Tokyo Hotels

It’s our second trip to Japan. So, we’re happy to live in Asakusa, great location. Service and rooms were also great, common thing for Japan — small rooms. And here it was very clean.

Location is excellent. Be aware there is no area to sit in reception if you need to wait for a ride. Staff friendly enough but limited English and reception not always manned.

5min walk to train station (Asakusa line) if you are heading to Narita Airport, very convenient as no need to change trains.
Also if you are a coffee lover, many cool cafes nearby.

I stayed here for 8 days, I highly recommend this hostel if you're traveling tokyo by yourself and need somewhere friendly and cheap for solo travelers.

This is an adorable, quaint, but super clean and cute hotel. There are 3 rooms per floor, I think 8 floors total. Everything is compact, but thoughtfully built so that no space is wasted.

Comfy and superbly clean! Every time I return to the hotel, I feel refreshed and happy because of the relaxing atmosphere. The room is amazing, with a mini-kitchen where you can cook!

Small apart hotel with few rooms. No functional lobby. Our room was tiny. Seemed overpriced for what we paid on this site. May be worth it to shop around as you likely will find a better deal.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my daughter. It is nice and clean. As you know, most hotels in Japan are small in size. If you have large size luggage, your room will feel even more small.

Like other APA branches, this hotel is conveniently located near a station. The room is small but compact and well-equipped with everything guests need.

I booked the 1 private room. Small like college private room but it's worth for travelling under a budget. Plus I can walk to famous places like seijo temple and sumida river.

The place is quite big for a room for 3. The room is spacious and is complete with amenities. There is a nearby Family Mart, drug store and grocery store.

I loved the location because it is very close to the station. The room is quite small but it just fine for one or two nights.

It is next to the train station. The room was clean but extremely small.

Location and place was great to relax and stay inn! However I left my apple airpods. I would appreciate if you can confirm with me if you have found it on room 209.

The location was excellent and the staff were super friendly. It’s very close by the Yamanote & Mita lines which can get you to all of the major areas in Tokyo.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this APA hotel for 6 days. The room was small but enough, bed was comfortable and the shower was just right.

My first time staying at this hotel chain. The hotel is located minutes from the train station.

We arrived very tired after a very early flight and a long day of travel from Australia. We received a warm welcome, were given all the hotel information and some complimentary noodles.

High value, special thanks staff Dawa, he provides great service to support. Strong recomand you select this hotel when you come ikekuburo.

This place was perfect for our stay, and the price was very reasonable. We stayed for two nights, and customer service was excellent, they handled all of our inquiries promptly.

Nice and cozy spot, especially if your stay is on the longer side. I found the location to very convenient, within very reasonable travel time from any interesting hot spots in Tokyo.

The hotel itself is amazing. The rooms are fine size-wise, but I wish there was at least one or two wall sockets that stay powered when leaving the room.
The service is amazing.

Me and my fiance booked for 10 nights between the 12th and 22nd of January 2025.

Location is great, staff is friendly. I would have liked to be able to open my window, especially in a smoking room. Breakfast could also use some work. But apart from that would recommend!

Easy check inn, clean cozy room, great location and price.

Hotel Allamanda Aoyama is, hands down, my new Tokyo happy place. From the moment I stepped in, the service was so smooth and attentive it made me wonder if they’d read my mind. The rooms?

Very good hotel! Staff is really friendly. I saw a lot of comments about the breakfast. We really liked it, but I guess a lot of people expect a buffet.

This is a great hotel, located in the middle of a lot of restaurants and food options and close to the subway station to go to a different tourist places in Tokyo.

Great service! Very helpful staff!
Rooms were nice and clean but maybe a little dusty.

Stayed for 10 nights off-season (start of february). The people in the reviews seem to have expected the Hilton for the price of a capsule hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at 9h Akasaka. I don't know what these commenters are expecting… I booked this hotel for about $30USD and the value is insane.

Very clean and spacious room for 6 nights stay in Tokyo.
The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Azabu-Juban Station, with easy access to both the Toei and Namboku Lines.

Wonderful experience, stayed there for over a week. The room was great, had the corner suite. Location was also very strategic. I will definitely stay in Oakwood Azabu again.

My three night stay at this hotel was lovely. I made use of the free coffee machine each morning.

Nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect if you are looking for a quiet area, 10 mins from subway.

An excellent option for solo travelers. The rooms are clean and comfortable, albeit small. You can get a nice sea view if you're lucky with the room's location.

I have to say, I'm quite impressed with this hotel. This hotel may be catered to the budget conscious traveler, but it makes sure it creates a comfortable experience for the traveler.
