At a minimum all amenities are available. The price corresponds to the quality, fine.

The host is nice and helpful, Rooms were ready before check-in time, and the host allowed us to check in earlier.

First of all, you need to understand that this is not a hotel. These are apartments in a residential building on the 18th floor. For its price, overall, no complaints.

Cozy hotel in the very heart of Batumi, surrounded by small cafes. Rooms are clean, light and comfortable. Administrators never refuse to answer the questions and give an extra bottle of cold water :)

We stayed with our friends and our vacation were amazing! location is super central, just two min from Europe Square, everything is near and walking distance.
Rooms are big, well equipped and clean.

We stayed for several days at the end of May while traveling around Georgia. Wonderful hotel in the center of the old town of Batumi.

Excellent location, friendly owners, very spacious room with comfortable beds and even a bathtub and balcony. It’s a bit of a hidden location, but once found it’s great.

Friends booked it, when we saw the reviews, we were afraid that it would be bad.
Fortunately, the reviews did not justify themselves.

If there had not been a little rain, the holiday would have been wonderful, but otherwise it was just good. As we understand it, the owner has changed and the management has been restructured.

Friendly hosts. Neat and clean rooms. A huge plus — 100 meters to the sea! The beach is clean, as it is located on the outskirts of the city and there are not many vacationers.

A wonderful, very soulful place. There are ancient streets around, about 15 minutes to the sea. The room is small, but we didn’t go to sit in the room at all.

The photographs are true to reality. Apartment 52 sq. M. Very spacious. There is everything you need for your stay (dishes, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioning, TV).

Good location relative to the beach and restaurant, nearby there are grocery and hardware stores, two good coffee shops with a pastry shop.

Good place to stay. Cozy rooms, great staff, you can host with pets.
