My wife and I needed a hotel close to Shinkansen Tokyo for an early train to Osaka.
Conveniently located and impeccable service. The rooms are quaint but have all the amenities one requires.

Small rooms but quiet and safe neighborhood.
Front desk staff was quick, efficient and attentive. We were lucky enough to check-in several hours early when our room was available.

I stayed here for about 11 days at the beginning of my Tokyo trip, and honestly, it was a great experience. You can come and go as you please — the place stays open 24/7.

Front desk staff is very friendly. They all really made me feel comfortable always. The tall japense guy is very helpful and polite.
Furthermore, breakfast is free and rooms are cleaned.

Very impressed with this hotel in closest proximity to Tokyo station.

10 mins away from Tsukiji Fish market, it’s a contemporary hotel in a quiet neighborhood.

Truly enjoyed my stay in Somerset Ginza East! The staff were very accomodating and helpful, they even gave me warm greetings for my birthday.

Very hospitable and helpful staff. Staff was accommodating and granted me time extension and allowed me to freshen up myself before taking the past midnight flight. Super grateful to them!

Great value for ~80$ CAD. Rooms are small but have been optimized and designed for compact stays. Close to Tokyo station for access to other lines as well the bullet train/Shinkansen.

Got to stay while the hotel was relatively new so everything was pristine. Love all the design details, murals by local artists, and the fun interiors of the common areas.

We had two rooms that were right next to each other but not connecting. One had a double bed and one with two singles. The bathroom has a shower, no tub, toilet.

Fantastic stay at this APA hotel. Very close to Haneda airport and Shinagawa station. You have two choices of major stations to ride: Kamata and Keikyu-Kamata. The former is busier than the latter.

Stayed here in December 2024 and would certainly do so again if I needed to be moving around between Yokohama, parts west, Tokyo center, etc.

First time staying at the Group of hotels. Hotel seems new (there is another ex-inn nearby fwiw). Bed is comfy and I enjoyed the onsen. No complaints except for the location, which is a bit isolated.

This has been my go to place when I fly to Haneda from Portland, OR. It is only a station away from Haneda Airport Terminal 3 and it is essentially attached to Tenkubashi station.

I do not live a life of luxury, but this place makes me feel fancy.

We stayed 3 nights in last week of May 2026, perfect weather, beautiful sunshine, right before the summer heat starts.
ANA Holiday Inn Tokyo Bay is at a terrific location.

The size of the hotel took me by surprise, it’s super spacious and big for a hotel in tokyo.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant – the service was good, the location was great, and the rooms were perfectly adequate.

This is by far the best guest house I’ve ever stayed in. Isa is a gracious host who welcomes you as part of his home and family. Simply a perfect place to stay.

Isa-san and Yumiko-san are the sweetest hosts — so kind and caring, they truly made me feel at home.

Is small and bedrooms are same but are very comfortable and well equipped.

Although the rooms are small, the reception and staff are very nice. The hotel is quite clean (spotless bathroom! ) and modern, with good amenities for the price.

904, 804, 704… has a view of Skytree… nice little room with safe and tiny fridge. Spa too! I think especially good for women tourists. Quieter than apa hotels. Yes. Very good 👍

Perfect location for our first 5 nights ever in Tokyo. Great location, friendly check-in, clean and tidy, utensils and bowls etc in kitchen which sufficed for our coffee, snacks, breakfast.

We’ve stayed here for 3 weeks at the end of April and star of May. Apartment was clean and spacious, enough room to store 3 people (can be 4) and 5 suitcases.

The owner of this inn is so nice and kind. He will give you free snacks and drinks, cup noodles and more. The room itself is 1 room. Nice bathroom, 2 couches and 5 beds.

The residence would be perfect for a small family. I have stayed there with other 5 friends and the space was very limited but it is possible to stay there.

This hotel is a part of a large chain of hotels in Tokyo. The location of this hotel is walking distance to the subway, ueno shopping street and of course to Akihabara as well.

Overall very pleased. Rooms are cramped but that is to be expected. The location is convenient and the breakfast is nice.
The staff are very polite and helpful.

Lovely quiet neighbourhood, hotel 5 min walk from Mejiro station, plenty of food options, including convenience stores, cafes, food trucks and restaurants.

Right next to Mejiro Station on the convenient JR JY Line, allowing you to go to Shinjuku, Ikebukuro and Shibuya easily.

This place is very good if you want something cheap and well located in Ikebukuro.
The common areas are very clean and the staff are very kind.

I stayed here for over a week, both alone and with friends, in a total of three different rooms.

My family of 3 stayed here for 2 nights, good value hotel. The tatami/futton bed are quite comfortable and room have good heating during the cold nights. Necessities are all provided.

It's very close to Shinagawa Station so it is a very good location if you plan to do a lot of day trips.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Shinagawa Tobu Hotel. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short 5-minute walk from Shinagawa Station, which makes traveling around Tokyo extremely easy.

This hotel was in an excellent location — 2 minutes from the Akasaka subway station and bus stop. There are free tea, coffee and toiletries in the reception area.

I’ve visited Tokyo multiple times and this hotel is my favourite to stay at. The location is unbeatable from a transit perspective, being a 1 minute walk to 5 different lines.

Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Tokyo. The room was spacious and spotless, and the staff were welcoming and kind.

The stay was totally unplanned when my flight home got cancelled and I had to scramble to find a hotel as mine was fully booked.
