I genuinely don’t know how anyone could have something negative to say about this place!

I stayed here with a friend for a week or two, and it was great. The hostel offers the basic necessities: a bed, a locker, and a bathroom. Basically a big dorm.

A fantastic place to stay. This is definitely a Love Hotel, however even if you choose to use it as a regular hotel it is quite nice.

It’s older, and a love hotel, but I loved it for a budget option. Service was awesome, location is good if you like to club. Close to everything in Shibuya. Would stay again, and I’m picky.

We booked a twin room that could accommodate a family of four, though it was quite small with no space between the beds.

Security is weird. Like other guests said: only 1 key per room. Someone got assigned my room on my second day here. Luckily, I bolted the door.
I know because my room key is invalidated.

Fantastic location, 5 min walk to the station. Market in the bottom of the building which is perfect for supplies and ready meals.

I like this place. This is my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and I think it’s unique.
There is no restaurant, but there is a lounge and vending machines.

Stayed at Nine Hours Shinjuku and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and minimalist, exactly as described.

Lots of snack and drink options available, the staff were all very kind and helpful. Great bang for your buck.

Used on New Year's Eve. The overall design was compact, but it was functional and the man at the reception was very accommodating.

Saw the other two reviews and almost cancelled my booking. Very glad I didn't. Incredible value for the price.

The hostel is very good. It’s an old Japanese house in a great area full of amazing restaurants and bars, and it’s not a long walk to the nearest train stations and bus stops.

I liked the rooms and the check-in process was easy with the tablet at the front even though we didn't receive a code.

This hotel gives what it offers, a 3 star experience. The bathroom and bedroom is clean enough, although areas which are out of sight could use some more cleaning.

Good location, after walk from train station and then just nearly you need to Walk a little way into the alley. And then turn right and walk a little bit.

I booked for a superior semi double room. Clean, hot water, working desk, fridge and TV which you can sign in to watch Netflix/Prime/YouTube. Wonderful seeing The Skytree from bedroom window.

For a more local vibe within the Daikayama area, this hotel was a great first place to start my travel. There are plenty of local restaurants and stores to enjoy the hipster, artsy, and trendy area.

Great location if you are a fan of Starbucks reserve.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Tokyu Stay in Yutenji.

A great hotel in a very nice, quiet, residential part of Tokyo. Highly recommended as a first time tourist in Tokyo, a great start to our holiday!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The staff were incredibly polite and eager to assist with anything we needed!

St. Moritz was a very good value. A chairlift is directly behind the property making this venue ski-in ski-out, which I did everyday when staying there (appx. 2 wks stay).

June 2026 – We stayed here for only one night, but we wish we could have stayed longer!

Mash Cafe & Bed Nagano is a simple capsule-style hotel offering good value for money. The facilities are basic but sufficient for a short stay. Its location near the train station is very convenient.

One of the best and affordable Hotels I have stayed.

Nice and comfortable hotel located right beside Nagano-Shinkansen station. Great value for money with decent hotel breakfast.

Rooms were really big and clean so it was worth it! Location was really good as well as it was close to several stations and supermarkets and restaurants.
