Tasmania Hotels

What a beautiful quirky property. The owners have created a gem here. The rooms are all themed differently. Ours was very comfortable and beautifully presented.

Dragonfly Inn is a really lovely, clean place, rich in character and so many thoughtful and kind touches. We really loved our stay and will make it our regular place in Launceston.

Great location with very reasonable rates. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

A beautiful camp site in a beautiful unspoilt part of Northern Tasmania.

Stayed 1N in a Courtyard Queen room in early July 2026. Hotel is 20min drive from Hobart, and 15min to Hobart Airport.

Our one night stay in the expansive Prospect Suite (basically the whole top level — bedroom, dressing room, two bathrooms, landing and private sitting room was ‘JUST’ enough room!

Hadley’s Orient Hotel is an absolute masterpiece in Hobart! The property is gorgeous, featuring a breathtaking atrium that is ideal for afternoon tea and a wonderful bar for drinks and a light dinner.

I am a Hadleys regular when I travel to Hobart. I love the atmosphere and combined elegance and coziness that is particular to Hadleys.

This hotel is exceptional. The entire experience is built around storytelling and it created such a cosy and fun stay. The rooms are huge and so comfortable.

We have just had a five nights stay and have come away feeling so relaxed. The service is exceptional and the quality and cleanliness of the hotel makes it so enjoyable.

The cutest hostel! Such an amazing view and there’s a lovely resident dog! The beds are nice and big and they’re comfy, there’s private bathrooms with a toilet and a shower.

I picked blindly and excellently for my stay in Hobart. Antony is a one-man show keeping the place in tip-top shape.

River's Run in is such a beautiful part of Southern Tasmania. It's only about 1.2 hours drive from Hobart.

Beautiful retreat. Amazing experience. Escape into the Tassie Bush.

For a family this place was great. It’s not a luxury resort, but it had what we needed — slept 4, nice and warm, reasonable wi fi, bathroom and kitchen.

The cottage was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. It had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay comfortable and convenient.

On Monday the 27th we arrived for a meal and the young ladies service was exceptional. So nice to go out and have this level of service provided.

Great country hotel. Rooms are clean & comfortable. We had ensuite room wuth bathroom. Bed was great. Food excellent. Awesome chicken snitzels. Good atmosphere in the bar and lounge area.

Had the pleasure of celebrating my 60th at Sporties in the function room with family and friends.
It was a fantastic night with brilliant service and the platters drinks and cocktails were excellent.

Last night my family and I came for Dinner to celebrate my Birthday.

Excellent service from each and every one of the front counter staff we dealt with. One of the staff gave us a surprise upgrade to the full amenity's apartment when we decided to book some extra days!

Amazing hotel in a wonderful spot. The staff are all fantastic with the gentleman who checked us in (I think his name was Ben) having lots of great recommendations for our trip.
The room was great.

The actual hotel is lovely; beautiful facilities and the rooms are delightful. Breakfast was very disappointing even though we paid a lot for it. Out of a table of 7, no one really enjoyed their meal.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay in a silo room. The hotel runs like a well oiled machine attention to detail is next level. The room was very comfortable with everything you need.

We had a wonderful stay in Chalet 2. The chalet has a charming vintage feel that perfectly suits the relaxed atmosphere of Coles Bay, while still being comfortable and well-equipped.

We have had an amazingly lovely stay at this resort. In particular, we ate at the restaurant tonight and were so impressed with the quality of the food and service.

Loved our stay at Cradle Highlander. The cabins have a comfortable layout, and the wood burning stove kept us toasty during the cold winter days and nights.

We stayed at Cradle Highlander for one night and had a wonderful stay. The cabin was clean, cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed.

Rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff made sure they stayed that way. The reception were very polite and helpful. Very professional.

Great location. Excellent services. We love the swimming pool, it is not deep and has pool noodles. It is great to have an ironing in the room. The room is very quit and comfortable.

Amazing location right on waters edge with views from all aspects in the ocean front chalet. Cosy & warm. Quality linen, comfy bed & pristine cleanliness. Highly recommend staying here.

We booked a garden chalet and was surprised with an upgrade to a water front view free of charge WOW WOW WOW😍The beautiful lady at reception was absolutely amazing and we are so grateful for the

Such a beautiful, peaceful spot to stay. It is a bit out of the way to get there, but I think that and the seclusion is part of the charm. The cottages were clean and well appointed.

Our visit in May to Corinna Wilderness Village would have to be one of the best experiences ever – a majestic location, no Wi-Fi, no TV, no mobile reception – terrific rustic but very liveable cabins

A fantastic place to stay! The cleanliness, staff and location was amazing! The 2 bedroom apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

I was at this hotel for a week in May 2026. Overall good experience, was able to check in at 11.40 after a long flight and reception staff were very friendly.

Amazing place to stay. If you want to switch off and get back to nature Craggy Peaks is your place! Lovely walks and beautiful setting.

Stunning area, abundant natural beauty and varied wildlife. The 2 bedroom cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the views from the bedrooms and living space — just wow!

Such a fantastic place to get away and regain a bit of peace. I was lucky enough to stay at the chalets alone, however each individual chalet is private, with wonderful hosts.

What a relaxing place to stay. The view is stunning and the location and setup makes you feel miles away. We loved getting cosy with the fire going! The wallaby visitors make it extra special.

We had a wonderful stay — the cottages are just a 20min drive from Cradle Mountain and 30mins from Sheffield, so they were the perfect base for exploring this stunning part of Tasmania.

Beautiful / Relaxing place. Was everything we needed. We had meals delivered to our room before we arrived. The cabin was relaxing and big bed with a lounge.

This was our second stay at Curringa. We stayed in Wombat’s Den. Such a beautifully appointed cabin — the little touches and the comfiest of beds. Views are stunning. Totally add it to your list!

Our family had an unforgettable time at the farm. The environment is the perfect escape from city life—so quiet and relaxing that you can hear the birds chirping all day.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The reception staff was incredibly kind and welcoming.

An amazing boutique hotel with beautiful, quiet rooms and charming Victorian-style décor. The rooms were peaceful, elegant, and full of character. A truly relaxing and memorable stay.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

Room; very comfortable bed, clean small shower/toilet area. Coffee/Tea making supplies.
Location; Easy short walk to cafes & restaurants further along Brisbane Street.
Breakfast; Excellent!

Amazing experience. I would have to rate this as one of favourite, if not my favourite luxury stays. The room was really clean and layed out nicely. It's very private and quiet which was perfect.

What a magical moment place, the room was fantastic. The fire pit with a loaded wood pile ready to go was a charming touch.
The hosts were amazing, offering a. Wine tasting upon arrival.

It takes a lot for me to give a hostel a 5 star rating.
The room 10 we had was superb.

Staying at Mo's place has been lovely!
The place is extremely clean, organized, cozy and its owner: a wonderful host. Thanks!

A lovely hostel, I made a reservation before and after my booked tour with Under Down Under in Tasmania and also spent several nights there during the tour.

Great hostel! Modern, in a great location, and always kept really clean.
