Fantastic hotel, if a little on the older side. Close to the base of the slopes and well as the bus "terminal". There is also a convenience store nearby.
The staff is very kind and warm-hearted.

Wonderful dinner and breakfast.

We were so full and the lady was so kind to takeaway our dessert and made our bamboo shoot rice into onigiri.

This is probably the only inn in Japan that I.
Would stay again for the food. The meals were like fine dining made with local specialities in a creative way. Think apple baked with soup and cheese.

Room are clean, small but equipe with any basic thing that tourist need. They are responsive. Location is somewhere near the convenient store and subway station.

Clean room and easy check, the hotel is a residential area and it's a bit of a walk to the station, I would not say it's a bad walk either.

Walking distance to Senjuohashi and a supermarket. Expect what to expect when you're in Japan though. The rooms here are small, along with the bathroom.

The accommodation was fine. Quite spacious and fully equipped. The only issue might be the trains passing by the window, which could bother some people.

Very spacious, whole floor apartment in Kamata. Excellent access to transport and eateries. Clean, well maintained and bright studio style apartment with own washing machine and kitchen.

Great location that is a 2 minute walk to the nearest train station to take you anywhere in the city. The room was very spacious and the host kept it very clean.

We enjoyed the location in proximity to the train. The trash can was small, considering there are no trash cans in public spaces in Tokyo.

Maiko is amazing she is very quick to respond and it's super close to train station about 10minutes from there it's about 15mins to akihabara which is where yodabashi (9floor tech mall) is and best

Room was good for the 2 of us. AC in both room and the kitchen is really good. Toilet was nice and shower was big which I like because I'm tall and I had problems in some other apartments in Japan.

No frills, clean place, and very convenient to travel to various areas around Tokyo. Recommended if you're looking for an affordable place to stay and don't mind a shared space with fellow travellers.

Good location, clean amenities and wonderful staff. The bed were bigger than I expected and comfortable.
The nearest metro station (Tameike-sannō Staation) is just 300m away.

Pro: The facilities is definitely very clean. It is one of the cleanest facilities that I have encounter.
Staff are very very friendly, helpful and accomodating.

The bunks are nice and private and pretty spacey!

Stayed in Nov 2025. Had the best sleep in this accommodation — the beds are on the softer side with just the right firmness compared to others in Japan.

The space, while a bit cramped, is ideal for groups. Our unit had two toilets and two showers, as well as a full kitchen.

The location is fantastic! :-)
Just 2 streets from the main thoroughfare of Ginza shopping and dining, yet the rooms are quiet and comfortable.

We were in Tokyo city for 5 nights in Dec 2025 and this is our 3rd hotel, including Marriott AC hotel next door.
Courtyard location is at the fringe of Ginza area.

I stayed here for ten days and on my last day I got a light flu, because of this I wanted to check out late on my last day and the front desk, H Miyazawa, was extremely helpful in making that happen.

Great location close to a few train stations. Very quiet for central toyko. Clean and tidy. Compact rooms so squishy if 2. Towels replaced daily. Room service after every 3rd night.

Nice service staff with free drinks, coffee and free udon.

We stayed 4 nights and found that it is within walking distance to the Tokyo station (about 10 mins). It is also near Takaracho station which make our journey easier when coming from Haneda airport.

I like my experience for this price! Perfect location for tourists, friendly and very helpful front desk! I enjoyed the shower and the iron they offered, room size is reasonable for personal travel.

I recently stayed at **KKR Hotel TOKYO** and was absolutely blown away by the experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.

Excellent hotel, very quiet and with great transportation connections to move around Tokyo.

The hotel stay was good. The room was comfortable and not much sound outside the hotel room hallways.
The hotel room bed was comfortable.

I love the hotel staff — very respectful and forthcoming. Breakfast is served. Laundry was available; used it twice.

Route inn are always dependable and value for money. The room was small as usual but very clean. The beige colour bathroom needs an upgrade to sparkling white.

The location is a bit far and a bit complicated if you want to go to Shinjuku or Ginza for example. But the hotel itself has great view, you can see Tokyo Bay from the lobby and your room.

Nice hotel, with a good view and direct access to a metro station. However, the location is only handy if your are going to Bigh Sight, in almost every other case, it’s a bit distant from everything.

A value proposition for those travelling to Tokyo on a budget. Located in the less fashionable area of Tokyo, Minami-Senju, though very close to Tokyo Sky-Tree.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Note that it is not a hotel in the sense you get your own room or bathroom. It is more like a dormitory, where you get your own private room but share the bathroom.

Lovely hotel! The staff were very nice and helpful if there was any type of problem.

Rooms are spacious enough for a solo traveler. You can opt not to have room service and they'd just give you a bag everyday to replace towels and trash bags.

A self serve hotel is something I've never seen done. Our place could have slept an army. It was clean, large, near trains, shopping and more. — an American.
