Worse customer service I have ever experienced.

We had an amazing stay at the hampton inn! it was our friends wedding and we walked into the room and it was beautiful! it was clean the staff was friendly and helpfil it was a good stay. We will be coming back!

The room was clean, very quiet, and had all the toiletries you would need. The breakfast had healthy choices. And was fresh. The staff replenished quickly and was very helpful.

Taken a deposit from me and still not given it back I left last Thursday it’s now been nearly a week and still no refund on my deposit.

Oldfashioned and strange odeur in room. Had another room with same smell. Unpleasant. Breakfast with plastic cutlery, I mean really? Staff friendly though.

Convenient location and partnership with local businesses make this the go to choice whenever I'm in town. Great rooms and decent food too.

Really convenient location. All my planned destinations are a short drive away. Reasonable price, great service and staff and to top all this off their breakfast bar has a waffle maker.

This was one of the most well maintained, modern, cleanest, with polite staff that I've ever been to. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. We only stayed one night but if we ever have to stay overnight in Caledon again, it will be here.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly. However, not a big fan of the sliding door for the closet and washroom. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Just by 3 amazing response your night manager had when Last friday there was a fire alarm, he desees 10 stars! The hotel is sparkly clean, the room comfortable, and breakfast buffet is plentiful. The pool área and gun are an andes bonus, but the best part is the attentive staff, their kindness and willingness to help is spectacular!

Excelent costumer care, beautiful room, basic, with fridge in room. Breakfast is simple but good and is a plus to the good experience. Why not 5 star? I don't know. Thanks.

Never go wrong staying at a Hampton… Anywhere! Love them all. As usual… very nice and helpful staff. Always clean and comfortable. Breakfast is such a healthy community gathering.

Rooms were excellent, priced fairly and no problem with any services. There was free continental breakfast. Only complaint being there was no warning when I booked online for the very large deposit when paying by debit, I think the girl who checked me in was training because she didn't even offer that credit card would've been an alternative.

We got a standard queen room with 2 beds. I have a standard queen bed at home, and I believe this hotel was using doubles as queens. It seemed much smaller than my bed at home. Unfortunately, I didn’t bring a measuring tape so I can’t really confirm the bed size in the room. To resolve this issue, I asked if we could have a cot so that the 3 of us could sleep comfortably. They said yes, but that it would be $25 for the cot rental. I’ve never been charged for a cot rental, unl…ess we were adding a 5th party to the room. My final complaint is that they deactivated our groups room cards at 10:00am with out notice. Check out is at 11:00am. Luckily I was in the room while my family ran our luggage to the car. I’m annoyed and will avoid future stays with Hampton.

This place and staff is amazing. The staff is very accomodating. Makes you feel right at home. Clean, spacious. Complete breakfast. My cousins visited from Italy and wanted to hang a home sweet home sign.

Location was good in relation to where we had to attend. Service was good as they gave a courtesy phone call half HR after arriving. Down side; we have a baby and trying to sleep the baby at night was tough due to the blinds not closing all the way. There was a building directly across from us with lights that stay on all night — fix your blinds!

Great location and ideal for working in groups, service was great, as was the food. Parking was easy too.

Been here 5 days now. Staff are friendly. Very new and clean. Only complaint — no glass cups in the room and no cups in the bathroom. Wish they'd bring those back. Otherwise great spot and close to restaurants or shopping if needed.

Not very good staff at all! Room was not clean when we arrived at night. Almost certain sheets were not changed. Asked them to please give us another room or do a proper clean. Was told they were unable to do so. Asked if we could speak to manager. He never got back! Ended up leaving very disappointing. Not worth the time nor money. Beware.

Spent multiple days there in advance of a family wedding, and had multiple rooms booked for our family and friends. Staff was professional, polite and very accommodating to all of my requests as I had things to do to host our wedding guests. I can't say enough about Durnian and Jenn at the desk, and Teresa in sales who worked diligently on our behalf to see that our large group needs were met. The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, and all staff demonstrate a hospitality mind-set. Thank you!

Was disappointed in the area and entrance. Hilton people are so very snooty. When I asked if they give water, I was told only if you are a gold or silver member, which she knew we were not as we had already checked in. A simple no would have done nicely. When I searched for a hotel in the Barrie area, I was directed to this hotel which cost us an extra hour and a half to our trip.

This hotel is always my first choice whenever I travel to Toronto for work. Rooms are very clean and modern, and the hotel staff are friendly and courteous. The pool, gym, and complimentary breakfast is a bonus!

I recently spent a couple days here and will try to be as helpful and straightforward in my review as possible. Pros: Modern design Very clean Cleaning staff for rooms is also very good Free Wi-Fi (tested at 5mb upload and download for the free Wi-Fi, I believe you can purchase faster internet but you will have to check) Close to food places (McDonald's is across the street walking distance) Complimentary breakfast which is pretty good, nothing old was left there to eat. Room controllable A/C Friendly staff Keep in mind I don't give 5 stars to anyone liberally, the business has to impress me otherwise I give them 4 stars for a good job. What impressed me here was the speed at which one of the cleaning staff worked at. Not only was she fast be she did a very good job as well. Of course, not all of the cleaning staff where as good as she was but she earned my 5th star rating. Cons: The only con I had about this place was the location. It's very distant from any touristy type areas. Of course if your not a tourist like myself this is not a problem. But keep this in mind if you don't want to drive an hour and a half one way to Niagra Falls. Something to note: For some reason their log in screen forces some browsers (in my case Google Chrome on my phone) to block the page because it thinks it's a malicious website. To fix this switch to a different browser or force it to load the page anyway.

Wonderful! Close to many restaurants and shopping! Best heated pool! Large, spacious rooms. Ample space for 6 travellers. Coffee always on hand. The front desk girl even baked cookies. Can't wait to try the breakfast. 10+ stars for going above and beyond at this hotel.

The rooms are very spacious, clean and generally well designed. The beds are extremely comfortable and easy to fall asleep on. Would absolutely return!

My grandpa stayed there for a couple of months when his new house was getting built. He was treated greater than he can explain. He loved it there. He really got to know the staff, they all knew his name. He loved the morning breakfast. So I thank you staff who work there. Also a little less chlorine in the pool, that really hurt my eyes. Keep it up!

As a frequent traveller for business, the management and staff at this establishment are the best I've encountered. Whether booking a room for the night or conference rooms for business functions, they are 5 stars all around. If you are ever staying in the Bolton/Vaughan region, I don't see how you could consider anywhere else once you've experienced a day or night at this hotel. A++

Stayed here this past weekend and can't believe the amount of chlorine/chemicals in the pool. Our hockey team had burning eyes and my sons skin was so red it looked burnt. Reported it to front desk in which they showed no remorse and said the pool levels are where they are to be. Book in room says it's a salt water pool! It's not! Not impressed and this will be my last stay!

Got here to on Friday on our wedding weekend were planning to stay in the king suite for two nights. Booked the room and a block of rooms, 10 months ago, have a signed contract with them. We learned when we got here that they don't have our reservation. They found us a room for Friday but are full on Saturday. So on our wedding day we have no room. Thanks a lot Hampton inns. Also the TV doesn't work.

Extremely friendly! Rooms are very clean, location is perfect, so many restaurants around. I am staying for a long period of time, and I feel "at home".

Place is clean znd well kept. It about an hour away from Toronto. Didn't find much to do in the area except movie theater two blocks away.

Need to fix the hotel channels! Every station is miss labled! They also do not have the mobile app to control the TV.

The room was clean, the staff were helpful. We were there for a wedding and the staff was very compensating for our needs.

Overall stay was great, service was great. Hotel was located in a good neighborhood and close to many restaurants and retailers.

The banquet facilities were new and modern. The staff was very attentive and courteous.

The property is very clean and kept up. The staff has been extremely friendly, even checking on me shortly after I got checked in to ensure the room was to my liking. The room is very modern and comfortable, and I have enjoyed every minute that I have stayed here.

Magnificent hôtel! Really wonderfull. The rooms are beautifull and the hôtel also, I Really love it, thé room is full of usefull things that make the rest wonderfull, i've been in many hotel and this on is my favorite!
