Shity rooms and high price not very clean.

It's ok but it could be better.

Dirty. Smelled funky. Pretty sure had bed bugs.

This mall is okay. The variety is somewhat lacking and I've never liked the layout.

Harry the owner and desk guy is terrible dont go here. He walks in with a Kay as he pleases has sneaky hidden fees. Doesn't allow any visitors in room. He controls everything. Worst place to go beside the Knights inn.

Overall seems very shady. Poor quality of rooms. Dishonest staff did not refund mandatory deposit.

Ppl. Complained to much its one of. Nicer motel's in Kitchener without spending. Lots of cash.

Charges $10 extra for pets, won't put calls thru after 9pm, also tells you not have company after 9pm as well. Be prepared if you are a smoker your sheets and blankets to have stains and burn marks. Staff is good,

Decent sized rooms, good place to have a discrete night.

It's okay, except the fact that it's convenient to a lot of places.

Loud crackhead in the room beside mine, beds are pretty bad, bathroom is gross, didn't bother trying the shower. Too expensive for what it is. Would recommend looking elsewhere.

We needed an inexpensive place to stay overnight. Should have figured it out when the cabbie told us not to go out at night. Shady and noisy characters in the parking lot until the wee hours. Wet towels and old food in the fridge were part of the experience, plus an "interesting odor" in the room. As a bonus we were charged more than the advertised rate. Spend the extra few dollars and stay elsewhere.

If I could give this place zero I would. I am not the type of person to complain but wow this place is bad. I stayed for a weekend because all other places were booked and I would have rather slept in my car. There was no heat and I was forced to sleep in my clothes. There was mold in the bathroom and everytime I used an appliance the power went out. I had what I could only imagine was a pimp call my room repeatedly at 4 am asking if I was looking for Veronica. And when I brought up the no heat to the front desk I was met with attitude and he said he would get me a heater… Which he did. At 3am that night… Really? But it was a tiny radial heater that barely worked. All he was concerned about was telling me no refunds. And the story gets worse. I accidentally left my inhaler there and when I called back the next day, he told me to call back 5 times. Then on the last time a woman picked up who was soo unbelievably rude told me to call back again and when I asked her if she could take my name and number if they could call me back if they found what I left there, she said no and I'm not even kidding you… She just stopped talking and purposely ignored me like a 5 year old till I hung up… This place needs to be shutdown.

Overall good service. The room was extremely warm and we couldn't change the temp, but we compensated by opening the door to cool it down. The family who run it are very nice and accommodating.

Stays for 1 night with family, close to highway, reasonably prices compared to other motels in the area. Plenty of parking. We selected non smoking room.

Nice and clean place, staff is cooperate and good service, every things waling distance form the place, I love this place, I recommended to all people.

ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING PLACE! My girlfriend was asleep on the bed, in a single room, moved her hand in her sleep and cut her hand open on an open, dirty, broken, needle. We ended up having to have police enforcement, and a trip to the hospital. I recommended no one ever stay here.

Honestly, owner was not kind for us. we called them first to make sure the price they said $82. But when we got there, they told us $90. After I told that, they changed the price to $82. SO expensive. Cuz the room was pretty dirty and it was full of smoking smell. Also some towels were with dirt. this motel was terrible memory in Kichener.
