Outstanding Hotel for very competitive prices! The staff was great and the room was super clean. Location is also convenient (about 10 minutes walk to Ueno Station)

For the price, this place offered a great stay. Room size was good with ample space for even a big luggage, considering Tokyo, the bed size was also good.

Clean, simple rooms that are good for 1 person. My room had a fridge, microwave, and water kettle. Excellent water pressure. Coin laundry on site. Friendly staff.

It was actually a great place to stay. They seem to have resolved all the issues other reviewers are mentioned. Located in a peaceful area but close to transportation.

Room is very clean, you can cook because they provide stuff to cook.
I check in on 9pm, so the staff already home, so I'm self check in.
Bathroom and closet is clean.

We booked late and wanted to be close to.
Shinjuku and Shibuya. Otsuka ended up being our favourite place. The side streets around LiVEMAX have great food and drink offerings.

Nice location just enough. Out of the real Tokyo hub bub to enjoy. But quick ride on the Yamamoto line to all the key places.
Hotel is bit older now and tired in rooms.

Quiet neighbourhood with subway access. Quadruple room is surprisingly spacious and very well designed to be not cramped. Love the view of skytree everyday when we walk towards the train.

Small but functional room. The toilet door was glass and so you could be seen on the loo from the room easily. Washer drying was super useful after a few weeks on the road.

A nice convenient location. Overall a good stay and I would choose it again over a hotel. Set back in a quiet neighborhood.

Not far from Tabata station, the receptionist kinda confused at first because we were with the 3y old children (we book for 3adults & 1 child) but then they allowed us to checked in. The room was

Chill place, near Tabata station. Perfect staff (beware as they don't speak English).
The rooms are spacious and have a private bathroom. The only problem is the toilet seat that is not really stable.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was im clean and well-equipped, making it feel like home. Everything was working.

Great hotel — much better than expected actually — we are a family of 4 with 2 kids 10 and 12 and they absolutely wanted to try it — we all had our own capsule — Staff was very friendly and English

If you are a book lover and want to stay at the centre of Tokyo, also want to enjoy the nightlife, this is one of the good options to stay. For solo travelers it’s recommended.

Very quiet neighborhood short walking distance to the main roads. The rooms are very clean. Will stay there again if we return to shinjuku.

Great value for money. Its not the Hilton, but it is warm and clean… although the Shower room could do with a refresh… as it looks quite "dated" if that makes sense.

Rooms are very small but the money you pay is ok for its size. You cannot place your baggages etc. As the rooms are tightly packed. Each room has refrigerator and oven apart from other toiletries…
