Stayed here for 2 nights. Booked the twin room and it was considered spacious for hotel room in Japan. We can open two large luggages, still have room for walk and a stroller.

Hotel Monterey La Soeur Ginza is a pleasant place to stay, with friendly and helpful staff, although their English skills are quite limited, which can make communication a bit challenging at times.

Stayed at Villa Fontaine Hatchobori for 2 nights on a work trip.
Pros —
— Decent sized rooms, but can be a bit of a squeeze for 2 people.
— Japanese toilets, adding a level of comfort and luxury.

Had 5 nights stay with my family (5pax), the hotel room is spacious for us to move around, no issue to open the luggage. Service from staff is polite and nice.

It was a perfect experience for us to stay there since the staff is extremely kind and the rooms are very clean thanks to the professional housekeeping.

The hotel is in a perfect location central to the heart of Ginza. I appreciated the customer service at this property.

This was our first hotel we stayed at when in Tokyo recently. The location is great if you are into shopping. Lots of nice places to shop at that are just footsteps away from the hotel.

I booked the room through the hotel’s official website, and the process was very easy.

The hotel displays a lot of creativity in maximizing and combining space for different purposes: TV screen right at the end of the bed; washing basin built into the desk… etc.

The hotel has a very convenient location, right in front of a mall, which made it easy to get takeout food and find taxis whenever needed.

I stayed at this hotel twice in March — checked in after a long flight and stayed for 2 nights, then went to the other region of Japan for 3 nights and back here for another two nights.

This was the first stop on a three-week trip to Japan. I had been before, but it was my wife’s first time. The hotel was nice, though it had a few quirks… nothing bad, just unusual.

Excellent service from the staff and well designed spacious rooms with epic bathrooms and cool vinyl, plants, etc.

Great location extremely convienent — only 10minutes walk from South entrance to Tokyo station, shopping and many restaurants and bars.

Location is very good. 5 mins to Tokyo station, near many restaurants and convenience store. Very convenient. Stay in King double room, the room is spacious, bed is comfortable.

From the moment I arrived at Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza, I knew I had made the right choice. The location is exceptional — tucked into the heart of Ginza, yet remarkably peaceful.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza. The location is absolutely perfect right in the center of everything and very close to the tube, which made getting around so easy.

On the quieter side of Tokyo away from the day to day hussle and bustle. But ideal as a central location to get to the majority of tourist sites. Several metro lines are within approx.

Great place to stay, not super busy, access to multiple stations and metro lines without a significant walk.

We enjoyed our 6-night stay at this Monday Apart. The room was well equipped and I especially enjoyed the spacious shower and a handy kitchenette. It was also convenient to travel via metro.

Very well located, close to metro station and just 10min away (walking) form Tokyo Central Station, brand new (2025) hotel. Rooms very clean and tidy, size standard for Japan.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The room was very nice and exactly what I needed for this visit. I truly appreciate the staff for providing extra supplies.

A beautiful hotel with a wonderful atmosphere and a really lovely vibe throughout. The location is excellent, making everything easy and convenient.
What truly stood out was the service.

A spectacular treat! The hotel is perfectly located in the gorgeous Ginza, walking distance to many places. Our suite was well appointed, roomy and the bed was very comfortable.

It's a good place for short stays near the airport. Just one station away from HND and one block away from the train station. You can easily walk and find the sign for this hostal.

The courtesy bus from the domestic terminal was easy to find and runs frequently. Especially if you're arriving late or need to be close to the airport it's a perfect location.

It was my first time visiting Japan and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during my 6-night stay in Tokyo.

I love a hotel run by the subway. Comvenient amd consistent. Koenji is one if the hipper areas of Tokyo. The in-house restaurant is a Denny’s and they have both Japanese and Western food options.

Very convenient business hotel right in front of Oimachi station. Room options are only single & twin, so you will have to split rooms as a family or bigger groups.

Very small rooms but fantastic location at Shinagawa rail station (literally right across the street) with great amenities, including a Starbucks, a 24 hour family mart, a very high-end grocery store

We had a decent stay at this hotel for just one night at the end of a long trip through various Ryokans and Airbnb.

We chose OMO5 Gotanda because it is relatively new, and also because hotels around Tokyo Station have become extremely expensive.

Small hotel in a great location. We stayed for 1 night. Room turned out to be a bit bigger than expected from the pictures.

Very nice and quite hotel, but the room was a bit small. Need to walk a few minutes to the main street and the train station.

Location 7/10 but close enough to the metro station, staff N/A (we did not interract), no breakfast, large clean room, kitchen, Wi-Fi, confortable beds, quiet street, balcony!.

It was actually a great place to stay. They seem to have resolved all the issues other reviewers are mentioned. Located in a peaceful area but close to transportation.

— Noisy microwave in the corridor.
Cons:
— The staff wasn't very welcoming.

Stayed here for 4 days during our stay in tokyo. Location is superb, a few mins walk to okachimachi station and is close by to convenience stores and a few attractions.
