We had a block of rooms there this past weekend for our wedding. The staff was great and friendly and the rooms were very clean I would definitely stay here again. My mother in law also forgot her gift in her room and the lady at the front desk took the time to go check see if it was in fact forgotten. Lost was found they held it at the front desk until we picked it up the next day. All I can say is great service.

Old, musky, moldy hotel. Needs to be renovated went there for a two night stay for a basketball tournament. I first walked in and it smelt like water moldy. The hallways and room have old carpet which you can smell. Old wall paper, out of date washrooms and rooms. Found traces of mold in the windows and washroom. House cleaning did not do a good job, dirty sheets and found traces of hair in the bedding, towels, sinks and bathtub. I am a Hilton and Sheraton member and my team wanted to stay here, I would have booked with Sheraton or Hilton knowing my experience would be so unpleasant. Would not recommend this hotel for the rate they offer. Get your money worth!

The hotel was okay, breakfast could be better as the quality was not per standard hotels of the same category. A light dinner was offered starting at 6.30pm however when I arrived around that time it was practically gone with maybe one serving left and nobody refilling the empty hot pot. The quality was poor and only two items offered. Compared to other branded hotels in the area where I have stayed before this light dinner rated at 1 out of 10.

Clean and tidy. Includes free breakfast. There is a simple free dinner from Monday to Thursday. But you need to go early. Otherwise, the other customers will soon eat up.

Awesome place. Has free breakfast. A lot of options for breakfast unlike other hotels. Even offers dinner at 6pm on Monday to Wednesday. Always welcomed when I enter theough the front door. :)

Great value, clean room and excellent customer service. Really enjoyed our stay there. Good free breakfast is nice bonus.

This was a very nice hotel. The check in was very easy and friendly. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. It has a very good quality shower. We had the breakfast the next morning and it was a nice selection of hot and cold items. I would definitely stay here the next time I'm in the area.

Its located along a strip of hotels, it's close to major roadways. Rooms are clean and the property is well kept. Interactions with staff at the front desk have been pleasant and professional. They have been attentive and helpful. I would stay here again if in the area and recommend the Best Western to others.

Very clean and quiet place to stay. Conveniently located off Highway 8. Very nice breakfast buffet included. Very reasonably priced.

Clean, comfortable friendly staff. However hot tub not working even though I asked about it before booking they didn't tell me about it being broken. Exercise equipment all broken too. Issues with heat in room.

Sink clogged before we even got there. Also outlet in the bathroom was blown out. We mentioned this to front desk. They shrugged us off. Breakfast wasnt fit for a dog to eat. This place is absolute garbage. Enjoy.

I had a decent time in the luxury suite. My brother and father did not as they were kept awake by the refrigerator buzzing and low quality pillows along with a stiff mattress. I took the cot. The continental breakfast was decent and the staff seemed lively. I like how the check in is at 3 so there's no rush. However we were unable to check in early because a team left the place a mess they were cleaning.

Clean room, attentive front desk people, decent breakfast spread (it's a motel, yet there were hot items which is a great treat! ). Also right next to the highway so super convenient and free parking which was nice. Heating was working fine (I went during cold season). Shower pressure was great. Can't complain!

We stayed here for one night during the Oktoberfest. I would recommend people staying here it was 10 mins from the Oktoberfest just off the highway and it wasn't that expensive considering parking and breakfast included for 4. The hotel was clean and the beds were good.

Price was decent. Our room was huge and spacious. Plenty of parking. Only complaint was there was a dead spider in the bathroom that I guess someone killed before we checked in. It was still there after house keeping came to our room during our second day there. Disappointing. It's probably still there. Besides that, great location just off the highway.

Right on highway 8. Perfect if you like white noise! The loud bathroom exhaust and AC helps drown out traffic noise. But even that was better than this annoying constant pinging clearly audible from the parking lot. Luckily couldn't hear it in my room or maybe the white noise masked it!

Room was nice. Good sized. Bathroom was dated, but clean. Breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly. Only one drawback was the room shaking roadwork outside that kept me up for hours in the middle of the night.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western on King St East in Kitchener. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. All the staff I dealt with at this B. W. Location were very professional and friendly, they made me feel at home. The room was nice with very little outside noise and the bed was also comfortable. I had (3) good nights sleep during my stay, and my breakfast meals were also good. Hope to return to this location on my next business trip. Dave.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, for a one night stay our room was perfect if had to stay longer would need more room, no real area to sit and relax at a desk, except table and two kitchen style chairs. Room was smaller than normal. Air/heater on auto was noisy, TV had very limited channel choices. These are minor annoyance, on the positive side beds were soooo comfortable and the breakfast was filling and good. I would definitely recommend for visiting St Jacobs on Market Day. Have already recommended to friends.

This is not a luxury hotel, but for the traveller looking for an overnight stay while attending outside functions, such as a Convention or wedding, it fits the bill and is comfortable. Any staff we spoke to were courteous, and our rooms were well taken care of each day. Both hot and cold breakfast is offered each day with a variety of items available. An added feature I hadn't had before was the availability of coffee or tea 24/7 in the breakfast area. I thought that was pretty good. There is ample parking and the parking lot was in good repair. Exit signage is not visible, and I had to drive around the whole complex before I found it. You don't exit the same way you enter. Now that I have been there once, I would go back. Any issues were minor and easily correctable, and I enjoyed my stay.

It was a nice experience. The staff were extremely friendly and consistently said 'hi' to us as we walked about the hotel. The room was clean and well-stocked. The continental breakfast was actually a full breakfast with a lot of selection. I give it only 4 stars as it didn't have a pool, which I was really looking forward too, only and hottub and the drinking water and therefore the coffee and tea tasted chalky.

We frequently stay at this Best Western when we are in town on business. We always get the best guest service until tonight. Your vending machine would not take bill for a beverage. I went to front counter to see if I could get change. Your front desk clerk did not even acknowledge that I was right in front of her. She continued on with her personal phone call using the work line. She stood up but that is as far as she went. Made me feel as though I was disturbing her call so I walked away. I'm sure she was relieved and probably sat down again when I went back to my room I used debit instead, works better that she did. Awful awful customer service. Just thought you should know.

Great service, really clean, polite staff, new parking pavement, high speed internet, comfortable king beds. Breakfast service is great. There is eggs and hams as well as hot coffee service machine. I recommend this place for everyone!

Great service at the front desk. Very spacious, clean and well kept room. Made for a very good sleep. The breakfast spread was pretty decent too. Very convenient location if you're driving in or passing through.

Comfy beds and quiet rooms. Staff was helpful but my stay isnt over so I have yet to try the breakfast. I highly recommend this place.

We booked this hotel for our volleyball tournament April 8th for 2 nights. They said there was security on site. My vehicle was parked directly outside my room. Someone broke into my car and stole my GPS and all my change. My perscription sunglasses were also taken. When I spoke to hotel management they informed me that this has happened a lot in the past that's why they hires security guards. I only saw security guards inside the hotel. They would not compensate me in any way for my distress. We rented 10 rooms off them for our team. Maybe they should inform everyone before they stay there that this is a regular occurrence of having ur vehicle robbed.

Rooms aren't too bad, but curtains by the back door don't fully close causing a little bit of light to shine into the room. Also 7am hot breakfast on a weekend? There are a lot of events that go on during the weekend which mean early mornings. At 6 or even a 6:30 am breakfast would make more sense.

It was chill, wasn't disappointed.

The breakfast has a large selection of food, and the cleaning service was so efficient that when I was done my game, I was able to come back (at noon) and have the room fully cleaned.

Comfortable, clean and courtious.

For the price, this is a really good hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean. My room had a nice king size bed that was quite comfy. This hotel is right next to the highway which is a good thing for travel ease, but it does mean that there is a bit of road noise. Still, I would stay here again if coming to Kitchener.

The hotel itself was dated. The top of my wardrobe was so dusty it was disgusting. Room size was decent, my shower/tub was dirty (there was black hair in it) Overall on such short notice it was okay for my one nights stay but I would not return.

A very disappointing stay. When I made a reservation I was promised that it had a gym. The treadmill was out of order and the elliptical cross trainer was a piece of junk that did not work properly.
