I loved my stay here and all of the staff were helpful. The only thing I didnt like was that if you have housekeeping coming, there is a 7hr window in which they can come.

We had a great two-night stay at this hotel while exploring Tokyo. The location in Ginza is excellent – close to Tokyo Station for the Shinkansen. The hotel is also near Tokyo Yaesu Bus Terminal.

Great first hotel in Japan! Very close to a number of stations and easy to access. The check in and out was very easy and English-friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo. The location, rooms, comfort, and especially the staff are all exceptional.

The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff are kind, helpful and careful. Check-in makes people feel very relaxed. It will be a return visit to the hotel.

This hotel is exceptional. The location is quiet, but still in walking distance to a market to get some good street food, and also walking distance from some good shopping at Ginza Six.

Having a free buffet-style breakfast is great. You can always come back as long as you want it until 9:00 in the morning.

SERVICE: Booked via booking. Com and we thought they credited our payment thru our cc but when we came to the hotel, they asked for the payment.

I highly recommend staying here. Convenient location. Skincare and toiletries provided. Their skincare products are amazing, by the way.

I enjoyed my 5-night stay at the Hotel Gracery Asakusa. This was my third trip to Tokyo and my first stay in Asakusa. It's conveniently located with easy access to/from Haneda and Narita.

First of all, the price is really great. I chose this hotel because it was the last day of my trip and I had an early morning flight the next day.

We stayed at Hotel New Ueno for one night while transiting through Tokyo on our way to Sendai, and it was exactly what we needed.

The rooms are very comfortable, clean and have modern interior. Snacks, tea and amenities are provided in the lobby as well.

I stayed in Twin room 1009. Quiet corner and top floor. Room is sufficient for opening 2 luggages but must close up to allow walking passage. Pajamas are comfortable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for the room size. Our room could easily accommodate four pieces of luggage.

Situated close to the temple of Asakusa. Rooms are small but manageable for the price.

I would really recommend! It is rare to have a hotel in Tokyo that have bigger rooms than a hotel in Osaka of comparable price. But this hotel did exactly that!

Bigger room than most hotels in Tokyo. Room is nicely decorated, quiet, great location only 150 meters from Otsuka metro station. Which is near Shinjuku area. Bed is comfy, hot shower is good.

Wonderful hotel with great staff. They are super helpful to English speakers. It's clean and the views are amazing from up top. I didn't use the spa area though because I have tattoos.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Keisei Richmond Hotel Tokyo Kinshicho. The room was very clean, the bathroom was nice, and the view and ventilation were excellent.

Other than the location, it's a decent hotel. We stayed for about 5 days and the breakfast options were limited but pretty delicious. I do appreciate the plates and utensils for toddlers.

The hotel is very well-located, not far away from train and subway stations. Also there are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a supermarket and a mall.

Room had ample size for one person and the staff is really nice.

We really enjoyed our stay and found APA Hotel Akihabara Ekihigashi to be a perfect location to explore Tokyo from.

Overall, we had a good and comfortable stay here. The hotel was very quiet and calm, which made it a really nice place to rest after long days walking around Tokyo.

Our stay at Marunouchi Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Marunouchi Hotel. From the moment we checked in until the end of our stay, everything was truly exceptional.

This location was perfect for visiting Shibuya crossing. Convenient to the Metro to take you anywheres in Tokyo. I believe this place is underrated. I had a small room with a shared bathroom.

For the price, it’s a good deal, and I plan to stay here any time I come to Shibuya.
The rooms are small, and each floor has public toilets and 3 individual showers on each floor.

Wonderful hotel in Kichijoji. We booked it without doing much research, but got a spacious, clean room, attentive and friendly staff, great vibes, and, oh a view of Mt. Fuji from our room window!

My husband and I actually stayed here in February but I am reviewing now because I will be booking again for our trip next year!

Amazing hotel. A minute walk from Kichijoji station and next to beautiful park and lake. Hotel and rooms are recently renovated and in great shape. Smallish but average for Tokyo.

Size of the twin room was very comfortable and the mattress was good enough for good sleep. Staff were polite and helpful. Plenty of food options at the hotel breakfast too.

Fantastic location next to the station and a nice view of the mountains from our room. The staff were very kind and the premises were just awesome. The room was quite large and open.

Nice, modern facilities. Has some useful amenities like a washing machine. Breakfast box was appreciated, comes with free juices and drinks. Location unbeatable.

Great location if you'd like to be in walking distance from main JR train lines, Tokyo Metro, West lines. The rooms are simple and functional, neat and clean.

Good hotel, comfortable room.

This was my second visit in less than a year. I noticed a difference between the two stays.
On my first visit, I stayed in a two-level twin room, while this time I stayed in a double room.

We loved this hotel so much. We started our day with the onsen (no need for reservations if you are staying at the hotel) and then enjoyed the breakfast each day. The breakfast was so, so good.

Nice hotel in Tokyo located close to metro (Tokai line). The stuff is so kind and helpful. They gave us a gift at the end of our stay.

A very convenient location and is about 3 subway stations if you want to go to Tokyo station for taking the shinkashen.
