My wife and I came to Ottawa to skate on the Rideau Canal. The conditions were perfect. It was a bit cold but the ice was incredible.

I had the most wonderful stay here! The accommodations are very comfortable and every team member was welcoming, but a special shoutout to Bich!

We checked in on February 28 and had a genuinely great experience at this Westin near Toronto airport.
After a long and exhausting journey from Jamaica, this hotel was exactly what we needed.

Stayed here several times! Review is long overdue. Very close to airport and walking distance to many amenities if you dont have a car. Nice clean rooms. Friendly service.

Hotel was clean. Easy check in. Beds were very nice: didn’t like the sink right inside the door but wasnt a big deal.

We stayed here 2 nights in Aug 2025. It was quiet and clean. Check in was fast and easy and employees were friendly. Rooms are dated, but they were clean and comfortable. Breakfast is provided.

Stayed here for the first time on business and will be returning for future business trips in the next weeks. Clean and well appointed. Greeted and into my room quickly from friendly desk personnel.

Overall, the hotel was clean and had all the standard amenities you would expect. The rooms were a decent size and comfortable for our stay.

I would like to sincerely praise the buffet service for their exceptional care and attention.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short distance from downtown, and is very well equipped for a family of six.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Ottawa Airport for five nights during our house-hunting trip, and it was fantastic.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, quiet and welcoming.

After a very disappointing stay at the Fairmont Château Laurier, I had almost written Ottawa off as a destination.

Our stay at this hotel was perfect.

Wonderful staff here, excellent food at the bistro and attentive to some small room issues with efficiency. Enjoyed the large pool and gym as well had a decent setup for an airport hotel.

Great hotel. Great staff. Friendly. Accommodating. Clean rooms. I initially booked 4 days and wanted to cancel the last day on day 2 on my trip. The hotel did it directly and Expedia followed through.

This was an excellent stay and I really don’t have any major complaints, just annoyances. The hotel itself was very clean and easy to access etc.

Haven’t stayed here yet, but passed by during my Winterlude walk and was immediately drawn to the location.

Amazing customer service. I stayed here for two weeks for work and honestly every single staff member made the experience great. Not just the front desk or housekeeping, but everyone.

My husband and I had a very cozy weekend here to celebrate our anniversary. The Christmas decorations were beautiful. The breakfast croissants and homemade preserves were 10/10.

I haven’t had the chance to stay here yet, which is why I didn’t rate the rooms.

I stayed at this hotel for work in Novemeber of 2025. Rooms were nice, clean and large. Each evening my room was reset. Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent hotel. The best experience of this hotel was Toto at the bar. An excellent ambassador for the hotel. Very professional yet a really nice person to have a conversation with.

The front desk staff are so nice! Hilary and another gentleman mid East Asian look (sorry forgot to ask the name) was so helpful they made my stay. Professional, clean and friendly.

This newer Marriott property is quite lovely.
The staff are attentive, the rooms are spacious and well laid out, and the restaurant was great for breakfast!

Great hotel. Nice rooms. We got upgraded. Great staff. Nice breakfast for a good price. Nice gym and pool/hot tub. Strategic location by the 417. Was a good price through the marriott app also.

I was complimentary upgraded to a room as a Gold Elite Bonvoy member, which was a wonderful start to my stay. The property is great, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The restaurant was quite overpriced. I liked the room, but honestly I dont think it is worth ~400 CAD without breakfast (May, 2026) per night.

This hotel is extremely well located. When we checked in the staff was very friendly and help us solve a minor booking issue.

No complaints, staff was great, food was awesome. Valley service was great and nice guys.
No extra charge for our dog and the best cot ive ever seem for our friend for only 20$ extra.

Very nice room. Great daily housekeeping. Only complaint I have is our room was by the service elevator. It was very noisy early in the morning as the staff was preparing their cleaning carts.

First stay here. Staff is awesome. Rooms are nice and clean with a great view of the water. Downside was having my room key keep expiring the next day when I was staying the whole week.

This is a great budget friendly hotel. It is also pet friendly which is a plus for travelling. My wife and I stayed 3 nights and it was a very clean room. Modern with a great view of the canal.

Great location. Easy walking distance to Parliament Hill and not too far from the Byward Market area.
The room (Premier King) was quite small but adequate and quiet.

A great location for exploring Ottawa downtown. Reception staff were efficient and friendly and there is a nice little bar and restaurant.

I recently spent three days at the Brookstreet Hotel for a birthday relaxation getaway, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end.

Me, my husband, and our 3 month old baby needed somewhere to stay in Ottawa as our baby was having surgery early the next morning. We had a seamless check in process.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel during the long weekend in May 2026. From the time we arrived the front desk staff were courteous and helpful.

Honest owners make honest staff! The skull picture in the living room was amazing. Truly expresses the Ottawa culture. I am 5th generation Candien on both sides.

Lovely hostel. Clean and tidy (kitchen and bathroom). Very cute common areas. We got the 2 bunk beds private room for the 4 of us and were very happy with everything.

We needed receipts in 2 different names for travel grant for medical purposes.

Very accommodating for our dog. Liked that they have a poop bag station. Hopefully next time I can book a two bed room rather than with a sofa bed.
