A very warm welcome from staff. They are very friendly and polite. Concierge staff is very nice and she helped me to make a reservation and she even printed out the map and booking details for me.

The staff of the Shangri-La extended myself and my family every courtesy and kindness one could possible hope for. EVERYONE was friendly, kind, and always will to assist in any capacity they could to help make our first trip to Japan a fantastic one. We will be returning to Japan early next year when our son is engaged in his studies at Sophia University, and we will be back at your hotel once again to enjoy your warmth and kindness. Overall a nice place to stay.

The rooms may not be as big as the photos look. They are actually quite cramped. The massage chair is novel but leaves even less space in the hotel room.

The location is relatively convenient.

Very convenient for us who love to explore Tokyo and shop! Don Quijote is just across the hotel (so you can conveniently visit during odd hours - hence less people). ||Family Mart just below so you can grab quick breakfast (or umbrella when it’s raining). ||The room is compact but enough for the 2 of us. Massage chair is a plus. Overall good stay and will consider returning again!

Rooms were great. Everything you need, well laid out and everything you needed. Larger than your average for Tokyo too.

Location really good too, close to Tokyo station and right above the underground too. Weekend the area is very quiet, to me this a good thing. Business district, which is also good to see.

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is very spacious, especially the shower which has hot water quickly. There is plenty of English instruction to make using all of the features and front desk interaction a breeze. I would definitely stay here again. There's a 7-Eleven at the ground level that is unbelievably handy! Get the half tuna, half egg salad sandwich and tell them Beckie sent you 😉

This hotel is a really good one — value for money at the heart of the city. Great restaurants within walking distance. The bed is cozy, hotel amazingly clean, and really good soaps and shampoo. Further amenities can be taken from the ground floor. All the staff are friendly and warm. My concert tickets arrived before I did and the team were so efficient that they accepted my mail for me even without me being in Japan yet all I had to do was sign ✍️ I would highly recommend this place.

One of the most cost-effective clean hotel in ginza area.

The Service was super friendly and very accommodating! I was in love with the friendly, helpful reception workers. I was ill and they treated me like an angel. Thank you so much for that! The Suit was by far the best we had in our 3 Weeks Japan Travel. Special thanks to the lovely receptionists for there help!

This is not our first time staying at a Mimaru Suites property (we previously stayed at the one at Asakusa) but this location is much more convenient than the one at Asakusa. The room was big enough and with 2 bathrooms for shower (no fighting over bathroom! ).
You can make your own Mizuhiki with the help of the front desk staff. Special shoutout to Bri who taught us and she even helped me to re-do mine 😅 and thank you for recommending the Izakaya place!

We are still staying at this hotel but our experience was fantastic, so far. As for the staff, they all are very polite (as expected from Japan), and even thought their English is not perfect, it's good enough to understand each other without any trouble. Rooms are small and breakfast is average, but you won't find anything like this for such a prize so in the middle of Tokyo. It's really the best option for non-luxury travelers, that is, for tourism mainly.

Great Value, Outstanding location and Enjoyable Complimentary Breakfast We stayed 5 nights in this hotel during our trip to Tokyo. Our room was in the Annex building. The room was bigger than our expectation with updated amenities and it was very quiet during our stay and rather comfortable too. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast every morning very much which was really an amazing way to start our day with many basic selections.

Very spacious rooms with a great bathroom. Lovely gardens between the Prince hotels. Friendly staff. Very close to Shinagawa station which is great for train options.

Spent a night here, as we got stranded from the typhoon and bullet train was suspended at the nearby Shinagawa station. Great hotel, huge rooms, fantastic service. Very clean. Nice bathrooms and toiletries. Very fortunate we stayed here and lightened our mood from the long day waiting for a train that never departed.

I've been here twice now. The staff is helpful but hands off if you want them to be.
The place is clean including the well equipped rooms. I should note the beds coupled with the comforters are quite soft and fluffy. They also have guest lounge with free snacks in the evenings.
My only gripe is that the area around Takanawa Gateway station isn't complete so it's a bit of a wasteland right out front.

Shinagawa Station is some distance away from the hotel, but the hotel is new and comfortable. Free juice and tea of ​​various flavors are provided downstairs. There is also a snack corner for guests to chat and enjoy downstairs. However, there are not many restaurant options near the hotel. There is a 7-11 on the road from the hotel.

Good value, great location. Rooms are a bit small but that’s expected in Tokyo.
There’s a public bath which hotel guests can use for ¥500 for 1 hour (men only). The public bath is small, a sauna, one (very) hot bath and 2 cold baths (1 very cold).

We stayed in the annex and the room was poor (old, no space and a building just outside the window). But the price was incredibly low compared to other options and room was clean so very good value for money. Also the staff were super nice and helpful and the location was great. Would recommend if you get a great rate like we did!

We had an incredible weekend as a family of four at Ryokan Warabino. The staff was so warm and anticipated our every need. The traditional Japanese food was spectacular and the view from the dining room was an unobstructed valley of snow covered trees. We also had no problem getting time in the private onsens (first come, first serve). Highly recommended!

An amazing full Ryokan experience and a full 10/10 from me. As a foreigner who hasn't had a previous Ryokan experience, not too sure what to expect.
