We are still staying at this hotel but our experience was fantastic, so far. As for the staff, they all are very polite (as expected from Japan), and even thought their English is not perfect, it's good enough to understand each other without any trouble. Rooms are small and breakfast is average, but you won't find anything like this for such a prize so in the middle of Tokyo. It's really the best option for non-luxury travelers, that is, for tourism mainly. Conclusion is: nice place for sleeping and nicely placed near metro stations and Tokyo center. Amazing!
Great Value, Outstanding location and Enjoyable Complimentary Breakfast We stayed 5 nights in this hotel during our trip to Tokyo. Our room was in the Annex building. The room was bigger than our expectation with updated amenities and it was very quiet during our stay and rather comfortable too. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast every morning very much which was really an amazing way to start our day with many basic selections. Although sometimes breakfast area can be crowded but most of the time we got comfortable seats easily. All staffs we met during our stay were friendly, polite, efficient, and eager to help with sufficient English. Complimentary In room high speed internet was wired with good speed, Wi-Fi only available at lobby area. We brought our Ethernet extension cable to extend the range so that we could use internet at bathroom area as well. This hotel is in a very convenient location only 2 minute walk from Z-10 Suitengūmae Tokyo metro station (exit #2) and also not too far away from 2 H-line stations (Hibiya line H-12 Kayabachō and H-13 Ningyōchō). During our stay, we used Z-10 only since their metro system was very well designed and very easy to transfer so that there’s no need to walk to Hibiya Line in our opinion. If you run out of Japanese Yen and in need for local currency, starting April 19, 2013, almost ALL banks’ ATMs cannot process Foreign issued card.

Stay 7 nights last month. Nice service, clean room and quite place. Surrounded by the office buildings. It’s pity that room is a little bit small. There is no extra space for passing when you open up your luggage. 5-7minutes walk from the metro station (Ginza Line. ) Three convenient stores are nearby. Dining place is too small to fit many people at the same time. The self-service breakfast is tasty but always the same. There is a microwave at the dining place, you can heat food anytime.
