We just spent three nights at the NRMA Port Arthur Holiday park. We are driving around Tassie for three weeks in a small motorhome. We used a powered en suite site here and it was excellent.

Beautiful site amongst the trees.
Plenty of wildlife and so close to the Historic Site.
Staff are very helpful and friendly.

We hired a motorhome from near the Hobart airport and on our last day we stayed at this campsite before returning the motorhome in the morning next day.

Super friendly staff and a lovely family atmosphere. The air pillow was an absolute highlight for my 3 boys.

I had always wanted to stay at Hadleys since I'd treated myself to their wonderful High Tea a few years earlier in the gorgeous atrium.

I wholeheartedly recommend making a reservation for the Murder Mystery high tea.

Check in and out was seamless. Hobart is an easy town to walk around so the position of the hotel was good and if you are hiring a car to travel around the Island, Avis is next door.

We booked an apartment room which was brilliant for our week-long stay — small kitchen and separate living/dining room on Level 9. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Very spacious and clearn room. So close to Salamanca markets and some very good restaurants all within close walking distance. Very friendly and obliging staff.

Lovely family suite, comprising of a bedroom and lounge area that had a bed made up in it.
We had Room 307 that had a great view of the waterfront.

We were warmly welcomed by the front counter staff and offered bag storage as we arrived early and well before check-in time. This allowed us to freely explore the city.

We stayed in The hotel for 2 nights, visiting friends. We had a high floor, end room.

What a grand old lady!
The hotel is spacious, clean and adorably retro. But in saying that, it has been kept up to date.

We came off a red eye plane trip from Perth WA and as we are in our 70s, we were knackered. They found a room for us quite a bit earlier than check in time. We were very grateful.

Everything about our stay was first class.

This place exceeded our expectations. Breathtaking views. Fabulous service, including breakfast. We also enjoyed a great dinner. The rooms are spacious, clean and well laid out.

I was very disappointed when I tried to call for many times, and get hold on the phone with NO answer from reception about the car parking.

Great views! We enjoyed the open space of the hotel. Comfy bed. Clean. Good lighting. Big windows. Near lots of good places. They held our luggage for us before our flight which was super helpful.

The staff at reception is excellent and they pre-empt the need of the guest. The ensure the stay is as seamless as possible.

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment includes huge, clean and modern bathroom. Extremely comfortable king size bed with soft linen. Nice little kitchen nook and separate living area.

Nice old buildings full of Character, rooms had no aircon (only heating) but the room didn't need it, it seemed to keep a nice temp throughput our stay.

Pricey? Yes.
Worth it — definitely.
Food is fantastic. Ran into one of the chefs one day grabbing some herbs from the on site garden. Love it.

As beautiful as the area and hotel are, it is the staff that really shone at Saffire.

Arrived on an evening flight, quick check-in and had a great corner room on the 11th floor.
Clean with good facilities and plenty of space.

I booked a king bed and had a lovely view of Hobart city and the harbour side from level 13. The room was cosy and clean with great amenities.

Average hotel with large rooms. I stayed there for business and reception was closed during when I was checking out. I left the keys in-drop box and called the hotel for invoice.

The apartment is beautifully restored with thoughtful vintage touches. Mary is fantastic, very kind and helpful.

Location was central to restaurants and weekend markets. Apartment was comfortable with well equipped kitchen and laundry. Free parking was an added bonus.

Very intimate stay in wonderful surroundings. Staff extremely helpful including arranging a complimentary wine tasting at adjacent winery.

Our stay at Prospect House for our wedding accommodation was absolutely perfect. The property is beautifully maintained and full of charm, creating such a special atmosphere for our wedding weekend.

Very comfortable hotel in a good location in town and a very short walk to the harbour and information centre where many day tours leave.

We recently enjoyed a 5 night stay at Movenpick in a Harbour View room. The view was fantastic! So lovely to see the sailboats and the sun rise and set.

The spirit of the place is generous and not petty as you find in some accommodations. Lovely touches having toiletries and breakfast supplies in baskets.

The place is so charming, it honestly feels like stepping back into the 1800s, but with all the modern comforts. Communication was easy and really warm from the start.
