We hired a motorhome from near the Hobart airport and on our last day we stayed at this campsite before returning the motorhome in the morning next day.

Super friendly staff and a lovely family atmosphere. The air pillow was an absolute highlight for my 3 boys.

Wow, wow, and wow — what an incredible place. If you make your way up to the Nut and look down, you’ll see exactly why this park has the best real estate in town.

I live in Melbourne and travel frequently for work and have seen some beautiful places in Australia.

This is a very good quality holiday park. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom cabins. It is a good size for 2 people — the second bedroom was useful for storing luggage.

A very nice accommodation solution for RV room self contained accommodation.

We stayed in a deluxe two bedroom cabin and it was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed and more. The best cabin we've stayed in in Tasmania.

My wife, sister and baby went there for a couple nights, currently still there. Can not say enough about the service already.

We had RV to stay in. The park was better than I imagined. Great amenities, has a dump point and water is? available to top up. Kids playing area is good.

Very comfortable well appointed, the layout is a bit like a bedsit with kitchen lounge and main bed in an open plan layout, with twp bunk beds strategically fitted into a nook by the front door.

Stayed in a superior, 2 bedroom chalet that slept 6 people — 4 children in bunk beds in a room, and queen bed in another room.

Stayed in an unpowered site. Very roomy and secluded (but we got one of the better ones). Site had plenty of room for a small van, a swag and a car, with room to spare. Included a picnic bench.

Nice walk down to the beach.
Had a few tastings at the bar. Good offerings of wine, beer and whisky paddles.

Awesome location. Serenity blessed with easy access to beach and boat ramp, coupled with a clean swimming pool. Beach walks and native wildlife on hand.

Amazing caravan park. Many facilities for kids, the amenities are very well kept.
We even got pancakes on our departure.
Laundry is 5 bucks per load and same for the drier.

What a great park. We stayed in a double cabin, the inclusions were great, everything you need to be self contained. Excellent laundry and plenty for the kids to do as well.

Great place for kids. The food was lovely. Indoor pool and spa and an outdoor pool. Basketball court pickleball court. Outdoor BBQ. You can fish off the jetty. Rooms were nice and clean.

Fantastic experience staying here. Wonderful location and well kept cabins. Have stayed previously and came back for more. Arrived late and access was easy as Fran had arranged access after hours.

Room was a little small. But we weren’t in it much during the day so it was adequate. The location is great for exploring this part of Tasmania. The view from the room was exceptional all beachfront.

Unfortunately the receptionist on arrival wasn’t very nice and our room wasn’t very clean, clumps of dust everywhere, marks all over the walls and the balcony doors were dodgy with one of them not

Enjoyed 4 nights. Powered site. Lovely clean amenities. Pool and play ground perfect for children. Highly recommended! Loved the wildlife of a night time.

Beautiful place with awesome sunsets, a well maintained camp ground. Go-kart cycling, volleyball, basketball, heated pool etc to spend quality time with friends and family.

We had a powered site for three days but also stayed previously in November. A great Caravan Park Management and Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Big 4 at Ulverstone lived up to every experience we’ve had staying at this wonderful family park over many years.

It's a cabin style and the unit was efficient and comfortable.

Amazing 2 days at the Resort. We stayed in Hazards Retreat, so calming, peaceful and serene. Wildlife on our doorstep, bird song, wallabies etc.

Great stay overall, with minor points for improvement. The check in and check out process was easy, with the staff being pleasant to deal with.

So close to being a great place, but just missing on a few points. While clean, it felt dated. Kitchen benches were scratched and the place just needed a bit of TLC.

Quite location out of town featuring lake view from all rooms. Not a huge 2 bedroom place but very nice — well presented and spotless.

What a beautiful place to stay and it’s dog friendly! We had such a lovely night stay here and the owners at very friendly.

We stayed in one of the gorgeous timber cabins. It was really cute and had everything we needed. Carolyn and Dale did a great job of keeping on top of everything.

What an amazing holiday destination. Camped in a tent on a large site. Beautiful surrounds.
Close to clean & tidy Toilet Block and a massive Camp Kitchen.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. My partner and I stayed in the executive room and it was clean and comfortable with a very nice bathroom.

Staying in a studio apartment here for a fortnight while we visit family.
CANNOT fault any of the staff at any of the establishment. Reception are super helpful and diligent.

The lady on the front desk was friendly, accommodating & helpful, the showers were a bit tired, but spotlessly clean & hot water plentiful.

We stayed in our van, $35 a night. The facilities were very clean. You can go on the bike trail to either Burnie or Wynyard. Pet friendly 🐕

This is the best house I've ever stayed in in Australia.

Stayed here for a night, wish it was longer. Cute cottage which had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

Near Smithton? If so, you must stay here. Pick up a Cape grim steak and some tarkine oysters and have dinner on the deck. It does not get any better than this. The attention to detail was amazing!

Amazing setting with lots of wildlife, farm animals and heaps of free activities, such as kayaking, mini golf, and basketball. At 4 pm they had a free animal feeding as well which we really loved.

Lovely site with many onsite amenities such as mini golf, wildlife walks and cooking facilities in cabins. Good value for money.

This place is awesome, Michael has thought of everything that you need to stay right down to the rapt tooth picks on the dinning table. Great location, Cheers from West Oz.

Quaint house, fully stocked with everything you might need. Sitting on the edge of semi industrial but otherwise great.
