Absolutely a pleasure to stay in this beautifully restored property!

I’m always on the look out for truly romantic stays, and they are rare. But The Grand really is a romantic treasure.

The Novotel is a great addition to Devonport. Rooms are great especially on the river side with great views of the Spirit of Tasmania. The restaurant is fantastic and good value.

This property is recently built and very well designed. The beds were comfortable and the cleaning staff do an amazing job as everything was spotless.

Excellent room with 2 bedrooms and comfortable sitting/ kitchen area. All of the staff, both reception and cleaning were very friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Really good service. Especially in the bar. Bianca I think is one of the bar managers has helped us out a lot. Sorted our phones and all sorts of things out. Very nice staff at this hotel.

An excellent place to stay after sailing from the mainland. Affordable quality accommodation, close to all amenities. The staff are friendly, kind, supportive and efficient.

Beautiful accommodation with water views. Faultless we loved our two days here. Everything we needed and more so well equipped across the board.

Great cabin, No5. Nice quiet park on the outskirts of Devonport East 10 min drive to CBD.
Caravan park short walk to the sea via a park just adjacent to the Caravan Park.

Great location for anybody travelling via Spirit of Tasmania. About a 4 minute drive. The after hours check in was easy. The cabin we had was great. Well equipped and clean.

Spent 2 nights in this lovely homely hotel. Yes it is basic but there’s everything you need! The owners are very welcoming and really respectful.

Last minute booking, owners were very accommodating, room perfect and location ideal. Pricing was great too!

Arrived in Devonport on the Spirit of Tasmania and stayed at Stony Rise Cottage B&B for two nights in December 2024 — excellent base from which to explore Devonport.

Beautiful room and building. Host was very, very nice. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with some fruit and breads, and home made preserves.

Actually we had a pleasant stay at formby hotel. We booked a bunk bed room with shared toilets. Toilets are very clean. They clean it regularly. Worth for money.

Stayed for 1 night after getting off the Spirit of Tasmania, as it is close by & was very reasonably priced. The rooms were basic but very clean & the bed was comfortable.

Had a lovely meal here tonight. We even bought our leftovers home for tomorrow the meals were a really good size.

Seriously… The best lunch counter meal we've had ever…

Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit as a couple.
The good:
A. Location is fantastic, right in the CBD. I walked to the main retail shopping strip in 5mins; and the grocery chains in 10mins.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment for two nights and I cannot recommend this place enough! It was very comfortable, spacious, clean, accessible and had parking facilities for my car.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped with things like a smart tv, heated blanket, fan and everything you could need in the kitchen to cook.

Located near the mouth of the Mersey on Victoria Parade this excellently located and very private accommodation made our stay in Devonport thoroughly enjoyable.
