This is a slightly old-fashioned hotel on a quiet edge of the very busy Shibuya district. The room is ample by Tokyo standards, a good value for the price.

Location, location, location. Right in the middle of bustling Shinjuku with the Golden Gai pub strip directly behind the hotel.

This hotel is excellently located in Tokyo, just a short walk from Osaki Station, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient.

Small room as typical around here. Fits the expectation. I enjoyed to have the fitness club with decently sized pool in the same building for some extra charge.

Easy check-in. 10 minute walk from Tokyo station. Room was small, but comfortable bath and shower amenities provided. One night stay. Water is hot. This was my first time staying in a Japanese hotel.

Location is great, room is clean. Room is small but enough for solo traveller. They were unable to keep my luggages in hotel while I visited another city for 3 days.

Location is perfect. Close to Ginza station and Lawsons/familymart. Our room had a washing machine and dryer allowing us to pack less in our luggage and shop a bit more.

Room is bigger than my other hotels in Tokyo (I can open my 20, 26inch and 28inch luggage at the same time with a little bit of moving some stuffs in the room).

Breakfast buffet has great healthy selections. All is good except that hotel slippers are recycled. They need to invest having a disposable slippers.

Our stay at Cyashitsu Ryokan Asakusa was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt intentional, calm, and beautifully composed.

Stayed here for about 4 days in January in the private open-air bath room. Coming out to just under $1k USD.
Now, my experience was very pleasant, and the place is aesthetically beautiful.

Great location in the quiet area of ikebukuro but still a short walk to any food you may require. Very big rooms for Japan too! Would stay here again.

I stayed here because of coldplay. The room was small but compact. Receptionists were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good as well. Easy access to convenient store and restaurant.

I stayed in Keio Presso Inn Kudanshita for 2 nights on Mar. 21-23. This is in fact the most enjoyable hotel I have stayed during my 9 days vacation in Japan from many aspects.

I went to the My Melody & Kuromi themed room and all I have to say is that it's so cute! Every corner was themed and the details were super! We get cute themed free amenities!

The location is close to Yotsuya station, which was very convenient! There’s also a lot of places to eat in the evening right outside the entrance.

I recently spent six days at the New Shohei Hotel in Tokyo. The hotel is in a convenient location near a train station, which makes it easy to get around the city.

High floor had great views. Twin beds helps with room size, which was ok TBF.
Sleep quality was good, noise wasn't a problem and I sleep with 1 ear open.
Room was clean.

Very comfortable. Exceptionally centrally located. Totally well-maintained and filled with amenities like restaurants and shops.

Nice cozy room for family of 4, the reception attendant was kind to provide early checkin. Room and bathroom were clean, bed were comfortable.

Older style hotel with one wooden room key holder per room. Rooms comfortable with fridge, toilet and shower. No closet or drawers, need to hand cloths.

I went here for dinner with my office colleagues. Our office booked a hall and arranged a set menu that included beer, whisky, and Japanese food.

Stayed from Dec 29 to Jan 15th. Location is good, room was in good condition. The room is a little small for two people with one luggage each but it worked. The bathroom is also a little cramped.

No-frills style of hotel that is within 10 min walk of Nippori station.

This hotel is nice for if you need something convenient to the airport.
17min transit to Haneda! They have a lovely public bath (onsen) with indoor as well as open air.

This is a new Keikyu EX Inn, complete with a large public bath.
