THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE! We booked a non-smoking room but it still smelt like smoke. There was very bad lighting in the room. The lamp wasn't working. The stove, fridge and microwave were nasty and very dirty. The bathroom had the worst door (a sliding one). It did not fully close. The sink in the washroom was very squeaky. The water coming from the shower was either too hot or too cold. The bathtub wasn't even stable. The bathtub floor was wobbly. The beds were squeaky and there were stains on the mattress and bed sheets. There was no breakfast all they could offer us was a doughnut and some coffee. When we came back home, we realized that they had charged us two times for our stay. We called them but they kept on arguing and saying that we stayed for two nights when in reality we stayed for one night. We have prof that we stayed for one night but they still wont refund our money and they keep on insisting to charge us for two nights. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. Never visit this place. You will regret it! worst hotel i've ever been to.

Location was in a shady party of town. No shampoo or conditioner in the bottles. Fan in bathroom falling off ceiling. Tv barely worked. But hey it was cheap.

Rooms were clean-ish… Room was noted as "non-smoking", but there were cigarette burns in the carpet and nicotine stains on the walls. Grouting in the bathroom had mold. Didn't smell bad, though! Biggest issue here is the low prices attracts some… Interesting… patrons. Lots of sketchy activity at night, including drugs and prostitution.

Get what you pay for. Decent rooms, decent price, nothing special. New door lock systems are installed for convenience, but the coffee provided in the morning is terrible, go across to Timmy's instead. If you do have issues with the room, staff are usually helpful and accommodating.

It's a dump, nothing but bad people are in and out of there. Terrible things happen to people when living in pretty much every room. The owner him self is heavily in to drug's. Can't park your car either, or it'll get broken into if not stolen. Police are there constantly. The rooms are very dirty, & I'm sure doesn't meet the heath and safety codes. This place doesn't even diserve one start. That's still way to good for a run down place like this. I advise No One go there ever. The place should be shut down an burned down. Xxxxxxx.

Best place to stay because is is near mall, tim, bar, and other food spots are available on walking distance. Staff is also good. My overall experience war good.

Quiet here generally, microwave stovetop TV I can whack off in peace smoke sleep party at a good price.

I have stayed here in the past a number of time's and stayed recently for 10 days. House keeping was very attentive to our needs and office staff is always polite. Was only disturbed once by a fellow traveler. Other than that a very pleasant stay. Not sure why so meny bad reviews? I will stay there again in the fall when I return.

Owners likes to try to take advantage of his guests. I have a voice recording of him trying to extort me for more money… I also hear tell that there is a video recording of said owner, taking sexual favours for rent payments.

It's a hole in the wall kind of place, not a hidden gem though. Owners put up with a lot of BS. It's a good place to go if you want a no questions asked experience. Lived there for about 6 weeks. The other extended stay/permanent residents are pretty nice. It's not a place for families. Good if you're single or just don't care anymore. Rooms are clean, just rundown looking. No bedbugs either. Management is good about fixing problems in the rooms, but if you don't tell them that there is a problem they won't know about it. Some people don't seem to get that. "Breakfast" is $10-15 of pastries from Food Basics. If you get there early they sometimes have donuts. Basically, it's a good place to crash when you are low on cash or out of options.

The service was kind of ok. The room was meh. Not bad not good. If you wanna just spend the night without spending too much then go here. That neighborhood was super sketchy tho.

Rooms were smelly. No plugs near beds and limited plugs in room. So no bedside light because of no plug. Rooms had a "stove" which I would never use. The room was icy when we arrived and took an hour to warm enough to take winter coats off. Skanky. Need I say more?

I approached the front desk regarding a small issue I was having with my sign in/swipe card etc… they were very courteous and helpful. I give them a 5 out of 5 stars for customer service.

There are good and bad reviews of this Motel and I feel both are understandable. It's the kind of place where things are cleaned, but not scrubbed; where upgrades are visible, but parts of the operation show signs of wear and age; and where your fellow guests are fine, but many show signs of hard lives. This shouldn't be surprising when you stay in one of they very cheapest places in town. If you aren't looking for something last minute and you want something nicer for the same price, check out one of the sharing economy sites.

Very unprofessional, owner was very drunk offered drugs. Other residents were nice, cost wasn't too bad, is a pool.

Service was acceptable and the room was cheap. The room could have been cleaner though.

This place is cheap and has everything you will need for a prolonged stay, 2 stovetop burners, kitchen sink and a bit of counter/cupboard space in some rooms, mini fridge, kitchen table/chairs and basic cable with a decent sized tv. AC works for both hot and cold. No bathroom storage but large tub/shower and lots of clean towels and clothes. Great neighbors and close to all amenities right beside a tim hortons and bus.

The rooms were clean but the beds were clearly older. It took awhile to get comfortable but then the pillows were old as well so while clean it was hard to sleep.

The location and the price are the only good things about this Motel. It's conveniently located right by Fairview Park Mall and Chicopee​ Ski Hill, as well as the highway entrance to get nearly anywhere. I got a room for $75 after tax. The room itself had an old Tube TV without an HDMI so I was unable to hook my PS4 up. The shower is small and the fridge hardly worked. There are few, inconveniently placed outlets around the room. The "lobby" of the hotel doesn't have anything for sale, except a vending machine just outside. If you're looking for a cheap short stay in Kitchener near a major mall this is the way to go, but if you're staying more than a couple nights or want anything near or above average, I'd recommend a different hotel.

It can be said you get what you paid for. I was alright with the room, beds were OK, but go outside and you will feel a bit uncomfortable. Let's just say the day we arrived there was a stabbing.

Filthy. Perverted owner. They treat people baldly. Bed bugs. People get robbed all the time. Horrible place. Un safe, too expensive…

Dirt bugs crackheads if you enjoy these things. Knights Inn is for you.

If I could rate it 0/5 I would… Customer service is complete bullshit. The guy is very rude. I can't believe they have people like this running an Inn. Thank God I left the place asap… It's hazardous for anyone to stay there.

The place is a total dump. Bed bugs in some of the room, cock Roach's in another. Tv isn't in all the room or no cable box so you only get 10 channels. The staff is rude chasing away any visitor family included. My 68 years old grandmother they told to get of the property when I stayed there. The guy watched my wife swim the hole time creeping her out and even made sexual comments towards her. I was glad the weekend was over when we left ani would never, ever go back. I would rather sleep with my family under a overpass or in a crack house downtown at least my wife won't get asked to give the owner a blowjob for a day free rent.

This motel was cheap and met my needs, but I can't recommend it. The room was the least clean of the 4 similar motels I stayed at on my trip. The other guests seemed shady, and one of them seemed to have a dog running loose. On the plus side, the location is good and the rooms are big.

Maids clean rooms verry good manager is polite grounds capte clean aways get rid of bad peapol.

I stayed at the knights inn on weber st in Kitchener. The owner was extremely rude and the rooms were filthy. I do not recommend staying here.

Worst customer service. I would give it a ZERO stars if I could. Nobody answers the phones. Unprofessional. Do not return calls. Never stay here.

Inexpensive hotel with inexpensive expectations. Having said that, its not brand new but the room I was in was clean but the upkeep was weak. Friendly staff out front, even offered me a beer on reception. Solicitation was obvious but the steady stream of cop cars passing by the parking lot made me feel safe. I'd stay there again if I were in a jam. You get what you pay for.

Disgusting. Soiled mattresses and sheets. Dead bugs squished on the wall. The person at the counter told my girlfriend that if she wanted the guys to see her that she should hang out by the pool (the pool wasnt even filled). This place is a classic "hooker hotel" infested with drug dealers and prostitutes. Stay away.

If you get the chance NEVER go to this hotel. They will steal your money (even if it is for charity) and then they won't answer your calls when you try to figure out a deal. This is a CORRUPT hotel. I highly suggest NEVER EVER even giving them the time of day. Because they certainly won't give you theirs. They are LIARS and completely ABSURD.

Solicitation of sex was a little on the obvious side of things, the only upside to that was I managed to screw the sexiest blonde hair blue eyed down on her luck hooker there.
