendly hosts, reasonable price.

There are some drawbacks, but for the price it's great. The building looks like a construction site, entrance in the back, elevator on the right, 17th floor, no reception, need to find staff.

In Batumi, the rooms are clean and offer a peaceful stay with family and friends, in a warm and friendly atmosphere reminiscent of a family home. It's a nice establishment, friends.

Cozy place, very good location. Close to the sea. Nice hosts. The room was clean and comfortable. There is air conditioning. There is a shared kitchen. 10/10 Highly recommend)

The owners of the hotel were very nice, they treated us to Georgian cuisine, we served them Belarusian cuisine, there you can cook it yourself — the cuisine is gorgeous, the sea is close. Super.

We vacationed in Georgia for the first time in mid-August 2025, driving from Belarus with our family and two children.

We stayed at the hotel in August 2025, the owners are very welcoming and hospitable, they helped with everything and even solved many issues, for which we thank them very much.

This apartment is super comfortable, very clean, new/comfy furniture, amazing views and the most sweet hosts. I recommend this place, you will not regret 🙌

The best place to relax! The apartment was amazing, located in a nice place, excellent amenities! Definitely recommended!

Very cozy, clean rooms, two minutes from the sea, friendly and hospitable hostess Nona. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday. ❤️❤️❤️

Very good hostess Nona.
There was a room without a balcony, there was even nowhere to dry swimsuits and towels. Nona immediately offered us a free room with a balcony.

A perfect guesthouse, the room and bathroom were very, very clean.

I'll start with the location of this wonderful place to relax. Close to the beach, close to shops. A quiet, peaceful place to relax with the whole family.

We really like it here. We are vacationing as a family with two children. Very convenient when it rains — children swim in the pool. The owner took us to see the sights.

Great place, good hostess, she will tell you everything and show you everything, she will always help, everything is just super. I recommend to all.

Everything is fine, value for money, caring staff … Amazing quite place.
