The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was spotless, and I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom.

I want to live here! Room had a fully functioning tea room, warmed tatami mats to rice paper walls, gorgeous! Kitchen with all the fixings, washer/ dryer to rice cooker.

The owner couple is very kind and considerate. We checked out late but they didn't charge us. When you talk to them, you can feel the warmth that you can't feel in big hotels.

This was such a nice hotel to stay at while I attended a local event. The location is quite good. It's close to the train station, and a few minutes walk from a large mall and convenience store.

Booked two rooms, 1 superior room with two single beds, and 1 deluxe corner room with 3 single beds from Oct 28 to Nov 2, 2024. The property was situated in a quiet neighbourhood.

We had a very pleasant stay for 9 days at Hotel Mystays Kameido, specifically in the Annex building. Overall, the experience felt very comfortable and homey, especially for a longer stay like ours.

The room is quite ok for two. It is not new but clean. The staff are good and location is good too. The only minus point is the bathroom. If you are 80 kg and above, I suggest you try newer hotel.

The location is perfect! So close to the train station and the convenience store.

This was my first at a public onsen and boy, what an experience. We took the liberty of reserving one of the private rooms that can accommodate couples and it was such a great time.

I’ve stayed at APA Hotels in Japan before, but this one is my favourite. I didn’t expect this level of comfort, hospitality, and staff always ready to help.

To say that the hotel is outdated would be an understatement. I think they were the hotel where the athletes stayed during the 80s winter Olympics.

Cleanliness of room can be better, found a pouch belonging to someone else in the room, left lying in a corner of the room.

A lovely place to stay, run by a wonderful older couple who were more than happy to show you around or answer any questions you may have.

Absolutely the best ryokan food I have ever had in the whole Japan.

Rooms were small, the usual Tokyo size it was hard to open all your luggage at the same time. Staff was always present if you need help even with your umbrellas.

We stayed here three nights in a comfort double room.
The room was decently sized, maybe because of the type but it was also a corner room so that may have helped.

My wife and I needed a hotel close to Shinkansen Tokyo for an early train to Osaka.
Conveniently located and impeccable service. The rooms are quaint but have all the amenities one requires.

Great value for ~80$ CAD. Rooms are small but have been optimized and designed for compact stays. Close to Tokyo station for access to other lines as well the bullet train/Shinkansen.

We are a family with a 16 year old daughter. We booked a 3 bed room and stayed for 4 nights in this hotel and although this is our first time in this hotel, we are very impressed.

I have been traveling though Japan staying at places with similar standard (mostly 3 star hoteles, 4 stars max) and sadly I must admin this is the worst of em all.

A well-appointed and well-run boutique hotel perfectly situated in the center of Ginza. The location couldn't be beat: near major subway stops, Tsujiki fish market, and all the shops of Ginza.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was smooth.

A great stay to be in. It offer a high quality service in a not so urban area but it is very near to KAMATA Station which will not be any issue to go to main cities of Tokyo.

Fantastic stay at this APA hotel. Very close to Haneda airport and Shinagawa station. You have two choices of major stations to ride: Kamata and Keikyu-Kamata. The former is busier than the latter.

This was the first hotel we check-in for our 10-day Central Japan tour. It is a 3 star hotel roughly around the price of S$170/ — per night.

New Otani inn Tokyo was a very nice hotel that was quite close to the Osaki station.

This hotel is a part of a large chain of hotels in Tokyo. The location of this hotel is walking distance to the subway, ueno shopping street and of course to Akihabara as well.

Overall very pleased. Rooms are cramped but that is to be expected. The location is convenient and the breakfast is nice.

The size of the hotel took me by surprise, it’s super spacious and big for a hotel in tokyo.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant – the service was good, the location was great, and the rooms were perfectly adequate.

Very good location, close to the subway and train. Nearby shops and restaurants. Ueno Park and shopping streets within walking distance. Breakfast menu basic, but acceptable.

The hotel bed is big enough for 2 adult, we don’t feel squeezy at all. Although the room is small but it’s comfortable and clean.

Location can be closer to the station, not suitable for many tourists I think due to that distance. (15-20 minute walk if you don't jaywalk)

Very well located in Kanda, which means you are on walking distance from Akihabara, Imperial Palace, etc. Kanda station is also very close. Rooms are small, like in any Japanese hotel of this kind.

Great location with train stations and restaurants nearby. Room is small but clean. Free coffee and tea at the lobby.
