Filthy premises. Rude and obnoxious staff.

Soggy chips ' batter on fish, only lettuce no salad, steak was cooked perfectly though. Chargely wrongly for the wine, refunded eventually. Used to be packed. There, hardly. Anyone there now, I know why now $120 wasted.

Chatty bar staff, friendly and efficient! Nice outdoor seated area for “people watching”… schnitzels great!

Go on a Monday at lunch for a you beaut parmi and pint for $20. I was expecting a very basic parmi for that price but by the Emperor was I wrong! I'm one very full, very content man.

Very nice food and good portions and the staff were extra friendly and helpful.

Brilliant evening tonight Monday Parmigiana and a drink $20. Great food simple and quick service.

The meals are great great service.

$15 parmi and chips. A lovely takeaway meal. Excellent value. One of the nicest parmis ive had.

Best pub service in Launceston.

Food arrived cold but we ate it, 4th meal for the table didn’t arrive until at least 20 minutes after the other 3 ate. Won’t be back or recommending this venue.

We have eaten here before when in Launceston but this time we weren't overly impressed. Although the food was good and some staff members were nice the service wasn't great. I ordered the Salt & Pepper Calamari which was tender and tasty underneath the massive amounts of aioli. Recommend maybe serving it on the side.
My partner had to hunt down a waitress for some side plates as they brought out our cob loaf but no plates. He also had to chase up his pepper gravy and the dessert menu.
Then when my sister asked for a coffee they said no as they had already turned off the coffee machine. It wasn't even 8 o'clock.
Not sure I''d go back after this effort!

Dinner was nice enough. Cheap $20 steak meal. One of the steaks was very nice, the other a bit poor quality unfortunately. For $20 quite reasonable though.

Great feed last night! Wife and I arrived from Qld. Found Sporties and Friendly Staff… We did wait on our meals and surprised to be offered good old fashioned service of a refund but still get the meals. Food was too good to take a refund and we were fine having a drink… Thanks Heaps! And appreciate the Free Drinks!

Dropped in for an early lunch. Nothing we liked on today's specials menu so the guy behind the bar kindly let us order off Thursdays burger menu. Only after ordering and paying did he say that it didn't include the drink. Fair enough — only just ordered so decided to cancel as the burgers were different to the ones on the menu that we really wanted on the specials menu outside the pub. Guy refused to cancel and offered to throw in the drinks so decided to stay. Wish we hadn't. Chicken in one burger was burnt and the pulled pork was dry and grey. Told guy behind the bar as we left that the chicken was burnt and hadn't been eaten and that this was just an FYI and we didn't want anything. His response 'it's chargrilled mate'. Nope. Burnt. You may want to check your chefs knowledge on this. Won't be back.
