Very convenient location for downtown meetings and access to Parliament Hill. There is a wide variety of room types/views so take a look on the website to find the room type that you prefer.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The room was like new, and the employees were great. It is also located at a perfect place.

If you want a nice apartment in a great central location, this is a great choice. Great value. The bedroom and kitchen/diner were good. Study a nice bonus. Bathroom very small. Kitchen well equipped.

This was recommended to us by family who stayed there previously and it was everything my wife and I had wanted in a hotel stay when on vacation.

My husband and I love staying here. This time was made extra special by Angela, who checked us in and made us feel extra special. The room's view was exceptional and oh so quiet.

Haven’t stayed at The Westin Ottawa yet, but it’s hard to miss how well‑positioned and polished this hotel is. Every time I pass by, it feels like one of the anchors of downtown — right beside the

Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Ottawa.

This was an excellent stay and I really don’t have any major complaints, just annoyances. The hotel itself was very clean and easy to access etc.

Haven’t stayed here yet, but passed by during my Winterlude walk and was immediately drawn to the location.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in Ottawa — and this is the one I always come back to. It’s centrally located — one minute walk away from the Rideau Centre and 5 minute walk to the Byward Market.

Very clean and comfortable stay — this was our 2nd time staying here and we refuse to stay anywhere else in Ottawa moving forward.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Good food in the morning, everything here is great. They had a water problem. It was fixed immediately within the time schedule. Service is great, very polite.

We only stayed for 1 night but the staff was very nice and made checking in super quick and easy. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Simple and clean room.

I haven’t had the chance to stay here yet, which is why I didn’t rate the rooms.

I stayed at this hotel for work in Novemeber of 2025. Rooms were nice, clean and large. Each evening my room was reset. Breakfast was excellent.

A great hotel and lovely staff. DO not do the valet. Texted 30 mins before we needed the car and an HOUR later it arrived.

First time staying at the Chateau. Reserved a king room in the 'gold' section (4th floor). Nice room. Small-ish bathroom, but nice just the same. Comfortable bed. Big tv. Rooms are quiet.

We were in awe of the facility, but the people made the stay. They were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The room was nice and my key requirements of a good shower and bed were met.

My wife and I spent the night and had a lovely day. We felt very welcomed by Jsson and the end has old charm and is very very well maintained.

Stayed at the Sheraton Ottawa Hotel a couple of times. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean setups and decent amenities. Food and drinks are good, and staff are friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay at for a conference or little getaway in Ottawa. Close to everything that you are going to want to see.

The hotel just opened in 2025 and has the most spacious rooms among all hotels I have been to. It is a 5-minute walk from the Rideau light rail station and Downtown Ottawa’s Byward Market.

I had a good stay at AC Hotel by Marriott. Check-in was fast even though I arrived around 7 PM. The room is spacious, clean, and the bed is very comfortable.

Wonderful stay, nice rooms. I would echo what another guest said inthat the lighting was a little too bright, but otherwise the rooms were clean, comfortable and relaxing.

Location, price and service were great. The room was decent, however the bright white light bulbs made the room feel like a grocery store and did not provide a relaxing atmosphere.

I had an excellent stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out.

Great Stay! Very friendly and express checkin. Felt very warm stay and will be back! Front desk staff were very knowledgeable specially the girl (Annie) very professional.

Weird to see a hotel still using brass keys you can lose. Lock that went with key needed to be jiggled a certain way that required staff to come show us, but they were prompt and courteous.

This is a very comfortable and surprisingly spacious place to stay, especially if you’re travelling with family or friends.

My family's apartment had some unfortunate structural damage, which required 2 weeks of repairs.

Overall had a great experience at this hotel. The room was spotless, and I really liked the layout — especially having the bed face the window.

The building is a former hotel and now a student residence for U of T, so my expectations were lower.

Had a nice stay here during a confrence, was a very simple room with great amount of space. Comfy bed and great views from my room. The breakfast was nice with lots of fruit.

This looks like a nice hotel and room but if you look closely, you can tell it's old and they haven't paid close attention to detail making it look updated.

I booked this hotel by mistake. I thought I booked at Business Inn, few streets away. I was amazingly surprised. Rooms are nicer, bathrooms too.

I had a wonderful stay at Kimpton Saint George. The hotel has such a warm and stylish atmosphere — the design feels modern yet cozy at the same time.

From the valet to the front desk, the service here was excellent and the rooms were clean. The pool was great too!

I really like my stay at the Sutton. Great big room (Even the regular one) with a good size shower. The location is great as you can walk to the CN Tower, the Eaton mal and a lot of great restaurants.

Was celebrating my wife's 50th and wanted to make sure she had a great experience.
She was over the moon, checkin was seamless, a glass of sparkling while she waited.

Our recent experience at the Bisha Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we booked, it was clear we were stepping into something special for my wife’s birthday celebration.

An outstanding stay from start to finish. The service was exceptional, with the front desk staff being incredibly warm and welcoming.

The Hazelton is my favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The service was top tier and unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before.

6/10. Acceptable room. Firm bed. Slightly dated décor but nothing damaged. Shower not tall enough for me but I am 6'4. Would stay again.

I was in Niagara Falls with a friend who was attending her brothers funeral.

I stayed at the Econo Lodge overnight while attending the 2025 Army Run. I chose it based on availability, price, and the free parking.

Reasonably priced, obvious effort to ensure basic amenities were in the room, i. E. Coffee maker, soap, shampoo, fridge, and microwave. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
