Check in was not smooth with the machine, but I did arrive one day later than m original check in date. The staff was very helpful with this.

I loved it. Rooms are small, but functional. Everything impeccably clean. Beds are comfortable. Quiet, in a quiet location, only 2 blocks from Kanda station.

Fantastic 8 night stay at super hotel premier akihabara! great location and friendly staff (I ADORE their little robot staff). The breakfast in the morning had a good rotation of different foods.

I had a great stay here for about five days. The like happy hour is pretty awesome. It's a good time to meet other people. I did also spend a lot of time just watching the water and sitting outside.

Although the hotel is located in Nagatacho, which is not a particularly lively area, it is extremely convenient as it is connected to four subway lines.

Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel is really a top-notch hotel. It is clean, the staff were very helpful and polite. The location is just at the fringe of Shibuya shopping area, super convenient!

The apartment was conveniently located close to a supermarket, bus stop, and metro station, making it very easy to get around.

A comfortable size lodging with great amenities for a short term rental. We love staying here and having the flexibility to eat in or go to neighborhood restaurants.

Lovely hotel if you want to stay close to Shibuya, but a little bit away from the chaos. There is still a small station not too far away if you don't want to walk all the way from Shibuya station.

I stayed here for 4 nights, it was wonderful experiences. Great value for money. Full amenities including breakfast, tea, coffee, ice, water, pajamas that you can pick at the front areas.

The room, like any other rooms in Tokyo hotels are tiny if you have a huge luggage. But overall nice and clean. They changed the towels every day but will clean on your 3rd day, I think.

I thought this hotel had lots of upsides especially for the price.

I travel a lot and I loved this hotel.
The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The service was impeccable, the included coffee and mini donuts all day & night is great.

I stayed here for 10D9N in Room 401. Room was very clean and you can wash and dry your clothes within the room very easily.

We booked room through the official website and communicated via LINE. The host provided excellent assistance with the booking process and general information.

I really don’t understand what all the negative reviews are about. This hotel is in the centre of one of the main areas of Tokyo. You could not get a better location.

Location is good, it's near Nishi Shinjuku station.

Front desk staff helpful. Rooms are on the small side but clean. It is only a few minutes walk from the main areas of Shijuku. Metro is on a parallel road in front of the hotel.

Family of 5. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Quite spacious for Tokyo standards. Very clean.
Laundry and bathroom was seperate to kitchen and sleeping area which was great.

Clean, comfortable stay with a super easy self check-in process. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the place feels more like a cozy apartment than a hotel, which I loved.

We’re staying here for a couple of nights before leaving Tokyo. We arrived late last night but the check in was so easy! The room is light, bright and in a cool industrial vibe.

We knew the room was small, and it was. However this was easily made up with the most comfortable bed that we slept in whilst away. The pillows were not comfortable to use.

The hotel has an excellent location, situated in a calm neighborhood compared to the rest of Tokyo, while being only a two-minute walk from the subway station.

We stayed in a Studio room (22 sq. M. ) with a minimalist design. The room uses a PIN code entry system.

We loved our stay here. Out of all of the hotels in Japan that we stayed at, this place had the most welcoming staff. They were very kind and also were constantly working to clean or help guests.

Fantastic little hotel. Welcoming, friendly, attentive staff. Clean, well-appointed rooms with comfy beds. Location is great — walking distance to Nippori, which is a good hub station.

Honest review: I stayed 4 days in which 2 days were in semi double bed and 2 days were twin beds.

Good place if you want a proper bed. Though it seemed to be a spring bed, it was fairly comfy. The sheets were nice and heavy too.

Location is great. A very calm and clean area. About a 10 minute walk from the station/ convenience stores.

No complaints! The hotel was really clean, staff were kind and helpful, instructions were clear. The area was so peaceful and quiet. I was really happy with my stay.

Room was a good size compared to other hotels in the area. Washing machine supplied in room. Coffee machine in lobby for guests. Very close to underground railway station.

We decided to stay in the Koto district for the first leg of our Tokyo trip to "ease into it. " This was a perfect option. This hotel is 5 minutes walking to the train station to get around the city.

Overall a lovely hotel, close to the tozai train line, lots of eatery options around and many kombini stores. The room is spacious for Japanese standard and the bathroom awesome!

We stayed nine nights in this hotel. The first room that was given to us smelled of cigarettes. We notified the staff and they promptly offered a deep clean of the room while we were out.

Pros:
​Ideal Location: Just steps from Zenkoji Temple. Perfect for Hatsumode, especially since the hotel remains open through midnight.
​Great Service: The staff is quick and professional.

As other posts have said older styled hotel and rooms.
Service was fantastic and the hotel had the best bathroom of our trip. Breakfast was a good mix of Japanese and Western foods.

The hotel lobby is on the fifth floor. There are shops and restaurants on other floors.

Good location just across the Nagano Station and has a Don Quijote attached to it and a Lawson kombini just outside the hotel.
