Front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. The room a good size, quiet and beds were comfortable.
Wanted to give a special mention to Krish who was our server for dinner at the hotel restaurant.

We stayed and used their park and fly service.
Rooms were clean. Very comfortable beds. Tv service offers Netflix.
We left our vehicle there for 7 days. No damage.

Sheena is a godsend. I was first introduced to The Deluxe Inn because of work. The trades love it here it’s because it’s affordable and it’s close to downtown.

After a stressful experience with another booking cancellation, Deluxe Inn was a lifesaver!

Nice building quiet for the most part except the 2 nights there was a man arguing very loudly with himself. Aside from the shower not being as clean as I would have liked the place was clean.

Located on main st. Nice, upscale units. Great place for work stays.

Not bad very happy with the accommodations we were given by eastcourt motel. They are pet friendly in certain rooms. Thanks to the staff that are very friendly.

Owner is very nice and easy to deal with. The properties history dates back to the 1917 which is cool.

Great place for a night of stay cozy and comfortable matress greatest night of sleep, beautiful shower compared to most hotels I stay in and everything is very clean, honestly dont really understand

Nice location nearby the Christmas market just a walk 8 minutes. Basic amenities specifically included microwave that’s enough for us. Don’t give too high expectations.

Rooms were clean, nice big window that opened. Reasonably priced. Fridge, microwave. Wish there was a coffee maker in room but they did offer coffee in lobby.
Walking distance to town.

Went to the restaurant and the patio was amazing. The view is spectacular and the breeze was great.
The food, I had the butter chicken, was delicious. Good portion.
The servers were all great.

Great place to stay in berrys Bay room is very nice New renovated Nice sunset. View and boat access Great food. Chicken wings are delicious. Burgers are good Lots of options.

I am writing this review from a point of view as an AV supplier for various events that happen at this hotel.
If you are an event planner looking for a venue — I highly reccomend this location.

Big quiet rooms with comfy beds and nice linens. The large fridge and freezer were a bonus since I travel with my own food. The whole hotel has been renovated and they have done an excellent job.

We have stayed here 5 or 6 times. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are very clean. The rooms are out dated compared to the newer hotels but still great.

This place is great. We stayed in the Queen Jetted room. Highly recommend, newly renovated nice with sweet 90's style. The location is what makes this place a great stay.

Jade was absolutely fabulous in terms of customer service.

The day we checked in, there was a snowstorm in Toronto. I had inquired about an early check-in.

Sylvia and Rick always go above and beyond. There home is in a beautiful country setting with amazing sunsets and plenty of wildlife. Backing on to the Cataraqui Trail, it is a cyclists dream.

Syliva and Rick are incredible hosts, they are warm welcoming. We had a wonderful time, watching the fireworks, by the fire. Conversations with the other guests in the gardens late into the night.

It was my first time visiting port Elgin, decided to stay at Maplewood motel as it was close by and affordable.

As a travelling couple we stayed here one night and we found it to be adequate for our needs. The manager made sure we had what we needed in regards to our room. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

This is a basic hotel that clean.
And comfortable.
We were treated well.
Met some fun neighbors over a short stay.
Staff was nice and accommodating.
Lots of parking.
Good location.

I was pleasantly surprised when my wife and I stayed here June 22 2022 for two nights.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and pleasant with a very nice breakfast before we left. The staff were all professional, friendly, and helpful. We would certainly come back again.

Hotel location is right off the highway close to Tims, McDonalds, Walmart, and Canadian Tire.
Exterior of the building has been updated.

If you are looking for a reliable, clean, and friendly place to stay in Thunder Bay, the Comfort Inn on West Arthur Street is a fantastic choice.

Hello,
I am writing to share some feedback regarding a recent interaction I had with the front desk team at the Comfort Inn in Thunder Bay.

Great budge friendly hotel. Rooms are small, and pet friendly ones are available if you have a dog. Older hotel, has TV, cable, internet, fridge, microwave, and 1cup coffee maker.

5 stars because the service was great. Rooms were very clean, but the condition they were in was a bit rough, but I would take a really clean old room rather than a dirty new room.

Nice. Great price. Had all we need. Awesome water pressure so we could enjoy a nice shower. Zero carpets in the room is great also. Will stay there again for the price.

Value for money. Clean, quiet rooms. Friendly staff. Close to airport. I will book their again. Bed was very comfortable.

This is the better hotel in Englehart. Upgraded beds, comfy pillows. Good pressure in shower and hot.

Excellent Stay. Great service. Will highly recommend staying here.

Great service, lovely room. Overall great experience very much do recommend!

The room was clean and the price was good but we did have some issues with the outlets in the room being loose so one of our phones didn't charge overnight.

I stay at this hotel a lot as it is close to my office and I live out of town. It is reasonably priced (usually) with everything you need, and nothing you don't.

$19 for the best poutine in Canada. The portion is crazy good. I ate so much and there was still so much left. It is called the buffalo poutine and it’s under appetizers.

We dined here for dinner on the waterfront patio. The view was lovely.

This hotel was absolutely spotless. Super clean and all amenities (hospitality, pool and breakfast) were great. The only issue was that the plug ins in the room on the desk and end table do not work.

It has definitely been a pleasure to stay here. I’ve been booked here for a long stay due to work, and I can honestly say that the staff is amazing!
