Bed was comfortable and clean. Good location in Shibuya. Lockers for shoes and clothing. 24h service for late check in. People were respectful and quiet when I was there.

A little walk room the station up a couple of hills and over a road bridge which did have a lift if needed.

+short walk to station.
+pretty affordable.
+more room than an APA.
-bathrooms/doorways are… badly designed ergonomically.
-no one explained that there were more bath towels in the laundry room.

The room is big and clean compare to others in Tokyo. Instructions from the staff and info website are clear to understand.

Really loved our stay here. The room was clean, spacious and felt very homely. Location was a bit far from the station but we didn’t mind the walk!

Budget friendly and best location. If u need walking access or near to any famous attractions this not it. But this area give a almost the best vibe of Japanese.

Extremely cost effective. Paid under $40/night. 7-eleven is a couple of streets over. Best part is that AC unit can be cooled or heated to whatever you want (something that APA seems to avoid doing).

Had an amazing time in Tokyo. R&B Hotel is in a great location. It’s close to the train station (a two minute walk) with lots of shops and restaurants around.

Loved this hotel so much. Convenient spot with a Don Quijote, McDonalds & a seven eleven all opposite it. Nice staff and the most peaceful train station sleep sounds. The pajamas were nice too :)

Near to metro, tram & train station. Unit is big and very convenient and near to the convenient store, i. E. 7-11, lawson & family mart.
Unit is clean and spacious, worth the price.

Crazy, biiiig, cleaan, 450 meters from subway, a lot of restaurants and convenience.

Small and cheap business hotel in Edogawa. The Kesei line is near, from here you can easily reach Shinjuku, Asakusa etc…

I stayed 10 nights here, honestly the room is pretty bare bones but we were just using it as a place to sleep and keep our stuff.

Great place to stay near Haneda Airport, 7 mins walk to umeyashiki station or 10mins walk to Kamata station. Konbini store near and paying parking lots available near house.

This apartment may be small, but it’s incredibly well-designed and packed with high-end features.

There’s no front desk, but messaging with the host was quick and smooth, so I have no problem at all. The room has microwave, dishes, and coffee and tea. That’s very convenient.

I'd arrived late at night though, since I had completed the pre check-in, entering the room was smooth and effortless.

Thank you this place is very cozy, clean and quiet. What I like is that your place is also very affordable and close to the station, just a 3-minute walk, which is great.

Cheap private lodging by Tokyo standards. I guess I lucked out getting a clean room.

Such a good experience!
Even though this is no-staff stay but the instructions are very clear and easy to understand. The location is near a local train station so we could easily get to downtown.

The room was very clean and had a lot of amenities like a laundry machine, shower that doubles as a clothes dryer and a stove.
