Great facilities, clean amenities and exceptional customer service from the friendly staff.

Perfect location close to everything, we stayed here over the Easter Holliday! Was perfect for our kids, they had an absolute ball on the inflatable trampoline. The cabin was very clean & modern a few steps away from the park. Friendly welcoming staff too! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you BIG4 team.

We only stayed one night but enjoyed our stay. Cabin was fabulous, clean and modern.

We stayed at a Tamar Villa Cabin, fantastic, incredible design and use of space. Felt brand new it was immaculately clean. Great park, facilities and good location too. Highly recommended!

Clean facilities, friendly reception, close to town, nice camp kitchen and my daughter loved the jumping pillow.

So disappointed. Cancelled my appointment 48 hours prior to arrival and. My $189 deposit was kept as I didnt cancel 30 days prior. How am I ment to know when my children will end up unwell.

Five Stars! We Stayed overnight before heading to board the spirit of Tasmania. The family Villa was one of the best we have stayed whilst in Tassie. Big, clean and comfortable for the 5 of us. The owners were fantastic and more then helpful in allowing us to have a later check out due to lockdowns.
Thanks again guys, we will be back!

Just wanted to say that even though we only stayed the one day at Big4 Launceston, we were more that happy with our cabin. Very clean, well stocked and helpful staff.

Have stayed here a few times and have already booked 2 more stays for coming events over the next year! its a great place, staff are very friendly and helpful, amenities very clean. Thanks guys for an enjoyable stay, see you in May.

Very neat and tidy and spacious enough for 2

We stayed one night in one of the city view apartments and were super impressed with our stay. Clean, very comfortable and our boys loved the jumping pillow. Also enjoyed watching the horses from our bedroom window. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was great, cabin was so clean, very roomy, we were very comfortable. The staff were more than helpful, we had a great time. We are looking forward to staying there on our way home.

Fantastic place! We stayed in one of the new City View Villas and it was really lovely, plenty of space for the children and they had great fun on the jumping pillow. It will be even better when the planned pool is built, we will certainly stay again!

Great place to stay now that it is being up dated.
Don't get me wrong, we stayed in the City Villa the only thing with the cabin we found wrong was:
The couch needed cleaning there were stains on it.
There were no draws in the room with the single/bunk beds if a family was staying the kids would have to live out of their suitcase or bags need bedside table in the middle of the two beds as well.
Main bedroom could also do with more draws.
Bathroom the sink was in the wrong place had to shut do have a wash/brush teeth also maybe a small shower curtain to stop water from going out of the shower.
Apart from that staff were great and cabin comfortable will defiantly book again and can't wait to see how the park grows.

Just spent two nights in city view Villa No. 3. Very happy with our stay. Immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. We were there for Masters Softball so easy drive to Churchill Park. My mother daughter and I in cabin and daughter, son in law and grandchildren in their van not far away. Your receptionist Tiffany I think was very helpful at check in. Sorry about the ant problem but I got rid of quite a few for you. As we had been playing softball all day on two very hot days we were grateful for the air conditioners in the living area and both bedrooms, great laundry room also easy walk from cabin. My daughter Kelly and her family were very impressed with the amenities block.
Close to everything for grandkids, Airtime 360, aquatic centre, The Gorge, couldn’t ask for better location,
