This was a great hotel! The room was spacious and clean and all the staff, from check-in to maid service, were fantastic. I will definitely be staying here again whenever I'm in the Ottawa area!

Stayed a few nights so I could attend a wedding. Great service. Nice rooms. The continental breakfast was a surprise. Price was perfect. I have no complaints. I would recommend this hotel. If u need to go to Ottawa again, I'd stay here.

Super happy with my room. It was a pleasant surprise to get a reasonably priced room that was in such perfect repair. Very clean. Breakfast was great. Location was great. I’ll be staying here again next time I need to come to the city. Thanks for a great stay!

Staff is helpful, The room was clean and the surrounding was quiet. Only downside would be its in front of a cemetery but you don`t see it when inside the hotel.

Needed a place to stay with an overnight layover in Ottawa. Close to airport and a great price. Booked a room at 1am and they were able to arrange to have a cab come pick us up in the morning to take us back for our next flight. Made an overnight with 2 young children less stressful and much more comfortable!

Good value, good location, but damp air in lower level rooms and the heater is very loud. Breakfast is OK (yougurt, muffins, bagels, crumpets, cereal), Wi-Fi is good, coffee/tea and microve is in the hall!

Ongoing facility upgrades are making this a very nice and comfortable accommodation. A super competitive price point with breakfast included.

My family and I drove to Ottawa for two nights and one day. We decided to stay here and I'm so glad we did. The staff were wonderful, the room was spacious and clean and we weren't far from the attractions we wanted to visit. The only thing I would recommend to the owner and staff is that they should consider offering more than coffee and toast for breakfast. Other than that I will recommend this place to everyone I know and I will stay here again. Great job!

Location is close to most pubs and restaurants. A few dance clubs. Great for industrial companies, as it is close the I dustrial park. Clean rooms, cleaned daily. Friendly staff. Breakfast is included. Could be a few more options for breakfast but it good.

Adams airport inn was a great place to stay. We we're welcomed and the room sizes we're incredible. Very cozy place to stay would go again.

The lady and red hair at desk are super nice suer helpful. Place are clean, modifiable is very. Very positive experience. Ping, Liang, Zheng. Speak tight between the wild, as for reception sister to go to see in person.

Gray cozy place to visit. They've come long ways from what they were. Staff is super friendly and prices are competitive. Location isn't that far from the airport, a 5 minute drive away by shuttle or taxi. Plenty of parking available and close to a whole wad of stores nearby including metro, timmies, subway, wendys, Harvey's for example and just to name a few.

Closer to a 4.5, since it's not the Ritz, but still very good for its price. We stayed Saturday through Monday on the off-season in a single king. The room was a lot larger than we expected, which was pleasant. The hotel also had a lot of little amenities: a fitness room, laundry room, snack machine and breakfast. Things to get by with. This is the kind of place where if you have business in Ottawa for a few days, you could stay here and get some work done without paying through the nose in Ottawa proper. Car rentals are next door and a 24-hour Metro at the intersection. Minor discomfort notes: the room was very dry, the bed too firm and the towels scratchy. We paid $120 a night though, so no real complaints. The website is outdated and we needed to e-mail them for the correct reservation procedure. If you're strongly anti-Christian, there are some generic Christian quotes in the main areas as decor, "love thy neighbour" kind of things.

Perfect for the price, seems like thy haven't updated their pics for their rooms. When I saw the rooms Online I was scared to go there, but it was the last resort and tell u the truth I was surprised. It's an awesome place, quiet and cheap and not too far from the city.

For the price, you can't go wrong with this place. The rooms are well cleaned and have comfortable beds. The staff is always super nice, polite and professional. It's located in a quiet area that is easily accessible.

I was extremely happy with the cleanliness, level of professionalism and service. It is not too far say from the airport (6 minute shuttle) there are plenty of rooms and parking as well. I will definitely be a returning customer and look forward to my next stay.

Stayed here twice and found the rooms themselves to be quite good but when my 2 year old son lost his stuffed toy (the only thing he has ever been attached to) I had to fight with them to let me look in the lost and found bin after they had been irritated that I was even asking about it. When I returned later to have a look in case it was found since then, the man at the desk lied and said there was no lost and found and refused to let me look and called someone on the phone to talk to me instead. She told me there was no possible way they would allow me to have a look. Clean rooms are easy to find anywhere. Ignorant staff take this place permanently off my list.

Impeccable cleanliness. Very well kept hostel. Friendly staff. Quiet. Not the most luxurious of accommodations and not necessarily to the taste U day, but very very respectable. Atmosphere "spiritually" positive by decoration and literature available.

Rooms are clean and spacious. The mini breakfast cafeteria has a nice selection. My only con is, I spoke to someone there to book a room and when I got there I had no reserved booking. Good thing I kept the email confirmation and manage to get the last room. I should of verified my booking the night before. Check that staff do what they say they'll do. I. E reserve the damn room.

Around 6 to 7 miles from Ottawa downtown… clean n reasonably priced… high speed internet available. All the basic things you need… has a laundry place available… of vending machines n free parking.

The initial atmosphere and staff was nice. However, the room was too warm for us, even with the curtains closed. The air conditioner, on full blast, didn't do much to cool the room down while we went to get lunch. Upon complaining, the (new) front-desk staff revealed that he was the sole staff on-site at a fully sold-out hotel, with no weekend access to management or a technician. We escalated the issue through Expedia and finally got access to a different, comfortable (not cold, but just cool enough to sleep in) about 5 hours after our first arrival. Will never stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at the Inn on March 1st and we were very happy with our room; it was good value. The room was clean and up-to-date. The breakfast was fine in a comfortable setting. We will definitely stay there again.

You get what you pay for basically. Breakfast was somewhat poor. Music was loud and sometimes inappropriate.

Great location. Close to Ottawa International Airport. Great proximity to shopping and dining. Very friendly staff.

A good budget place to stay if you're going for business. Wonderful rooms for the price. The breakfast was good but it's very cafeteria style. There is hardly any place to sit for breakfast. The staff are very friendly as well.

Fantastic! This hotel could easily charge a lot more. The rooms are large and very comfortable, with a large TV mounted on the wall. The breakfast is basic (continental) but still very good. Fine if you're happy with toast, muffins and/or cereal for breakfast (but it is included in your price! ). There is free Wi-Fi. As it is out of town (by the airport! ). You really do need a car to be able to get around and about.
