Wonderful hostess Victoria. Excellent breakfasts made by her. You can buy their homemade wine and cognac of excellent quality. Excellent combination of price and quality.

Great place to relax, wonderful, hospitable people.

Very kind host, super delicious food and breakfast in the sun with an amazing view — I can definitely recommend this place!

We stayed here for one night and had a amazing time. There are stunning views from the balcony and the host was absolutely lovely. We had the evening meal and breakfast.

The photographs are true to reality. Apartment 52 sq. M. Very spacious. There is everything you need for your stay (dishes, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioning, TV).

I tried several hostels to stay in Batumi, this was far better, cleaner and safer than the other hostels.

If you want to experience real Georgian life, delicious cuisine and good rest — you are here! Owners are wonderful family!

Clean and quiet apartment.
Landlord''s quick response time when needed.
Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a great location in Batumi, close to everything.

We’ve got two bedroom apartment of 70m2 with sea view. It was convenient for family of 5 for two nights. Corner apartment has the advantage of balconies around it’s perimeter.

I visited with my family in June 2023; the hostess was very friendly and polite. The children especially really liked it, they became friends with the owner’s kitten, our children ran and made noise.

The garden Would Love some Rework And polish, Rooms are Fitting For 2 people but 3 can't sleep. No Major supermarket nearby but there's a Self-service Patrol Station and Police station.

Calm, clean, peaceful hotel.
We were stayed 2 nights and will come again.
