Absolutely fantastic. The rooms were dry so I would suggest placing a pot of water on your radiator. The hosts were very welcoming and breakfast a real treat! Robes and slippers made it an extra nice touch.

I booked this place for my parents. They don't speak English at all, but the staff is very friendly and do their best to make their stay comfortable. I know hospitality is all about that, but I can see that it is not a "forced" way to do it.

A very cozy Victorian era inn. Beds are comfortable to sleep in. Well furnished, with a lot of pillows. When the AC is off, it is a very quiet room, so you can get a good night's sleep. The rooms are cozy, clean, and the bathrooms are clean. There is also a well maintained common area. Amanda and Harald were both very professional. Harald even drove me to the train station the day I left! I would not hesitate to recommend it to other people staying in the Kitchener area. If I need to go back to Kitchener, I will stay there again.

Comfortable, well-furnished room and bathroom. Good setting and overall pretty quiet. Only thing is the mattress wchich seemed to sag a little on the edges.

Just spent a most comfortable two days at the Frederick Street Inn. Our hosts were most cordial, gracious and helpful and the accommodations most relaxing, quiet and well decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts with ample choice of foods, great service and pleasant conversations. The location was within walking distance of some good restaurants, the farmers market and city offices. We would readily return to this spot and are thankful for the great weekend lodgings and super hosts.

We've put up both of our sets of parents here, and both have been very satisfied with the accommodations and breakfast. They even made my mother vegan breakfasts. Happy to recommend them to friends.

Just Stayed there on Christmas 2015 Had the room on the main floor with the private bath. We very much enjoyed the room and the management & service. What is there to say about this B&B that you wouldn't expect to hear? Lovely hosts and a lovely setting made our getaway feel almost like home. Home, if it had a four post bed and jacuzzi tub, that is! Rooms are clean and secluded, rustic style with modern amenities, and the location in downtown Kitchener gives visitors plenty of nearby options for sightseeing and the like. We will be back.
