The manager is great rooms are clean very friendly place to stay.

Nice large rooms, very clean bathrooms, HOT water, really nice people!

Great stay! This location was walking distance to the beach! Michelle was lovely and so helpful.
The room is a basic room but has everything you need — great for a beach getaway!

Spent the night at this establishment rooms were spotless comfortable the person greeting us and taking our reservations was the sweetest person you could imagine so polite and we went for a walk

I really enjoyed my stay here! Clean, cozy, quiet for being just off the highway, and a quick exit back onto the highway to continue on my way! Definitely recommend for travelers!

A Clean, Welcoming Stay.

Modest Ink smell coming from some corners of the room. I was asked not to use my 3 in one Lexmark printer/scanner/copier after the hours of 1 am.

Ended up at the this hotel and thinking I would stay one night.

Rooms are super clean. Spacious and comfortable. Staff is really nice.

This hotel is utilitarian, but clean and the staff are polite. It's also dog friendly so that helps if you are travelling with your pup. The hotel is a bit worn, but it's clean.

Room was clean and comfortable, nothing in disrepair. Breakfast was very limited, only small quantities available. Would have appreciated additional fruit option aside from bananas.

We had a really positive experience here over the weekend. We came as a team and were treated very well.

I've stayed at worse hotels. Ok, so this is not a fancy hotel, but our expectations were low and we were pleasantly surprised.

Large rooms with comfortable and large beds. My room had a mini fridge and microwave and a desk as well as a closet and couch. Felt like a bachelor apartment.

I want to share my warmest impressions about this hotel. From the very moment we arrived, we were greeted with such genuine care and attention that it felt like coming home to family.

I dont understand the low reviews of this hotel. I stayed 1 night before my flight and found it to be a pleasant experience. The rooms and linens are clean and the beds are comfortable.

One of the cost effective places to stay in Waterloo, managed by a good landlady. I would strongly recommend my friends to come.

Had to cancel due to personal reasons, but host Helen was very very kind to me and gave me my full refund. I would still consider booking with her!

I don’t know why some of the people reviewing horrible here, bad experience I guess. We had a very welcoming experience we stayed up for one night. Rooms were really clean and cosy.

Great value for the location — most others stay visit blue mountain so it’s pretty quiet. Could use a little updating but honestly nothing to complain about!

I almost never leave reviews but felt inclined to just because of some of the negative ones here that almost stopped me from staying… older place, but such clean facilities and friendly/helpful staff.

Have stayed a couple times but not for a while. FLW came up in a conversation so here I am. I love this place and sadly not many places exist like this exist these days. Hope to come back soon.

This is a great place to stay. The hotel is decent, the rooms are cozy. But most of all, the staff are wonderful.

Out dated sure but everything you need. Don’t let the entryway fool you it’s a great place.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a pretty incredible spread! Thank you. 🙏 I will be back.

Stayed here as we were passing through. The room was nice size one of the bed was comfy then other old sunken in the room smelled little musty the carpet was wet by the bed when we bet there.

This is an older motel. Prices are high but that is because it is in a gold mining area. Im told it is cheaper on the weekends. The staff there are super friendly and you cant beat the location.

Vina was incredibly cooperative, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Best Western. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived.

I would say good place to stay for a night with a reasonable price. This is not a 5 star hotel, thus, I shouldn't expect that level of experiences. But I liked that place.

We stayed for the three nights. We selected this place because they allowed dogs for a nominal fee. There wasn't much here at all. A real sense that this place has seen better days.

You get what you pay for.
One of the inexpensive hotels in the area. All we wanted was a room to lie in after a days drive, so not looking for anything fantastic.

Older motel without a doubt but our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very friendly staff.
No signs of bugs whatsoever as others have mentioned.

Friendly new ownership beautiful 😍 atmosphere play area for children fur baby Friendly rooms are clean towels, shower curtains are white.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Jignash twice in the last year and he has always gone above and beyond my service requests. From a customer service standpoint you can't find better.

While the rooms may be dated, the staffs kindness is offered freely, received an upgrade for free because my initial room had an issue. Would definitely come back again.

The rooms were pretty decent. Was a bit odd the way he had to go through a back door to get to the room. But it was centered around a mall area with a beautiful replica lighthouse of Slate Island.

You check in and out yourself. Breakfast was good variety. Only thing is the security of your car in the lot which is open.

We stayed one night to take advantage of the airport shuttle in the morning and because they had the cheapest rate for leaving a car parked on site while away ($8/night).

Positive: Friendly, helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast. Clean rooms & needed amenities. Good location.

It is an old hotel building that has/is being refurbished. New rooms more than acceptable and clean. Staff helpful. I stayed because of the price. I was not disappointed.

My wife and I stay at Knights Inn Kingston about twice a month, and it has become our go to place.
The staff is always kind, respectful, and welcoming.

The room was cozy and clean. The management were very kind. I had a situation with my car and the owner let us stay until check out until it was resolved.

Great Location verry clean rooms. Decor is outdated a bit but it kinda ads to it. Verry nice throw back touch.

Wonderful service, great price and recently remodeled rooms. Very kind and helpful staff. Located to a great diner, and everything is nearby. I don't know why people are complaining.
