Tokyo Hotels

I had a great stay at Tokyu Stay. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the subway and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Had a wonderful stay at Tokyu Stay Ikebukuro! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. It’s conveniently located near the train station, making it super easy to get around Tokyo.

The hotel is conveniently located near many amenities, with plenty of shopping and foods options around. Daily housekeeping is provided, and towels are changed every day.

The front desk and housekeepers were considerate and nice to us guests. We were a group of 3 laughing together while checking in yet they warmly welcomed us with a lot of patience and smiles.

I stayed here in July and was genuinely impressed by how much they fit into a compact 12sqm room.

The location of the hotel is really good — right next to the train station. Getting here from Narita airport was easy. You have a few konbini within 2 mins from the hotel.

Sachiko-san is an absolute sweetheart and I wish I had more time to chat with her. She treats you like an old friend and carefully walks you through the check in process.

Sachiko and her husband were the best! This is a renovated traditional Japanese building. It’s well-maintained, clean and comfy.

This place is very good if you want something cheap and well located in Ikebukuro.
The common areas are very clean and the staff are very kind.

I stayed here for over a week, both alone and with friends, in a total of three different rooms.

I used this location in December 2025 for several nights.
The experience from check-in was smooth, the room was meticulously cleaned, there were no imperfections as far as I could see.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. The check-in process was smooth. The room was clean and very quiet. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a comfortable stay.

We chose to stay at the Conrad Tokyo because of its convenient location near local attractions, transportation options, restaurants, and shopping.

Only reserve the harbor/water view. It is simply amazing. Plus you look into a park right in front of the hotel. The rooms are very big with incredibly high ceilings.

This is a very well-located hotel that makes getting around Tokyo easy.

Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Tokyo. The room was spacious and spotless, and the staff were welcoming and kind.

Location was great, lots of restaurants, convience stores close by, 2 train stations less than a 5 min walk.

I think this is a reasonably priced hotel near the station. The room seems a bit small, but everything is arranged neatly, and the bathroom is very clean.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Mystays Premier Hamamatsucho. The customer service was outstanding, every staff member was friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel MyStays Premier Hamamatsucho as a family of five.

The rooms are very simple and basic — but this isn’t necessarily a bad thing if you are planning on spending a lot of time out and about. It’s well worth the price for the location.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The best part would be its convenient location.

Best business hotel rooms. Everything is very thoughtfully laid out for comfort and convenience. The working desk setup is both comfortable and effective, and the bedside controls are perfect.

It's a decent hotel for the price/location. Tipical Japanese business hotel with a decent breakfast. Rooms are small, but they are just enough for two people.

The hotel staff were super friendly and greeted me warmly with every interaction.

The only problem with this hotel is the room size. But if you are travelling solo, it is a good value for money. Location is very convenient, especially if you are travelling from / to Haneda airport.

Great hotel and great service. You can gave free unlimited alcohol and sake provided by hotel and free breakfast. Rooms are good as usual japan tiny rooms. But worth staying and great staff.

Spent the second half of Golden Week at this hotel. It's absoutely perfect for the solo traveller.

Room is pretty small (but that's expected). Location is nice, less than 10 mins walking distance to Kinsicho station and department stores.

The room is spacious as we booked a twin room, with the skytree view. It's new, tidy and clean, with a hot pressure shower which refreshes you after a long day.

Been very happy here for the first three nights of my stay in Tokyo. It’s clean and sufficient size-wise; I got a full bed room and it all reminds me of my half-dorm back in college.

For being a cheap/"frugal" tourist in tokyo, for the price and the location, I don't see how you can say no to this place. The rooms are clean.

Economic and worthy choice for me to stay here for a week or so. Was late to check in due to the flight, the owner waited me. Forgot to bring my key, and the girl helped me with access keys.

Very good hotel with great value for money. Comfortable room, clean and well maintained — overall, a very solid stay.

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights and had an amazing experience. We're Australian and only know very basic Japanese.

We stayed in this hotel on two occasions whilst in Japan — for five/six days each time. I have to say it was the most comfortable, clean and relaxing stay we had!

Pros:
• Excellent location close to Kanda Station with great access to JR and metro lines.
• Clean and functional rooms with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a small fridge and a bathtub.

If it can be 10 stars I wouldve rated it 10 stars.

It's a very nice hotel, in perfect distance to the famous running track around the imperial palace.
Akihabara is also only a 30 minutes walk away.

First time at an APA Hotel and I like it. The rooms are smaller than the ones I usually stay at (~120sq vs ~150sq), but it's fine for a single person — two might be pushing it. The rooms are clean

This review is based on the excellent service I received.

Very well located in Kanda, which means you are on walking distance from Akihabara, Imperial Palace, etc. Kanda station is also very close. Rooms are small, like in any Japanese hotel of this kind.

Great location with train stations and restaurants nearby. Room is small but clean. Free coffee and tea at the lobby.

A memorable experience from start to finish.

Our first trip to Japan began in Tokyo, and staying at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi was the perfect introduction.
