Disappointed to see that Radisson accepts youth visiting Ever After music festival. Would expect more from a place like this. Obnoxiously loud and disrespectful youth taking over the hotel. Come on Radisson. Who’s bright idea was this? Way to lose business from successful professionals. Will not be returning. I can see this at Super 8.

All very good except for the mattress. Staff great. Nice campus. Clean. Slighty better view on the north east side.

Very clean all around. Staff was super nice. Rooms were kept nice and clean also. Breakfast food was yummy. Were were there for 2 nights and they had a variety of food options for breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall a good stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are average but I love that the windows opened. The Internet was very good with no problems or dead zones. One thing they need to do is update their ice machines. Ones on the 10th and 12th floors barely worked at all.

Very courteous front desk staff. Rooms are nice. Breakfast buffet is decent, but nothing fancy. Will stay again when back in town.

For the price you pay for room this is the best value Hotel you'll find in the KW area. They have a clean warm pool and are not so bad Fitness room with Top Notch equipment.

Nice hotel located beside 3 great restaurants. The staff is extremely friendly. I was booking a room for events that we will be holding and they were very professional and accommodating!

A very nice hotel. We had an excellent night's sleep. On the weekend, it was getting full of kids for a hockey tournament. The toddlers had a lot of fun in the pool.

We've stayed at the Radisson, in Kitchener, twice due to the passing of a family member. Both times they offered a special rate, plus exceptional accommodations and service. It was so comforting to gather in the breakfast room the morning before my mother's funeral last year and after the celebration of life for a dear friend this week.

Great hotel… I stayed there for business. Convenient location, nice rooms, comfortable beds with softness selector mattresses. Happy hour Tuesday evenings!

Pretty good place to stay, not my favourite but probably one of the best hotels in the area.

Nothing notable to mention other than the parking is limited in both quantity and convenience.

Good hotel, located close to the freeway, near lots of restaurants. The staff are friendly and very accommodating of guests who are staying with their pets. The breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious and includes quite a bit of variety. My only gripe is the $25/daily fee for having your pet stay with you, which can certainly add up. At most other pet friendly hotels, it's a $25-$50 one time fee.

Stayed here with the family for a mini getaway. Pool was nice, clean, and warm. Breakfast was great, the gluten free options were so appreciated! Service was fantastic overall, but 4 star rating is due to the fact the maid left us with empty tissue/toilet paper after her clean.

For a business trip it's perfect.

We booked a two night stay at the Radisson for a room with two queen size beds. What we were given was two doubles. When we pointed this out the only thing they could offer us was free breakfast or a free movie. We were unhappy with our treatment and we did not get what we purchased. The room was okay otherwise. Not great.

Decent food service. We just had a work meeting there. Room was big enough to accomodate. Seemed alright to me.

By far one of the most awesome Radison locations I've been to; the beds are heavenly (and Sleep Number too), the shower felt like a waterfall and the service was excellent. Definite recommend.

The stay here was very comfortable! Clean room, friendly staff. Big thanks to Mary beth for making our room very enjoyable! Only downfall was a small pool, but I was better than no pool!

Rooms were clean, well later out and bright. The location has plenty of parking, with underground parking attached. A delightful breakfast is available, with an attached steakhouse for dinner. Overall a great experience while attending any occasion.

Nice place — very professional and clean. However some utilities seemed a bit old; the toilet was difficult to flush, our AC turned off by itself in the middle of the night, and the electrical outlets in the bathroom were super loose (the plug would constantly fall out). But overall a very pleasant experience!

Paid for two nights in advance on my mother's credit card, then refused to let us check in due to their "policy" that I need a physical credit card to make the nightly deposit when they had access to the credit card info prior to arrival. They then claimed me and my girlfriend were a safety issue to the hotel due to the comments of a man who was nor paying for us or staying with us in the hotel in general. Overall I'd like to thank the residence Inn across from Conestoga college for accommodating me and my girlfriends needs in a timely fashion with no issues or rude representatives.

Great location near the express way. The meeting room we had was quite small and it was very hot/humid to start. Maintenance staff did what they could by providing a fan and turning on the air, but it took some time before we could all cool down. We were served breakfast and lunch, both were decent and served on time.

Serious fire hazard in the hotel. There is a metal security wire that runs from the alarm clock right across the plugs at the base of a lamp. My son went to unplug his phone and the metal wire sparked and caught fire, severed the metal wire and singed his finger, completely blew his plug and charger. On top of all that, it is NOT a team friendly hotel. We have stayed at dozens of hotels with our kids teams and this one is the worst by far.

Booked a stay with friends for one night and they ended up charging us 250$ extra for smoking in the room even though none of us smoked in the room. I am outraged they charged us for this when it did not happen. We all had no problem with smoking outside especially when we were forewarned by the staff upon checking in that the fine would be 250$. The only time we spent in the room was to drop our stuff and to sleep. The hotel was average nothing special and we will not be back. They could easily review the cameras and see that we went outside to smoke.

Great experiences here. The breakfast is nothing special. My last stay I had a sleep number bed, which I am not a fan of. Overall a great hotel though. Clean rooms, customer service is great.

The location is great — close to the highway. The rooms are decent. It will do for anyone. Stayed with three other people, therefore space is limited. Staff are friendly and welcoming. It would be great if breakfast was included in the stay — would be a bonus.

The parking garage for this site isn't secure, they have no cameras and take no accountability. My car got broken into over night, this is a regular occurance. Glass was shattered and everything was stolen. Do not leave anything in the vehicle, do not trust this location.

Small conference room on fourth floor was quaint for the event. Lobby was really nice. Location is way too busy, but I guess convenient for commuters. Ample parking.

Suite was very spacious and clean. There was a reception with drinks and some food. Definitely would stay here again.

This place was nice. Very warm reception. Upon checkin I got a corona (no lime) : (. And some nice cheeses and other cold cuts. Breakfast was OK. There was no bacon. : (

A fine hotel in Kitchener, ON. Nice rooms quick room service when needed. Well-isolated room. Not a fan of the restaurants associated with the hotel, but close by are some pretty good choices.

I was here shooting a wedding (photographer). The couple did not have their wedding here. The rooms the bride and groom were in, were a little on the small/cramped side. Lighting was OK on the sunny day. Little access to the windows for the makeup artist. Everything seemed clean and great lighting in the washroom. Hotel does have a nice pool.

Service was good, accomodations were good. The only thing that bothered us was a group of teenagers banging doors until late night and then again early morning. Either they should have a more strict noise control or better sound proofing in the rooms.

Used this multiple times for work. Recommended.

Beautiful room with sleep number bed, I woke up sore from the bed though, will request room without one next time. Rates were amazing though!

2 days ago, I got there in the afternoon, they asked me for my drivers license and credit card when I checked in. Ran to my car, the parking lot is HUGE, and grabbed my bags (along with my girl's). Left the bags in the room. And immediately lied down on the big comfy bed! I stayed here because I wanted to attend a music festival, so I didn't spend much time in the room. This hotel has a Beautiful Lobby. There is a fridge, so if you bring food, pop it in the fridge. They had this complimentary coffee machine in the room, I didn't use it but I used the tray under it :P. They had a HUGE TV. Beautiful screen. I watched some random french show on TVO. The bathroom was great. My girl complained about a stain on the bottom of the bath; personally, I thought it was no big deal. I didn't use the bath, but I would have had I stayed longer. Bathroom had marble counters, nice big mirror. If you're taking your girl here, she will love it. Hell, I loved it. There was a blow dryer in the bathroom that you could use; didn't use that though. The bathroom downstairs at the bottom floor is great! beautiful hotel all around. I'd give the rooms roughly 5 stars. The complimentary breakfast was roughly 4 stars for me: they had turkey sausages (I ate quite a few of those! ), scrambled eggs!, YOGURT!

We have stayed in many hotels in Canada including other Radissons. I would like to say this location is the best. The room and the amenities where clean and inviting. It was lovely to have a robe and slippers to relax in. The bathroom supplies where excellent. I have never been in a hotel/motel that supplied a "shower puff", bottled water and a tea kettle. This makes it great for a person who does not drink tea or coffee and prefers not to use a wash cloth. We've paid more for less and truly the value for return is excellent. The only suggestion I could make would be to check / show people how to regulate the mattress to their comfort as this is very important for a good nights sleep.

Make sure you meet the General Manager Jash — fantastic gentlemen, he is so hands on, and so involved with this hotel! 10+++ I'm still here and its great, Breakfast is great — its not a super large buffet, small but sufficient! The food (room service) outstanding, I had the Cobb salad, and the chicken stir fry, amazing! The housekeeping so, so friendly. The room very clean, even little milk packets for coffee — love this. No powder milk! I will be back! Thank you all.

THE BAD : Small rooms. Tiny restaurant. Front desk staff were very inexperienced — they wrote my room number wrong on the slip, so when I got to room, cards didnt work. Then lined up again for 15 mins to get the cards reassigned. The pool was overtaken by crazy teenagers reinacting UFC. I alerted front desk, and they did nothing. Fridge didnt work. Bed bug on top of air cond and under mattress — left and stayed at a relatives house. THE GOOD : free parking and Wi-Fi and close to a mall.

Best hotel as far as I know in waterloo and kitchener area.

Stayed for 2 nights with my family in March 2008. The hotel is very clean, the queen beds are very comfortable (with an air system which can make noise from other rooms), rooms are spacious, and the staff was nice. Swimming pool could be of a greater size. Breakfast was good. Well located. Parking included. Don't go lunch/dinner at del Dente Restaurant — the food is terrible.
