Great place with very easy check in, located in an excellent spot.

Small but cozy loft in a great location, easily accessible by public transport.

We had a very pleasant stay at Provence Hotel. The location is excellent — close to convenience stores, a mall, the train station, and many restaurants, which made moving around Tokyo very convenient.

This apartment style hotel was only a 10 minute walk from Kinshicho station and was convenient when going to Disney Sea and Haneda airport as there are direct shuttle bus services at the nearby bus

Pretty and quiet area in or near ginza. Staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi for me and recommending nearby places.

I am very pleased with the hotel facilities, including the excellent cleanliness, the thoughtful provision of amenities and towels on a daily basis, and the useful information available on the TV.

The views from the hotel room are stunning in the day as well in the night. Rooms are spacious and clean. We had an additional bed along with a double bed and still had enough space to move around.

Don't let the look of the hotel fool you. The building outside might look old but inside it's newly renovated.

Nice rooms. Good housekeeping, we got supplies replenished regularly. Even though we had the "Do not disturb" sign hanging, they would leave a bag of supplies for us outside the door.

We call this place the “robot hotel” because there are two robots at the reception, although they only move their heads to watch guests.

A nice hotel just outside the Ginza area. The rooms are quite small but you'll probably just use them for sleeping. The hotel is definitely clean and comfortable.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Booked the twin room and it was considered spacious for hotel room in Japan. We can open two large luggages, still have room for walk and a stroller.

Hotel Monterey La Soeur Ginza is a pleasant place to stay, with friendly and helpful staff, although their English skills are quite limited, which can make communication a bit challenging at times.

Great service. Awesome staff. Value for money. Accessible to Tokyo station in 15 minutes by train. Use both JR and metro lines. Do take the room with breakfast it will save you time every morning.

I stayed here for two weeks from the middle of November '25 and have to say, I really liked the hotel. It was very clean and quiet and the room was perfect for my needs.

No coffee or tea available in the room.
Only green tea in the reception.
No coffee machine on the reception.
No water in the reception or room.
But clean rooms.
Near metro station.

Nice hotel. Fast check in. The room are very small but very good shower and the bed is comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. A 7eleven downstairs for coffee in the morning.

This place is nice, spacious room, near train station, and also near supermarket. The facility on the room such as washing machine and microwave really helpfull.

Absolutely Exceptional Service – The Best Marriott Experience We’ve Ever Had.

I just recently stayed at the Tokyo Marriott hotel for a 3-nights stay. This hotel is truly amazing. The staff are incredible and provided the best service in every encounter.

Just about perfect business hotel for single or couples. Location is excellent (near 2 train stations, walking distance to Akihabara).

I have stayed in probably 5-6 APAs throughout Japan and this one was similar to many of the others (to be expected).

Really lovely hotel in a good area near ueno main station and a local subway. Staff very helpful with forwarding luggage and luggage storage companies.

I am going to say that the hotel is relatively on smaller size, so if you are the type that is carrying oversize luggage, it won't fit under the bed.

Wonderful stay. However our room didn't match the advertised room… but our room was lovely and we got the whole floor to ourselves. The customer service is amazing, and the rooms fresh, and modern :)

The hotel has a great location, right inside the Asakusa area near Senso-ji Temple.
The room was very spacious and clean.

The rooms were lovely and clean, facilities were all working. The only thing I'd complain about is that, apart from the daily room cleaning, there's nowhere for you to discard of your rubbish.

Hotel is fine — quiet, clean, extensive breakfast buffet (if eclectic — Japanese and Indian dishes, with pretty bad coffee).

The place is really good. The location is close to three or four major lines and the utilities in the apartments are really good.

It was small types of rooms, but it was comfy.
